Finally, after all these years. Mgmt said this year would be a good 'un
our 20% is worth more than the current market cap. it has free carry for the x 2 drills and excellent prospects. FOr the right price COC will sell it and cash in the family silver. Long term it could be worth alot more however PE funds are only looking at making a quick dollar and a double your money is hard to turn down.
Could be a 35 close...
We have all said how under valued BLVN is.. maybe just maybe the market is starting to realise that....
wow
Normally I don't comment on the order book, but someone has just put a 1,000,000 entry on the by side at 32.5p !! never seen such a large entry in the order book for BLVN. Finger trouble or real ?
It must be a sale or FID.. either way we will be in 40;s
something happenning 33.75 paid
looking like last minute push fot the 30%
Rumors?
wonder if COC are holding out to see what the oil price does, if they sold last year as soon as they go their hands on BLVN they would have been basing a sale price on POO in the low $50's................year later POO is nearly $70..........could we be in the $75-$80 in 6 months time? that'll make huge difference to the price tag of BLVN
Boweleven is essentially a HoldCo now with cash circa USD 85m and 20% of Etinde plus free carry - Etinde alone is worth around USD 100m + I am sure COC have sounded out the JV partners re a buy out price... question is do they wait for the drill later in the year or cash out sooner. This will be carved up and cash extracted soon once a tax effiicient exit can be found e..g special divi or COC buy out. I expect developments here this year and I dont expect the company to be listed for that much longer.
not seen that in a while, been slowly getting smaller over the last few trading days. Anything in it??
will take this private shortly IMO. They have control over the business at an arms length allowing them to keep buying up to the 30% threshold. They could buy this for peanuts as despite some vocal PI's many shareholders dont care, this has been seen in the recent voting at the AGM... granted a bid might spur more holders to vote however COC and the larger holders will push through an offer circa 45p - 50p in the coming months. BARGIN. they have spent the last 6 months trying before they buy and streamlining the company / its books.
Has something changed , why are we getting these strange bid and offer prices?
Was invested here for a long time, unfortunately ducked out with a huge loss at 34p.To date since that decision is a good one i think and for me i will not be back. However i do think something is afoot finally for you long term sufferers,a buyout is imminent. Its pretty obvious that the price is manipulated to stay within 28-32p and the hoover is out for these shares, however once cleared and there are no more then it will notch up a bit but not much.COC are clever people, they know what they are doing but why have they chosen BLVN? Clear as mud comes to mind, are they buying as a nominee? Are they buying as an investment? The first is more obvious, somebody wants the company without disclosure, good luck all.My bet-all share offer at around 50p very soon, rubbish for most but some will take with open arms.I think its a shame really,K Hart screwed this company up big time and now its a shabby holding company waiting for their partners to act which they need to do reasonably quick due to cash burn.GL anyway
Wish this share can go back to £3.73p at the price I bought them at 4 years a go
???? did not see that trade, wonder if the MM are keeping it back..
very surprised the sp is not more but could take a year for things to really move although revenue vog 5 months? anyone know
Looks like a 32 plus finish today.. they keep buying
holding rns after hours today imho
This is going to be a great share in 2018..
what we need is another ii to buy,, algos contolling share price...
4 mill buys and we are up 3%
I would say they have passed that today.. might get an RNS..
