Hi Duxi, Wherever the meeting is the offer of the lift is still on mate, I am in Liverpool but could meet you somewhere that suits us both. I will contact you via the SAG site when the meeting is announced. By the way I have tried to send you a message via the SAG site but cannot find you in the members section under your username (Duxi). You will see me under my username, send me a message and I will get back to you to organise things further.

I received the corporate action from my broker today, don't panic if you get one. Its just informing you via your broker that the company is delisting in progress, this is something we already know via the RNS system so is now filtering across brokers. Once this de-lists the board will be closed so please update your bookmarks to the ones below. LSE General board for BHR if this one is closed suddenly http://www.lse.co.uk/general-chat-discussion.asp?TopCode=BM6EF3UW BHSAC http://www.bhr-investors.com/ Contents of the broker note if you get one: We write to inform you that the Company has been placed into the hands of Administrators and has requested the cancellation from trading its Ordinary Shares on AIM. Graham Bushby and Phillips Sykes of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP have been appointed as Administrators. There is no need for you to take any action. Your portfolio will be amended to reflect the above event. Should you require any further assistance on this matter please do not hesitate to contact your Account Executive. Yours sincerely,
How much is that in £££?
Mozambique coal blocks, this would be an ideal solution to BHR's problems. Coal that has no apparent value and in abundance, a mine that's up for sale, would really be a no brainer. Also would answer the question on if BHR do have any coal in either asset as quoted in RNS's on coal that can be sold, The mine used to produce coal and actually shipped some once upon a time. The mind boggles with BHR its assets and the strategy etc etc. http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/tamil-nadu/nlc-sets-ambitious-target-for-power-generation/article6828985.ece For establishing the fuel linkage for the NTPL project the NLC had proposed to acquire coal block abroad. In this connection offers had been received from Mozambique, Australia and Indonesia and these were being evaluated
Same poster posted this about 8 new contracts, so I think this is what the link says, but please do look as I've not fully looked yet; "Mozambican government prepares eight new contracts for coal mining The government of Mozambique will sign eight new contracts for coal mining in Mozambique within two years, the Mozambican Minister of Mining Resources said Wednesday in Maputo. Six of these projects will become operational “within 18 to 24 months,” while the remaining two will be authorised “soon,” one of which is related to an underground mine in Tete province, the region where all the projects are located. The Mining Resources Minister, also noted there were 1,773 mining titles in the country, of which 124 are in the coal sector, although only four of these are currently exploring coal. Admitting that the drop in coal prices on international markets was affecting development of the Mozambican coal sector, Bias said the government was working towards reducing tariffs for transportation and logistics in the country, with a view to reducing businesses’ operating expenses. Moreover, the minister called for mining companies to seek alternatives to export, mainly by focusing on the domestic market, announcing a drop in production tax (royalties), from 3 percent to 1.5 percent on coal that is used in Mozambique. “We want to encourage the emergence of industries and the availability of coal can develop the economy,” she said, claiming later that “this reduction will mean that there is much more investment focused on industrialisation,” of the country".
Just spotted this from a poster on PFP board which I'm in. Again, about the new government making it's mark in Mozambique. http://www.ventures-africa.com/2015/01/standard-bank-says-investments-in-mozambique-have-exceeded-500m
I lost $105,000.00

What part of the country are you thinking of having the meeting in? I am in Bristol so geography could be important. Would you consider having some sort of on-line access we could log into? I do understand to keep the attendance to real shareholders so just asking.
Has anyone spoken to the site administrators at lI don south east to ensure that this share chat capability is kept open for a good while due to the current circumstances?

Just to update everybody. Whilst statements regarding us starting behind the curve were obviously true back in December (Had to be expected given the 2 years the BOD had to plan their actions), they are certainly not true now, we are gaining traction on many fronts on a daily basis. Speculator 115, your comments have not gone un-noted as you claim, neither have other valuable postings to this and other bb's. The group is now to be regarded as BHR Action Committee as we are now a wider church of trusted individuals implementing various actions and undertaking initiatives on all fronts. We will very soon call a meeting of shareholders, dates and times to be finalised but we will endeavour to make it as accessible as possible. When publishing the date we will also publish the criteria for attendance to ensure only bona fide people are able to attend. Whilst we cannot give any assurances or hopes of a positive outcome of events we can certainly reiterate that we are doing all within our powers to recover some tangibles from the circumstances presented by management actions over the last months and years.
I agree baker Tilly need time to do what they do best,Go through everything and leave no rock unturned. Who knows they might the BOD hiding under one.
