Unfortunately not. The link is to Blue Square Marketing Limited whereas the RNS refers to Blue Square Minerals Limited which is a Zambian registered company.
"Has there ever been a CEO as inept, negligent, and contemptuous of ordinary shareholders as Alex Borelli?" Not sure but Kevin Foo of VOG must come a close second
Well you can hardly draw up a contract saying "We will get your licence suspended and then you can pay us $800000 to get it back" can you?
Is this blue square. https://bluesquare.uk.com/
You naughty boy you. lol
I do love a little arcane latinate sesquipedalian obfuscation in the mornings, such as: "quantum meruit fees (whereby a party recovers losses in the absence of an agreement or binding contract)". Of course, one could call also a spade a spade, and a .... a .... Has there ever been a CEO as inept, negligent, and contemptuous of ordinary shareholders as Alex Borelli?
re "3card, the placement was not for this they are selling JLP shares to satisfy it.". Accept that. as we now know it, but was that the case when the placing was first announced? They have obviously known about this payment for a long time. As they say, "This is Africa"
On the plus side, this will drive JLP's SP down which affords another chance to top up at a ridiculously low price so every cloud has a silver lining. However, that isn't the point. Just who the heck is Blue Square? From the RNS it is clear that they have were commissioned previously to perform some work for the company but there was no RNS released to that effect so another bolt from the blue. There is an alternative explanation but I am not going down that route.
Do you not think that the rescinding of the licence and appearance of blue square are somewhat related. There will be no enhancements gained by blue square. It should be seen for what it it.
And once again there is no detail. Who are Blue Square, what do they do and what have they, or will they, do for us?
BMR is certainly making its mark. This had become totally farcical.
I'm just glad I followed the wise adage of only investing what I can afford to lose.
It's probably not as bad as some make it out to be. We sacrifice circa 50% of our JLP shares to pay the bill. Not great but it's not effecting our current cash or future cash from the placing.
Come on sheep, line up to be fleeced. Everything is roses according to some.
Is this not what any business venture means???....anyway this is my understanding of today news...and if some or,all that investment means "brown envelopes", so be it,after all this is the way you get things done over there, and lets face it also here and everywhere in some capacity...see what happens next...
Thankfully we have the fund from the successful litigation against the former bmr associates to fall back on......oh wait, silly me.
I was wondering who would be the first to put a sweet coating on the bitter pill. Odds on VIG that it would be you. I hope you are right. ATB.
nice post vig..
I was reading the comments wrong, but very easily to do. I feel a lot better now.
He is not saying it in a negative way charttopper. He is saying their paid for help will help considerably. By that I also take it if their help had not been secured at a price that would've resulted in the opposite.
That may have been the good news lol. AB comments at the bottom dont fill me with confidence at all.
...like i have been ripped.a.new ring piece. There was I on reading my Twitter message saying a new RNS was out for BMR thinking, I hope this is the one. Of course it is the one but not the one I had hoped. Lord knows where we are heading now. Who owns this company we owe so.much to?
They'll go for the subscription. That's the only way to make something out of this. Now the bad news is out the way we might just get another update towards the end of the week...
I can’t see the placing happening after this. Unreal.
With that in mind how does he expect the placees to cough up at what was it 3p?
