Sj
no,not in here, the last time i was in,was when the sp spiked to 20p,i think it was and suz sold her's aswell.
when i first joined aim, about 15 years ago,i went long on most comps, like newbies tend to do,but they lost me a huge ammount of money, through downtrends and placings etc.
so i just short term trade,or try too,on aimers and sometimes, that comes a cropper.
from a chart perspective, like you mentioned, the sp's on a forever low point,so the downside is minimal, but the upside looks great.
all depends on news though, the markets hate delays,is the next mine news,2/4/6/8/12 months away.
one good thing about the comp i mentioned earlier,bce....news is due in another 7 days and the flow news,20 days after that....so i'll be out, before news starvation, sets in.
the mining sectors in a good place aswell, metal prices are starting to hit 5 year highs and expected to go further, especially when central banks, start dropping base rates.
ukraine will need a mountain of rebuilding aswell,at least $500 billion's worth,some think a £trillion......that's a lot of iron steel/copper/aluminium/cement/aggregates etc.
and it wont be coming from russia anymore?
For every share we bought in this latest fundraise, why doesn’t he give us Options, to match the number of shares we purchased? He could do.
Yes Sooz, so Ed could have raised the money between 1-2p and retained our ‘nominal value’ status. But he is just failing to do anything good for us.
SJ, it seems that way. Ed has done nothing for us except travel to each project and raise funds at an acutely ‘over a barrel’ sp. He’s been crap. No fight in him to have sourced a higher price, based on the Kallak asset. He’s a proper puddin’.
My opinion only.
Final death throes here now. Bowie and the others are charlatans and fraudsters, content to promise everything investors want to hear, whilst having neither the competence or wherewithal to realise anything at all.
You've been scammed.
Good comments Sooz. We are both trying to ponder why the prelim RNS was released, but it smacks of both greed and desperation, considering they’ve now capitalised on it with the granting of their Options at a very low sp.
I haven’t found Ed trustworthy, but that’s only my own opinion.
Are you in BEM currently Troaj? What are your thoughts?
Can't beat a bit of manly scenery 💪
Chris pacham and step daughter, visiting north scotland and some of the islands in the west.
manly scenery and old hot spots and a famouse sculptor, that lives in the middle of no where.
missed the first 15 mins of it.
more for the budding tourists.
You could buy at 0.60 at the end, under the placing price.. I like BEM, the BOD doesn't fill me with confidence.
Tell us about it later Troaj.... I've got visitors so I can't watch it.
Another question is if 0.75p is supposed to incentivise them...will it incentivise us. we can buy them on Monday for less?
Bbc2 now.....stornoway
Baffles me,when north of the baltic sea,is one of the worlds, hot spots of metals and mineral ore bodies.
why isnt it,being invested in.....especially now, when the west,is moving away from the east,or certain regions of the east
Also, nothing to be proud of but this right now is the lowest SP BEM has ever been since listing 19 years ago!
It is Suzy. We need the markets to turn in our favour this year and news flow to be good otherwise we will never see 1p again.. (until share consolidation lol)
But that begs the question...why it it go down so far as it did. And we know the answer to that...it's taken too long and people have lost hope with it...nobody can wait forever and it's a miracle we've survived to this point.
It was positive yes but I never thought it warranted a 100% rise. It was driven volume wise in Sweden. It's a market full of crooked folk and manipulation. We just have to take advantage when it does spike.
Yes, SJ...needs must when the devil drives as they say. But how did they manage to push it up to 2p? It seemed to be the result of the Government's response to the Court which was as positive as it could have been...it was a resounding confirmation of the previous government's decision about the importance of Kallak's resources. We're they just waiting for that and took advantage of it when it came?
Actually, basically what you just said there Suzy :)
They were desperate.
I think it had all to do with the underwriters having a price in mind and BEM obliging.. after they escaped at a much higher price when it was manipulated higher just a week or so prior. The whole thing stinks, and was quite blatant I thought.
Thanks Troaj. Eric...that's certainly what it looked like, I wonder what Ed would say if we asked him about it? There could have been reasons for it we can't work out, such as needing the cash fast and believing that was the way to go about it....give them a big chunk for a small price. Don't think I'm disagreeing with you, I'm just trying to think around it and that's because I'm in it and I'm staying in it so far as I can see at the moment. I think I'd have bought more than I did if it had been over 1p...the split was a shock and others might have felt the same way.
Suzy
in the commod sector, ime seeing a lot of volumes picking up,which is a good indicator
when moneys,flowing in.
hopefully, its not a blip and carries on,
but i know your reply, bem doesnt seem to be lucky!!!!!!!!!!!!
if you fancy a short term trade, bce due to drill in just over week, you should make a good bounce off the current 0.05 low..imo
It’s difficult to make a positive out of that RNS Sooz. The BoD also crashed the sp with a “set-up” RNS before the fundraise RNS, so I’m finding that a bitter pill, quite dubious behaviour from Ed and co.
Just musing a bit on our chagrin at the options RNS yesterday...the Board did thrown a reasonable amount into the fundraise of their own money, didn't they. And as our newbie has pointed out we can buy as many as we want to even cheaper....until that Decision comes, then who knows.
