All we need now is some positive noises from the government and this will really move. Positive sentiment at the moment, with iron ore prices highest they've been in years and Sweden actually having there government in place.
There has to be some sort of decision from the government soon surely?! Wouldn't it be a kick if they sent it back asking for more information jeeez don't think we would cope!

You're velcome :)
It's hard to pin down a price as they're all over the place.
eg @ 10:40
LSE 6.20 - 7.0
AIM 6.96 - 7.5
Money AM 7 - 7.69
What I do when I want a real price is log onto my broker as they are always correct. Regardless of which price is right, I'm smiling when look at our scoreboard. 1 day, 10 trades, all buys. we haven't seen that in a longtime, It'l be nice if it stays like this.
can someone post atkie link
7.5/6.96 now on AIM.
7p there
Live prices 6.8 - 6.95, tick up due soon. Headline sell price of 6.2 is downright misleading.
That 2 x 50k is mine. An 18% discount to Atkie can't last for long.
replying to myself (sigh) - 0.945 now - can't believe we are lagging so far behind....no money left behind sofa....
decent start again (like these small or one way moves!) - hit 0.918 so far (8.1p)
Aaaaaargh!
I am reliably informed that JRM is to be our next PM.
He has the lowest bar EVER to jump. He wins, Whether we do, is a different matter.
Callaghan, Major, Blair. Brown, Cameron/ Clegg (who still claim their £115.000 ex PM stipend.... For life.
Somehow, we are saddled with a gormless half wit.
Have not included the Leader of HM Opposition. Ye Gods.
Step forward Jacob, and save us all.
Ooh, I like that. Under a rainbow. Sounds all dreamy. Lol. Let's see if we have a good week. x
Contrary to what a lot of people think we are not dependent on EU standards driving quality; the UK led the way with many ISO standards. Working on lifting equipment for an oil co, I learnt to be very suspicious of the testing sections of DIN Standards, for example. With a tendency to test the design (ie prototype) but not the production batch. And if you think that the EU countries keep to the rules like we do , then you must be blind and deaf. Our industry made many valuable contributions to ISO standards and will be free to do so again.
God how I hate that pompous git. Can’t stand anybody with a superiority complex just because of the family they were born into tbh. The whole system is run by the privileged to protect what they’ve got.
Evie eve, Eric. Agree ...Annie did very well with her meagre 8 per cent. Found myself standing under a perfect, big rainbow this afternoon...how's that for a portent. Next week then. :-)
X
Annie Lööf is still my fave of the 2018/19 political scene. Lol.
Yes, I'm sure it's more to do with the people than the person who visited. Moggy was rapid in giving Teresa a vote of no confidence, yet now he is backing her to the hilt. Beware flying daggers.
Treetop...I'm sure the people of South Shields were very polite but they didn't vote for him did they.
Soubry is anti democratic and would be the very last MP I would consider voting for and the idea she would represent a party of One Nation moderates is pure fantasy. Mogg impressed me long before the referendum when he was shown visiting South Shields in a programme clearly designed to lampoon the posh git in a poorer constituency. After early tittering his transparent honesty and decency turned opinion round so that everyone had respect for the man. Some achievement in a town where so many still fight the class war.
That was a good point. From 1st April you will be able to buy a child car safety seat which does not conform to CE regulations, it may be seriously inadequate and fail to provide the necessary protection in the event of an accident. The small entrepreneurial companies (including cowboys) who can't afford to access the testing facilities to gain an EU certificate may be able to trade outside Europe but they wont be able to trade within it; so no change there. I know which product I would buy And that's just one example.
Well...I would vote for her if I could but I can't, because she's not my MP...bother! Now what sort of democracy is that? Lol
Anna Soubry gets my vote and a New Party of one nation moderates.
Churchill managed overcome the appetite for appeasement at the beginning of WW2 by a fine margin.
We do not have a Churchill this time round, but if you want a reasoned, informed factual argument for Brexit, if you can concentrate for a full 12 minutes, I would urge you to watch this from the Oxford Union.
