It's good because it means all those who participated in the fundraise are now actually in profit lol.
Actually on the risers table. Might need a lie down. Markets were closed in Sweden yesterday but only slightly up there today. Are we going to be the recipients of good news. Answers on a postcard.
The sp's BLUE.
Eric...Yes that's what I meant...and it either means something or it doesn't depending on ykw, personally I feel confident that ykw will be OK.
Nighty night, chirp chirp, tweet tweet. x
Nesting I reckon.
Lovely to see them.

just sat at the back patio doors, looking at the raised rockery, that as a cavity in the side of it and 2 robins, seem to be constantly going in an out of it,what are they doing, with all this moss and twigs?
Evening Troajie. x
I think you’ve hit the nail on the head, we’ll either win or lose. It is probably as simple as that. You know me, I’ve spent far too much time examining what has gone wrong and what I believe could have been done better. Yet, I am powerless to change what has occurred. So it’s wasted effort I guess.
I still trust that we’ll see some daylight before long and things will improve for us. Fingers crossed I’m right about that. x
So really, is it that you are just pleased that the brokers’ notes have come out, regardless of when? I mean Sooz, in view of the fact that we still have the Court decision looming large anyway. x

As you said earlier, Eric..we look forward to better times... but I'm still loving it despite all the worry we've had, we'll win or lose. 😊
I see. I appreciate your point. x
Eric...I haven't failed to see the point you're making I just think there's more than one way of looking at it..there's a few miles to go yet and the brokers' note is surely good for the on we going. After the decision we're in a different ballgame, one way or the other.
Happy May Day.
Hi Sooz. The brokers’ notes prior to the fundraise may have gotten more people interested and pushed up the sp prior to the fundraise, which would have given us a better chance of raising the funds above 0.61p. See what I mean? Certainly no chance of the sp rising now, due the brokers’ notes coming after the fundraise. If we’ve only managed to raise at 0.61p, people are likely feeling that 5p right now is far too optimistic.
Can you see now why the timing and order of these brokers’ projections it’s important? They should have come before the RNS re the fundraise, to raise confidence and give the sp at least a chance of rising prior to cash raise.
I know the Court ruling being awaited is suppressing the sp, but Ed has dropped a massive changer while we are waiting. Then another one, as we seem to all feel, with both the ill-timing and derisory target price for the BoD’s Options.
Anyway, so we wait for hopefully better Sooz.
Afty. x
PS And being the people who already know, we were only able to stump up between us a bit of what was needed. So the brokers note is there for people who don't know and it keeps the momentum up for the next time.
Toph1...We got it from Andy, I didn't read it as a hearing but as a return to it as a matter of process, here it is, thanks Andy:
"Yep, being brought up by the court at April 25th and then probably a few weeks until the final ruling, so most likely some time in May."
And for the sake of just saying...why would the broker's note be better before the fund raise than after it...as Wots has said, we already knew that, sort of? I was too mean to pay for it but I've read it now... it's pretty good.
Do we know if the court ruling is ongoing, or is it just hearsay ?
I've been searching online, but cannot find any reference to it......
When i read the brokers reports i actually wondered what was new and why we hadnt had this some time ago. But as you guys said, definitely pre fund raise
PS And it could be giving us some action rather than just ticking over which isn't what we want.
Evening Eric. That could be right or wrong...they might have been desperate and its always best not to wait until you are and that could be because the decision has taken so long. So far as those annoying options is concerned... we could buy 'options' now for under 0.70p, if we wanted to and/or if we were made of money. And the brokers rating does give a 8x from this point. Just joining in with the pondering, as you say good to share, it's pretty nerve wracking.
Yes, Troaj lovely day today and it was magic to be out among the new green leaves.
Summer is a cum.
Nighty night x.
I’m also sure that we could have ticked over until the Court decision and then raised the funds.
The brokers’ projections aren’t much good now, they’ve had no impact, and precisely because Ed saw fit to raise money at 0.61p, with no attempt not to. Why didn’t he try harder and arrange for things to be RNSed in a more appropriate order? Brokers’ projections first.
The suspense is killing me :-)
Anybody heard anything, at least that the hearing has started?
ADF, you normally have the inside track on what's happening in Sweden, any rumours?
If you don't know, just lie and make up something positive hahaha
Evening Sooz. Yes, it’s quiet. No point in pondering what I’ve been pondering, but may as well share. We’ve recently had the two BEM brokers giving a projection of our worth, and as it stands it looks like the sp should be around 5p. What the pondersome point is, why on earth didn’t Bowie arrange for the brokers to issue this information prior to notifying us about the fundraise? My feeling is that it could have made a difference and the company could have then raised this last amount of money at a higher sp, over a penny, keeping our nominal value status intact.
Why these broker projections after the derisory fundraise price/event?
I’m peeved and bothered by this, because the only reason I can currently think of is that the BoD wanted to ensure extremely cheap Option sp targets when they can trigger their buys. Ensuring also that they could give themselves many more Options each, by way of volume.
The brokers projections have, in my opinion, come wholly at inappropriate time, after the fundraise.
Anyway, it’s a bit negative, but I can’t trust Ed I’m afraid, as he has already mentioned funding in the positive, wuty various avenues to pursue, and yet has raised the cash at an all-time low sp.
In my view only, he's really quite useless, for shareholders that is, but not for himself or the BoD.
