Hi UCLstudent - As per my latest message, an email address has been set up for all shareholders to use to contact the action group confidentially. It will be good if you can promote it as wide as possible, as it will avoid the possibility of people we don't want seeing information which may go into the public domain. The website will still be used to update everyone once actions have been taken, but we don't want any leaks beforehand. If you want access to any information sent, please contact Redbike as he will be monitoring it. Thanks
Hi All - An email address has been created for all shareholders to contact the Action Group confidentially, you can also use it to let them know if you will be able to attend a meeting in London as per suggestion from UCL Student. The email address is BHRShareholders@outlook.com.
Happy New Year everyone. Aren't we within our rights to know exactly which 'Insolvency Expert' they have consulted so we know it is all above board and we should then be able to contact them directly ourselves? It is beyond belief the 'secrets' they have kept about things we should be fully entitled to know, the sub-leaser of the trains is another case in point. The problem is they seem to continually get away with it. We need to be looking at ways we can force the issue and get the information which I think we should be legally entitled to know.
No-one is getting at anyone who has genuinely lost money with BHR, but people who haven't invested yet come on the board saying they have been 'watching' the share for two years and never taken the trouble to write a post beforehand, but do so once the shares are suspended is a little bit suspect don't you think? As for new investors who bought just before the suspension, knowing that their shareholding was going to be immediately diluted by 1000/1 if the yes vote won, I think they must have more money than sense. If they had taken the trouble to look at what happened on previous placings for Darwin/Henderson, they would have realised it would have been far better waiting another week when they would have got the same number of shares for a fraction of the price. Happy Christmas to all investors here and hope the New Year's wish for the majority of us comes true. As for RK and JFJ, I would invest in plenty of Rennie, I'm sure it's not going to be an easy task for you to enjoy that Christmas dinner!
Excellent post Andy. It beggars belief that someone can follow a share that they have no monetary interest in and then start posting after it is suspended. If they were that concerned that voting no was wrong, why did they not try and persuade people to vote yes before the suspension? If they have shares in other companies, why have they not posted on those boards? Whilst everyone is free to put their views forward, we need to take with a pinch of salt the views of people that have just arrived on here and trying to make out they know there is only going to be one outcome, i.e. Administration and telling us we will not get anything back once this happens. It is certainly a very weird way to spend 2 years of your life, maybe BHR bb watching has become the new alternative to train spotting!!
Hi, I just sent you a message.
