What has gone on within Beacon Hill Resources has been proven to be nothing short of scandalous and proves that Boiler scams and lies are truly legal. Any other market and i mean any this would be headline news. The story of Aim markets really needs to be told, examined and investigated to it's core. Everyone knows that putting money into Stock markets is a risk but investors can only decide on the information given, specifically from only the said company itself in forms of rns releases. Being one of the investors here that has been hit particularly hard i truly hope that the aim market becomes transparent and these so called nomads, well, become nomads to avoid future disasters like Beacon Hill Resources so i will also do my small part and refer the less than useless Aim Regulators that fraudulant and unjust activity has taken place here. The best of luck to all still left like me wishing for a world without so much corruption and lies, heres hoping.
It's most certainly a crazy and unjust world inwhich we live in, bhr has without any doubts been proved to have had many dodgy deals, deception and dare i say it Fraud, perhaps like many other so called companies on the Aim market. In a world that regulates oil prices, gas prices, electricity prices, food prices etc etc by regulators and the ppi scandal, libor rates cdi swaps in the financial sector in which gullible and to some extent naive customers/persons/investors receive a portion if not all their taken monies back Aim continues to sucker in and con enthusiastic investors who are willing to invest their hard earned money all the while ceo's and associated management sound off how everything is marvellous, on track etc Then suddenly the truth becomes apparent alas usually to late for those invested, the downward spiral starts until eventual collapse, all knowledge denied by management as they wiggle along into their new roles in another so called legitimate company. If only the regulators or some governing body would have the balls to step in, survey and regulate these ventures then they would possibly uncover the greatest injustice of all, dwarfing all before it. I lost everything here and maybe others have to, for those i sympathise and keep hope that one day these markets will either cease to exist or be classed for what they are, red or black????
Hi Pokerchips, may i ask how you got word of a rights issue??? I am now down on this share by quite a margin and there seems to be no word out in the public domain. Would not have invested here if there was a sniff of rights issue knowing that if/when it gets to that point a company is in trouble getting finance and usually for good reason as from previous experience. In your honest opinion what do you think would be a fair price per share and do you think the rumour's of an Amazon takeover are now dead in the water???
Totally agree, this Saga just keeps on rolling, nigh on 7 months now, i bet all the while Baker Tilley, for there awesome contribution will be rewarded handsomely with any sales made, certainly at there hourly rate, what an amazing part of the World AIM (so-called) investing truly is, scandalous!!!!
Oh my word, think that says it all really, CEO'S, executives and Governments seem to astound me in a bad way, run a business/Country to the ground all the while getting paid royally for their lies and inadequacies, deny all responsibility then move on tho next all the while i suspect receiving awards at their wonderful gala's and conferences, what a just and transparent world in which we live.
Hi all, a relative new investor here, however, i thought it strange why for the last 2-3 weeks there has been a steady decline in the share price. Actually( probably stupidly ) thought this may be related to the Greek tragedy that seems to be unfolding but now believe it to do with the CMA investigation into fake and financed reviews. They have released their comprehensive report which, when broken down, and i have read the full 69 page document, mentions nothing of the companies under suspicion. Another investigation was opened today in regards to suspected companies, yet they do not/will not disclose those under the microscope ( spoke to them personally) so much for that Transparency word. Tried to call AO WORLD for a response yet all lines are on answering machines which suggests ( to me at least ) that they have been called into a brief/meeting. Anyone any thoughts on this as AO WORLD seems to rely entirely on their TRUSTPILOT reviews and does anyone believe that there maybe repercussions???
Totally agree, hope we here something positive soon, it must take a long time having to sift through and piece together all of the dealings ( probably underhanded ) that was left by the ruinous B.O.D but hats off to Andy etc... they must be putting a lot of time and effort into attempting to unravel what is before them. We must hope for a positive outcome or this will be just another casualty within the corrupt and unjust world of AIM. Seems a shame to tar all within AIM with the same brush, i'm sure there are legitimate BODS and businesses out there but tracking them down, well that's another thing entirely. At the moment, personally i've lost everything here to the point of having to pay off a loan so i cannot contribute financially but if i could and there was a chance of justice for all who were invested here i would gladly give it all to And & co. Keep the faith and lets hope there is a glimmer of hope for us.
Totally agree with all supporters on here, thanks for the update Andy & co, good to know all is not lost, keep up the fight and please let us know if i can be of any kind of assistance. Many thanks again
Fingers crossed for everyone including me and my dad, keep up the good work Andy & Co, here's hoping for news soon. Best of luck all
Hi all, firstly a massive thanks and best wishes to all the hard work that has been put in so far by Andy & Co, fantastic, keep it up guys, a message has to be sent to the wider Aim market that this kind of behaviour by bogus Bods should not and will not be tolerated. I, like all holders here hope justice will prevail and answers will be forthcoming. Me and my Dad ( Olkingcoal)((another suffered shareholder here)) unfortunately won't be able to make the meeting as getting time off work is a nightmare and we live in Manchester and because everything i had was ploughed into BHR i have less than zero funds, gutted really that i can't be any help, sock it to em Andy & Co, lock, stock & both smokin barrels. Gla
Totally agree with all supporters of our action group fighting our corner, we may receive nothing, we may receive something, truth is until end game we are guessing but the way the company was run, dodgy dealings, attempted vote rigging, supressing of the share price when gaining traction, massive monthly cash burn for a non producing company, millions upon millions of dollars shortfall, dilution to the point of non existance, cosy deals with Darwin, expansion of management with no funds available, millions of dollars spending unaccounted for and just plain old complete short sightedness yet as stated in all rns's proud to do so and all for the good of us shareholders, always. This, to me is most important and i truly hope that the obvious corruption here is laid bare and that heads will roll. Aim market is crying out for an example to be made and none better than what was BHR.
Litigation you are a twonk, i'm only 35, probably younger than you, have a bit of respect numb nutz, people hurting here.
So much for the line of sight from the interview, think what he meant to say was cross hairs and targets, we've all been shot down here, honestly believe this was there agenda all along, unbelievable shoddy state of affairs. There was no way that a rebellion wouldn't be built up when you look at the decimation caused with the massive dilution and ridiculous offers for peanuts. For the people like Spectator115 etc who quite frankly have done nothing to aid the cause other than i told you so is pretty poor form, god forbid these people suffering a collapse like this enormous trial of dominoes in the future. The board can holla their empty anger but truth be told, what have they lost, pretty sure it is us misled and misguided Pi's, i for one have lost everything, to the greater good soothsayers feel free to gloat, not a problem, one positive in all of this is experience, all bad but experience none the less, we can at least say we rolled the dice, had a go, most wouldn't but hey. A great sadness that this can go on, shocking really Nothing more than a legalised boiler room scam. Feeling the pain of all holders especially the long termers who like me got suckered into the average down spiral.
Young bucks & new money, for real???? All is lost, for real???? Mystic Chicken maybe???? Are you a significant holder by chance or a Uri Geller rip off???
This is the kinda guy who could have made Beacon Hill great........http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-30477622
In the no vote, i stand to applaud us all, for minnows to take on and actually beat the goliaths is an incredible thing of beauty, Even if we end up with nothing, life goes on but where do we take it from here?? Will we now, eventually have the chance to oust the very same people who have run us to the ground?? Chance to hold them to task in a court of law??? An investigation by a proper governing outfit??? We have wonder, why it took months and months to slog out a deal that effectively would have made us worthless (plunder, reset and plunder again). If the ii's were and i believe they were involved in less than wholly legal transactions then that could be where the legalities should begin. If proven then we could have an Erin Brockovich case on our hands if we could find someone to stand up and fight our corner as these leeches to society have millions upon millions of ill gotten gains in the bank. Just a thought..............................Well done again
