who you gonna sell it to 1mSn?
this one
Our share of Etinde hold 69 million Barrels of oil... so under valued..
Ahhhh thats what confused me... 'say 100 million. 56p per share, with out Etinde' I thought you were disregarding Etinde
86 million cash in bank, 25 million and 40 million due considerations for FID and Drilling payable in these do not happen. 100 million conservative valuation of Etinde.. USD 251 / 326 shares = 75 cent per share dive by cable rate.. 56p per share.
The Maths confuses me.... how does 100million equal 56p a share? That does not commute in never mind $
I hope so, if not the license ends in 11 months.. Etinde is the Jewel..
out the bucket list? TLW too. is malcy working his way through AIM?
so is BLVN losing bomono to VOG or not.
Agree 100 % I doubt we will be here in 6 months, sold at a price of 56p
It looks as though a third of all the shares which were traded today took place within 5 minutes mid-afternoon and sales at 33p. Almost no shift in price. Difficult one to fathom this from from what happens day to day activity. I think best thing to do is wait for the sale of Etinde stake and wind-up of company with a healthy final dividend.

True.
33% up but as we all know not the full story!!! at least for those that bought some at over 3!!
86 million Cash, 40 million Free Carry, 25 million FID = 151 USD plus 20 % of Etinde.. lets be conservative and say 100 million. 56p per share, with out Etinde with all considerations due we are 34p
Bowleven and VOG have previously been compared and rightly so however they are now 2 very different companies each with their own problems. Bowleven is now just a HoldCo. The value of Bornono has been rightly written off as it is likely we will see little / no value from it. Our assets are the cash we hold and the 20% of Etinde (& the free carry for the next drill(s) if we are conservative these are worth circa 50p per share (probably a lot more) Once we can find an exit then COC will cash in its chips and move on. The scenario here is now very different to VOG. I expect to see Bowleven wound up this year and cash to be returned to shareholders in a tax efficient manner. I know many holders have lost significant amounts here due to the poor decisions by previous management, this is why Bowleven finds itself in this situation and holders must make the most out of a bad situation. I guess VOG and BLVN do have 1thing in common, investors have been victims of poor management.
I feel its because we have a clean slate.. the option to Bomono runs out at he end of 2018 and we have no further commitments or obligations to this field. Etinde the Jewel can be sold with a simple clean transaction.
Interestingly VOG have the rug pulled from under their feet by the Cameroon government and they announce it at the end of the day. The share drop 20%. Maybe the rise here is because the deal between bow and vog is now off and the value has been passed back to us. Just a thought.
