Hi George1 Please accept my apologies for not verifying your holdings when you sent the email, I don't know how it slipped through the net as messages are usually responded to on the day of receipt. You have now been added to the verified shareholders distribution list and you should have received the email sent to all verified shareholders last Thursday. Please contact me again if you do not receive it. Please respond asap. Thanks
Please accept our apologies if you are waiting for confirmation of verification of your holdings following a request regarding access to the website. It is a time consuming job and as there is only one person dealing with this who also works full time, it is taking longer than expected. With regards to other emails, all who have sent emails on any other subject, should have received a response, if this is not the case, please can you send another email with a header that does not include Verification of Account, as these are being left unread until the person who is dealing with website verifcation gets chance to work through them. Kind Regards BHRSAC
Hi Spidergirl33 - The date of the meeting will be sent via email. If you are not currently on the distribution list for emails, please will you send your details to bhrshareholders@outlook.com and you will be added to the dl. Thanks
iimrmobility - If you are not signed up but want to be kept informed of what is happening, you can send a copy of your holdings to bhrshareholders@outlook.com and you will be added to our distribution list. The website is closed to new users and those that have previously signed up are now having to verify their holdings before we put any updates on there. As I am sure you will know, we cannot broadcast all the actions of BHRSAC on a public board, but we will write directly to all genuine holders whenever we have updates, but to receive these updates, your email address will need to be added to the distribution list.
Hi conionski Please will you send an email to bhrshareholders@outlook.com and we will respond and add you to our distribution list. Thanks
Hi georgee1 Please will you send an email to bhrshareholders@outlook.com and we will respond to it and add you to our distribution list. Thanks
Hi Goatmaster1 The website address http://bhr-investors.com or you can email the group at bhrshareholders@outlook.com. Thanks
Hi UP - If you want to send a private message to the Action Group, you can send it to bhrshareholders@outlook.com Thanks
Hi Duxi - There won't be anything to say until we have had contact with the Administrators, hopefully that will be soon, but rest assured the Action Group are doing all they can to put together a plan of how we will proceed and it will be published asap. Thank you very much for your offer of finance, it may well be needed. Don't feel isolated, if ever you want to say anything, please feel free to make contact with the Action Group either through the website or the BHRshareholders@outlook.com email address.
One of the reasons the website was created was to ensure we still had a way of communicating in the event of Administration. So all please note that if this chat board does disappear, you will be able to leave comments on the website.
Sorry, that should have said 'buy the mine' not 'by'
CoolMax - An offer of funding has already been put to the BoD, but they have ignored it and seem intent on going into Administration. Rowan Karstel dropped a bombshell the other day by giving an interview to Miningmx saying that we will run out of money in a few days and said that Vitol have an option to by the mine (not sure which one) for $1, if we default (link below). That seems to be what they want to happen and there doesn't seem to be anything we can do about it unless they start speaking to us and they don't seem prepared to do that. If you want to make contact with the offer Andy proposed (copied below), you are welcome to try. http://www.miningmx.com/page/news/energy/1648561-Beacon-Hill-to-run-out-of-cash-in-days Dear Mr. Karstel, Firstly let me wish you a happy new year. Having attended recent meetings and now actively working on behalf of the BHR Action Group I would like to discuss the following items and would urge you to respond. There is no apparent reason as to why the stock is still suspended, it make no sense, we might even get a pleasant surprise when the shares are re-listed as any increase in share price would ultimately mean less dilution going forwards. The share register has been requested, legally you have to submit it within 5 working days of the request or obtain a court order identifying why you are not prepared too, you have done neither. I have requested the voting numbers at the EGM, to date they have not been published. We would like to open dialogue with the company regarding private investors taking out a rights issue to support the company’s working capital until the proposed funding is secured from the DFI. We would envisage raising substantial funds and in return to take a significant ownership of the company. We would most likely seek the appointment of an individual nominated by us to join the executive board. If, as you have stated within the meeting in December, you are committed to seeing this project / company through to profitable production, we cannot see any reason as to why you would not be supportive of investor involvement for the greater good of all. Everything appears to be “hotting” up now in the region, it would be a shame for this valuable asset not to return future profits to shareholders who have so loyally supported the company until now. We / I look forwards to your response.
An offer of funding has been put forward to the Board and they have chosen to totally ignore it. Their first objective should be to look after shareholders' investments by making the right decisions and they have totally failed. If an offer is made they should look objectively at that offer on behalf of all shareholders, but they have chosen not to and instead just look after the interests of their mates. That is wrong and whilst everyone knows the risks of investing, they hope that their investment is given a fair chance of receiving a profit, or at least not total wipeout. The BoD are not giving us any hope apart from Administration and whilst we are waiting for the inevitable, I bet there are some very underhand dealings going on to ensure that we don't get anything.
Andy, Just in case it isn't, do you think we should make Poundworld aware, so they can up the offer?
Speculator115 - Please just leave this board and move on to annoy someone else. There is nothing official about a few private investors posting views on issues they share. No group insurance is needed as everyone speaks for themselves. The website was created for private shareholders to have a way of communicating with each other in the event of this bb closing down following possible Administration. Whatever action AndytheMKDon or indeed any other private shareholders take is done first and foremost on the basis they have lost a lot of money on BHR and they want it back, if other people are happy to go along with the actions, it is entirely their prerogative. If you have got a problem with Redbike take it up with him, not Andy, but I would assume it will be very difficult to do it via this board as he has probably filtered you out and is not seeing your messages. I would suggest others who are fed up of seeing yours and your mate's 'I'm a Solicitor and I am better than you minions' posts on here do the same, I definitely will be, so don't bother responding to me on this as I will not see it!
Hi All - There is no need for abuse, just keep things civil between each other. If you suspect an interloper is posting, just filter or ignore them, don't give them the satisfaction of a response. Please be assured that big things are happening behind the scenes and updates will be posted soon.
Please can any shareholders who are prepared to attend a meeting in London, subject to availability as the date has yet to be set, please email bhrshareholders@outlook.com and let the action group know, so we can get an idea of the potential attendance. It is important that as many private shareholders as possible attend the meeting to support any proposals put forward.
Thanks donalbo, will do.
Hi donalbo - I have just been into the email address and there are two messages from shareholders there, one went into junk which might have been yours. I have moved it now to 'not junk', so if it was yours you shouldn't have any problems in future. Thanks for your response.
Hi danalbo - I have just sent a test one for myself and it went through okay. The following is copied from the email I sent, try copy and pasting it into a message and see if that goes, I used capitals in my message, maybe it is case sensitive - bhrshareholders@outlook.com. If you are still having problems please let me know. Thanks
