Wouldn't it be nice to see them all in there! IMO a special prison should be built in the middle of London for all AIM-related fraudsters, including corrupt AIM company board members and MMs manipulating the share prices. And let's not forget, of course, the government officials, financial officials and all other incompetent regulators, who IMO should be just as accountable as the former. It is unbelievable how in the Britain of 2015, such people can continue to go unpunished. The world has always been full of bad people, produced and brought up by other bad people - people lacking the skill or courage to make money honestly, and then deluding themselves that making money dishonestly is somehow clever. Such people should IMO not be allowed to play the system further. AIM must be tightened up, and corrupt board members locked up.
Hi. Welcome to the party. I am sure Duxi will get back to you. Meanwhile you could visit this site. http://bhr-investors.com/ All the best.
Morning Duxi I have 12 k invested in BHR too would it be possible for me to register with you ,Ive been Investing in BHR over the last 4 years when the price was 25p,what went so badly wrong..Cheated i feel
As usual well put Eric very polite turkeys? cheers buddy,
Thanks Duxi. Yes, Hope you are well, financial enema aside. Lol. I'm still looking in here a few times a week but have been occupied with BMR, which is still suspended. Once suspension is lifted, I'll be following this more closely. I see we've had a couple of real turkeys turning up, blaming the shareholders for this situation. I find that unbelievable behaviour really. Anyway matey, keep your head up, let's see where we get to with this. If anything it's been and still is a tremendous learning experience. I now look at it this way. My 17k has been lost by holding BHR for going on five years, so, per year it actually doesn't seem too bad. Lol. Reverse psychology of the simpleton. Best wishes.
Nice to here your comments Eric Good to here from you Duxi
Outstanding work by you three, and by all those who have assisted and continue to assist in seeking justice on behalf of shareholders. It is very much appreciated. Don't let anyone undermine those efforts, keep your own counsel. Best Regards.
Well said Beady. Spot on.
Totally agree with all supporters of our action group fighting our corner, we may receive nothing, we may receive something, truth is until end game we are guessing but the way the company was run, dodgy dealings, attempted vote rigging, supressing of the share price when gaining traction, massive monthly cash burn for a non producing company, millions upon millions of dollars shortfall, dilution to the point of non existance, cosy deals with Darwin, expansion of management with no funds available, millions of dollars spending unaccounted for and just plain old complete short sightedness yet as stated in all rns's proud to do so and all for the good of us shareholders, always. This, to me is most important and i truly hope that the obvious corruption here is laid bare and that heads will roll. Aim market is crying out for an example to be made and none better than what was BHR.
Hi 46 I think there Is a lot going on here Our team are doing a fantastic job I will support them to the end Duxi
Strand Hanson limited resigned as nominated adviser And broker, wonder why ,getting out before the crap hits the fan .sounds strange to me.
Thank's for the information well done:-((!
This is the official notice - failure to appoint another broker within one month.................. The Company has cancelled the admission to trading of its Ordinary shares on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). Following the appointment of the Joint Administrators, Strand Hanson Limited resigned as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect. Katie, Is there a meeting next week? I haven't received an e mail although I am/was on the distribution list. I have sent my proof of shares ownership but not been acknowledged. Regards
Thanks andythemkdon and the others that have worked so hard on our behalf, it's a shame someone on here can't see the wood for the trees!! Hopefully the BOD will be held to account, good luck with the meeting next week, although I'm unable to attend. If we can view via Skype........happy days!!
This is a good read https://blogs.city.ac.uk/cassfinance/2013/12/03/should-investors-worry-about-companies-that-delist-from-the-london-alternative-market-aim/
Hi Spidergirl33 - The date of the meeting will be sent via email. If you are not currently on the distribution list for emails, please will you send your details to bhrshareholders@outlook.com and you will be added to the dl. Thanks
Well you said it?
i am a loser..and disgusting Mr Haso Whinger esq.
Its in the hands of the administrators now who will determine what shareholders are to receive. Considering there was $55M net assets at the last interims in Sep 2014 you would think there would be something for us but 0p is expected. http://www.bakertilly.co.uk/media/news/Pages/Statement-re-Administration-of-Beacon-Hill-Resources-Plc-and-BHR-Mining-Limited-UK.aspx
Will the date of the forthcoming shareholder meeting be posted on this site? Well done for all your efforts in holding the BOD accountable for their shambolic performance. It is a shame that those wanting to play the blame game, didn't pitch up at the meeting to voice their views. SG
I hope the administrators can find something other than the company was badly run, and Vitol don't end up receiving the assets as payment for the debt. That would look very suspicious. Plus, it wouldn't surprise me if current BOD are still running the show in a few years!
Thanks for your observations of the December meeting, it was me you were sat next to, and in front of you was Eddie who has now joined the action committee too. As you correctly put it, they had already hatched their plans regardless of a yes or no vote, their meeting conduct was just incredible as you rightly say. Sorry to hear of your substantial loss, we all sit with those unfortunately. :+( Hoping to see you at the forthcoming shareholder meeting. :+) For one individual here to suggest shareholders sunk BHR is very disingenuous, people need to look no further than the BOD for the real motives a to why this company has failed. The more we look into the real situation of this company the more unbelievable it becomes.
Thanks for that jeffry still a bit upset at losing my money I will have to wait the outcome with bhr before I invest more money But many thanks buddy.....
duxi i lost chunky as well in BHR (which i now prefer not to think about it). have a look at these two as i believe both can help make some money back. ROSE = oil confirmed and still not rerating yet JLP = platinum mining licence anytime now both have broker target price double digit and both have low mcap. anyway, gla
