thanks for that A. R. K. fully behind you duxi
Hope the next steps are putting these BOD A holes behind bars!! Still can't believe how the FCA run the aim stock market, and do nothing to the nomads that turn a blind eye!! Keep up the great work the hard working ARK!!!! Regards
Hi All. We are now making some significant progress and will be able to announce some initiatives soon as to the next steps, we will not publish anything as to what they are to ensure we do not inadvertently allow the company to head us off at the pass.. Regards, Andy.
redbike Yes good point , anyone would think that they wanted to get rid of shareholders and walk away with the mine. As if !
"the BOD need to explain how this company is in administration" The BOD need to explain why only "part" of this company is in administration, that would include explaining it to Baker Tilly based on the accounts of the group which were signed off and the contents of that sign off. We will have to wait for that explanation from the Administrator, I'm sure they are just as perplexed with the situation at a guess. I'll bet its not easy just coming in to try to work out what is what here in BHR with everything that has occurred, lets wait and see what their take on this is. They do have their own team in forensic services to be able to get a handle on this. http://www.bakertilly.co.uk/casestudies/Pages/Investigation-of-an-alleged-fraud.aspx
I really hope there is more we can do the BOD need to explain how this company is in administration .Blaming current coal prices is just not good enough I'm my opinion its gross negligence and greed.Hope we all stand up for what is rightfully ours and fight till the end for justice.
Thanks for your comments matey. I guess we'll just have to see what happens now. Time will tell. Regards.
Cheers Red.
Thanks Red hope we don't de-list or is it likely ?
I have covered that with LSE, once we de-list the board goes so may be pretty fast once if it does happen. They would not extend the board being open even under the circumstances at BHR. I tried, but the rules are on delisting we go, I have placed this on ADVFN and if anyone has access to DTM and III throw it on there too LSE General chat BHR board http://www.lse.co.uk/general-chat-discussion.asp?TopCode=BM6EF3UW Shareholder action group site http://www.bhr-investors.com/
No news is good news sometimes have to be patient ARK are on there case GLA
I keep sticking my head in everyday duxi to see if there is any news. Fingers crossed we can get some news through soon and move forward with our fight. It's frustrating at the moment and just hope that people have not give up the fight. I could not be more happier if we can set a president and show other PI's it's worth fighting for and put the corrupt BOD that use the AIM as a cash cow at there beck and call. Do we have any idear when we may get news back from B&T. I'm guessing this has been years in the making, just hope it get unravelled to no matter how long it takes.
Might close this sight if its not used just a thought not a lot to talk about I no until we get some news?
Thanks for your effort guys no matter the outcome. It's about time shareholders stood up to corruption and being walked all over

Cheers for that A+R+K Win or loose we will have to make to up to you all for your efforts Many thanks all the team...
We are on it every hour of every day. When shareholders started this campaign we were a long way behind the curve given what has occurred over the last two years is no accident. We are quick learners and have the Reeboks on, and whilst at this moment we can't suggest a positive result, or in fact a negative one, whatever the outcome is it won't be for the lack of trying.. A+R+K+ Team.. ;+)
Gone very quiet on here, there must be no news yet?
Hi Group hi have been in BHR for years and have got or had 12k invested in them,do we know where we go from here because this share was clearly a con
At the other end of the spectrum is Beacon Hill Resources, a company that can trace its existence back less than ten years. Beacon Hill, quoted on the Alternative Investment Market, owns the only coal-producing mine in the Tete province of Mozambique. This may not sound like much, but Tete is widely considered to be the largest undeveloped coal region in the world, so much so that two mining monoliths, Vale of Brazil and Riversdale of Australia, are firmly positioned in the area. Beacon Hill, sandwiched between these giants, may be a minnow but it is already mining coal while they are some years away from production. Chairman Justin Lewis is based in Melbourne following his marriage to an Australian, but spent most of his career in Britain and now travels frequently to Mozambique. He acquired the Minas Moatize mine in Tete last May, when it was producing 2,000 tons of coal a month. This has already increased to 8,000 tons a month and is expected to rise to 20,000 tons a month this year and 200,000 by 2012. The company is moving from more expensive and challenging underground mining to open-pit, which is easier, cheaper and offers a far safer and more agreeable environment for the miners. Coal has soared in value over the past decade as a result of rising demand. Beacon Hill can obtain $100 a ton (£65) for its coal and the cost of digging it out of the ground is about $50 a ton. So, if prices stay static, the group should deliver turnover of $240 million in a couple of years and profits of $120 million. Midas verdict: Beacon Hill is in the high-risk investment category. But for investors in search of adventure, this could be an exciting prospect. The shares are 151⁄4p. Buy. Traded on: Aim Ticker: BHR Contact: 00 61 3 9629 9505 or bhrplc.com
