Couldn’t resist this @ 1.81, it may be a while but BOO will come back up at some point, IMO now is a good time to get in. A good business but out of favour at the mo…
Not looking good...will be an uphill struggle to get back to £2 and above IMO.... good luck all who own boohoo shares.
How has there been no talk on here as the price has tanked? where is everyone?
Report in today's Telegraph, "After post lockdown surge, shoppers stay at home".
"Pent up demand which swept Btritain's shops at the end of lockdown appears to have run its course ..."
Has to be good news for Boohoo.
DEUTSCHE BANK STARTS BOOHOO WITH 'BUY' - PRICE TARGET 400 PENCE
I see you are a tyro on your first post but this piece of news broke with BBC on 24 january last
Up we go happy day's

I track Instagram followers of Boohoo brands to get an insight of which are doing well. Since Dec 3 Boohooman is doing really well up 9% to 1.5M followers with Karen Millen as a comparison up 11,000 or 3% at 381,000. Boohooman on an annualised basis could be 3M by year end. Superdry plc is up 8,000 to 619,000 Insta followers so Boohooman is 'reaching' nearly 2.5 times as many people. I have not got an algorithm to work out how followers materialise into sales but assuming 1 in 3 followers are active buyers of the brand and buy a basket of goods at £40 5 times a year (make the maths easy) revenue would equate to £100M rising to £200M this year for the menswear division alone. Pretty Little Thing has 13M followers so 9 times the followers of Boohooman. Comments welcome.
So let's be prepared today no surprises. Potential for a further drop but not guaranteed if so let's take it on the chin, further collaboration to find the base. On a 4 week basis we are still +20% and just beating ASOS. The bounce will come which will see the big money take advantage where sense will prevail. To all the angry negative people give yourself a slap have a strong coffee and man up. Long term investors relax enjoy your day. Team boohoo nothing comes easy!
Yesterday AO world reported sales increase of 57.6% for six months (1st April to 30th Sept).
What will that do to the BOO share price if it is similar?
I thought it was already on line and indeed for years
All the fundamentals show this company will make bumper earnings this year - quite simple really Regardless of Auditors resigning or slavery allegations. Consumers want cheap chic clothes. Most if not all of these consumers have never heard of an auditor or are least concerned about slavery as is exaggerated in the press. Earning is all that matters and short to long term this is a sound soon to be online retail giant.
When your AUDITOR resigned , the picture speak by itself !! And if real cost goes up by 30% plus , can BOO continue b competitive ??? Time to move on to other counter ......
This is in for a huge rise. A third of Britain is under lockdown.
Boohoo is going to go through a lot of turbulence. Its SP is being held by small investors who can't decide whether to stay or go. I've been reading advice on here over the last few days, it amounts to irresponsible and reckless. I really hope no one is out of pocket on the back of back slapping advice. The main players are going to wait to see how Boohoo deal with the next Q and H2. There will be checks and more checks on the supply chain etc.
For those who were advocating 450 and 500 SP for today, please close down your account and find a job that pays you.
I still can't believe how you have roped others into ramping up their positions on the back of no education on how markets work.
If you can afford to stay, stay for a while and if Boohoo has learnt its lessons, and acted on its mistakes then the SP will rise but for the moment, this is going to be tested.
The teenage public don't care. i.e. Boohoo consumers. They want cheap clothes.
The factory they're opening will remove any issue of dodgy suppliers.
Also, if you research what a problem it is to keep an eye out on these suppliers, you'd see there is not much they can do about it. Local council close them down all the time and they'll open up next door the following day.
Just look at Bury new road in Manchester. Hive of counterfeit shops that are raided and closed constantly, yet they are still operating. (you can even see the counterfeit shops on Google Street View.)
Welcome Vorag, exciting times, board on the whole is constructive, and amusing on occasions, we all look forward to the interims
Having read this forum since the early part of the year and not dipping my toes (largely due to the vast amounts of ****merchants), I've got involved. I'd advise taking a step back and looking to see when certain types crop up and cross reference with what they're saying. Have they ever posted their position and stuck to it? (this is a classic example of a 'he's never posted before and only signed up today') so I'm not going to start talking about boo other than, I'm in (again) at 2.30 - march back to the 4 quids continues - roll on September results.
Classic de-rampers talk
Let's get this company bankrupt. Unethical monsters like this deserve to be tossed in prison and the key thrown away.
Any company that turns a blind eye on slavery or is so sloppy as to not keep closer track on its supplier needs to be singled out and punished as a warning to others. The public wants to see heads roll. Expect to see fines, big headlines, boycotts and a general "UNCOOL" aura descend on this company
Years and years ago I believe MMs used to communicate to each other with certain numbers meets but not anymore. Sometimes to get a live price I enter 1 and then refresh when the timer expires and I have came close to accidentally submitting the order! So my guess is that.
Maybe enough to get yourself a boo dress
I can tell you.... None there is no point......unless you want to lose money on fees or keep for say 40 years
