AB comments says it all really. I am not to sure really why it is going to impact considerably if we are paying the money. Unless That money was already ear marked
We have been up the creek without a paddle for a long time. But never so far up it as we are now. What price would the SP be if we came out of suspension today ?. 0.what..
Is this the update you were told about last week????
Actually sounds decent lol "We expect Blue Square's efforts to impact considerably on the Company's ability successfully to bring Kabwe into production and enable realisation of the significant returns Kabwe is able to generate over a long period of time."
I think he is trying to say don't worry about the $800,000 because this will be seen as value for money considering what blue square envelopes will be able to do for us.
If this is a brown envelope payment (very likely) then the next couple of updates had better be nothing short of amazing! The placing will more than likely go ahead. Not sure what will happen without it but it won't be good.
If you like a predetermined reply to your complaints the FCA is the way to go. They won't act but don't let that stop you.
Like the bottoms bit of the rns in AB comment where it says about impacting considerably. Can anyone put this into simple terms because I dont really understand it. Shouldnt jlp have to folk out out as well
3card, the placement was not for this they are selling JLP shares to satisfy it.
We are only the shareholders/mushrooms. Our existence sitting idle to one side watching AB deliver his interpretation of value. Surprisingly our collective online 'tut' and shaking our head behind our monitors doesn't appear to have any impact on AB. All going to plan.
Now we know what the placing was to be for. Have a look at Blue Minerals. Tiny family company with British African directors, virtually no assets and nearly struck off company register twice. I think they are Brown envelope manufacturer.
are we actually going to be able to come out suspension? Why weren't told about this before?
Placees - We've a couple of weeks to find out and if not - curtains.
Plumbus.......did the placees ever exist?
Maybe a few letters to FCA and AIM regulators would be opportune.
Question is will the placees still stump after this further setback, seemingly not prepared to fund this though.
Good job were are suspended
Paying best part of a million to get our own license back, you couldn't make it up.
Exactly as expected. As always just going to show that we shareholders don't have a clue what's actually going on. In AB we trust.
There’s certainly some DogS outs there in AIM land, but surely this is the biggest? Company will be dissolved within 6 months imo
well that doesn't sound dodgy at all...
Yeah but it's not a great time to start selling JLP shares. We will probably need to sell half just to cover these fees. It doesn't leave us much to play with in future if it's needed.
..though at this rate we may just collapse and die at the finishing post.
An unforseen additional expense but at least JLP are helping us hobble towards the destination..
