I think the share price will drop tomorrow. The £10 million raise would mean the market cap will be £37 million if it is achieved and the share price can be sustained. Seems overvalued even pricing in the company’s potential, which to me looks at least two years off.
No change. I think the facts in their RNSs have been generally accurate but the sentiment of them are always misguided and overly optimistic making investors think a material change is just around the corner when it hasn’t been. I wish they would just temper things with a note of caution as their over positivity doesn’t lend credibility - so there isn’t usually an upturn on the share price.
I sold out at a loss at 8.5. Think in the near term the sp will come under further pressure. I’ll keep this on my watchlist as I want to see how things unfold over the next few months before deciding whether to reinvest.
Thanks for explaining @Aidan31, that’s helpful : )
So I’ve divided my shares by 500 then multiplied it by 10p. The value of my holding works out to be 10% less than when it was suspended. Therefore the sp would need to rise by about 15% for our holdings to equal what they were when they were suspended. Is that correct? Thanks in advance.
I wrote this off as a loss, so getting any money back would be a bonus. I’m not holding out for it to multibag as I don’t have any experience of how reverse takeovers work and whether the 10p offer price will translate into being able to sell for a profit at that price if the sp holds once the market opens. l don’t intend being a long term holder - being suspended and locked in the last couple of years has already felt like a lth! GLA!
I was going to buy back in when sp dropped below 6, but feel the potential upsides of the business won’t materialise for at least a year now. As funding remains an issue I think sp could risk further drop. 4p is my revised target to buy back in.
I first bought into Audioboom in Jan 2015 at 10.6p - equiv of £10.6 when it later consolidated. Have averaged down over the years to £2.37 but it has not been an easy ride to profit. I’m glad I persisted but it has put me off long term holding as a strategy as I became too obsessed in the success of one stock. Having said that, l will remain holding as the company has reached the point of maturity where the market now has confidence in it and the sp has further to rise, and/or it will be bought out at around x3 it’s current market cap over the next 12 months - imho.
I’ve topped up a small amount as sp has dipped and things are quiet.
Likewise, I bought some more at 84.4p and averaged down.
I’m back in at 93p. Not as confident that it will drop to 90p as I thought earlier. Have some room to top up if it does dip further.
Thanks LargeGin. As I say, you have more faith this info means something. Always happy to be proved wrong : )

I decided a good while ago to chalk this one down as a loss. It's a small amount compared to many others so it's easier for me to bear. I haven't seen anything except hearsay and reading too much into things to change my view. Anything good that comes from this will be completely unexpected but a welcome surprise and I hope it does for those who are still keeping the faith.
I bought in at 70p sold at 92.5p. Did similar a few months back for a profit. May buy back in before the day is out if it drops. Each to their own.
I sold out at 1.62 earlier today and taken profit. Something doesn’t feel right to me but only down to a gut feeling. May have been something I ate. GLA
With shorts reducing I think it is a good sign that institutional investors like Schroeder’s are upping their stakes; l wouldn’t be surprised if more do so over the next few weeks. I’m probably being overly optimistic but still think sp could hit 50p by the end of the month.
I may sell and take profit if sp goes above 2p. Happy to sell on rise and buy back in on a dip as l have done a few times with this share. I believe the company is going in the right direction so my strategy might not work much longer!
I think at best it will take another three years before they reach profitability if they don’t go bust before then. My guess is they will need to secure funding by April at latest probably at a discount of 4-6p a share. I’m still looking to buy back in if it goes below 6p.
