Reading the RNS it would seem they've plenty of interest in the convertible loan notes, so the directors don't have to invest. It demonstrates self belief in their products and bodes well for the future. Hopefully the picture will be much brighter come Q4.
If they didn’t raise they couldn’t p&ss it away
"What exactly was the point of the TMTA acquisition?"
Cash raising
@clenchedcheeks. It seems like desperation rather than “confidence in the products” !

No wonder, when there have been absolutely no shareholder or market communications since the monstrously disastrous April RNS which successfully disintegrated the market cap of the company. That seems to be the only achievement to date of this inept Board of Chipmunks.
For just how long do shareholders need to put up with this Board of Chipmunks ? Change needs to happen from the top. No investor will take this company seriously otherwise. As @theboyg noted, the next RNS is inevitably going to beg for more money, (perhaps so CEO can buy some Dom Pom to sip from his bubbling hot tub?) so we can expect that there is still quite a way down for the SP to go.
Buckle up and GLA.

'The bottom is zero' - Theboyg
I doubt very much that they'll be sitting on their hands.
It's been proven that there's demand for the product, so if there have been product defects (and I don't know if that's the case), it makes sense to remedy those before they go again. If they can make it work then it would be reasonable to expect the share price to settle at a higher level in the medium term. Patience is required and will hopefully be rewarded. Purely my opinion though. DYOR.
Bob designs I believe. But surely his ceo days are over?
Either more shares or more loan notes. But without money they really are dead… so I’d rather have a ray of light 2miles away than a close up blackout
They need money and with whatever they access they must build and sell
Didn’t they have a 6000 order that clearly has not been filled
Much work to do
They’re going to screw us over yet again because they need more cash. Waiting for the news to drop any day now.
This has got to be one of the most moribund tragedies of the AIM. Disgusting bunch of pathetic pussies on the BOD. (Not to mention Dodgy Bob ofc)

Clenchedcheeks – I totally agree with your summing up – or as Bucks Fizz puts it ‘ If you can’t stand the heat, keep out of the kitchen’ !!!
It's clear there's a gap in the market for the product. They just need to produce it in sufficient quantities with strong quality control.
I understand your frustration particularly if you're a shareholder sitting on a paper loss at present, but it's a high risk AIM share and you should never invest more than you can afford to lose. Constantly knocking the company without knowing the fine details serves no purpose whatsoever.
I personally believe that it can be turned around, but that's just my opinion. Please DYOR.

Not long to wait
Early June brings the full doom
Reading through the TEK BB and it quickly becomes (even more) evident that nobody has any faith in the CEO or indeed any of the board of BELL. It is career - and investor - suicide being involved with this bunch of sleeping slacks. But the board don’t care! As long as they can draw money monthly from this dumpster fire, they can kit out their Clive Christian kitchens with Jeff Koons Balloon Dogs and Crystal chandeliers.
Sadly it’s the investors who have been manipulated into thinking that this was a good investment, that are the ones to suffer. Perhaps we too should join the board of some sinking ship of the AIM backwaters and draw wages for sailing around doing sweet F.A. I’ve always wanted to go a river boat cruise - the added daily feeling of impending doom ought to make it much wilder journey than I could ever imagine….

Agree @theboyg - money is still being spent now - on wages for all the ‘top talent’ here - to start with !
Perhaps they will pay for the team - and board - to buy some morals which they clearly are missing….
Average down

Well done you
The bottom is zero… that’s factually correct

…highlighted by a total and ignominious failure by any / all NINE men on the board to make ANY effort to turn around the share price and communicate with shareholders. Too busy drinking warm milk in their slippers watching re-runs of the Lone Ranger I imagine.
The two evidently top-notch brains that were added to the board during the dodgy TMTA acquisition have also stayed silent. I assume that they deeply regret becoming involved in this poorly-run debacle. Perhaps if a woman had been appointed to the board, they would have shown some integrity and responsibility for shareholders.
There is more chance of a Lone Ranger galloping up on his horse to save this fiasco than there is of this collective bunch of numpties working together successfully to restore shareholder confidence and value.

Hi. In the TU dated 2nd April, it was mentioned that retrospective warranties for products would now be issued for products supplied to people pre-2023. This suggests to me that product flaws have been identified and that this has now been put in place to cover any further defects or issues with design / function....
Your mention of faulty products would explain a lot Concept. Is it fact or based on rumour?
Concept
What details do you have on ‘faulty products’ please
stay away from this dreadful business.
where to begin?
- missing $2m from its latest incestuous fundraise via tmta
- sp dropped over 70% in 2 days and nobody has been held accountable (in fact, there has been no comms whatsoever - who the bloody hell cares about investors ?)
- ceo is completely inept and it’s laughable that he is continuing to lead this company despite its market cap over halving in a day
- the board are too busy asleep / on holiday / focusing on other businesses to actually get this in order
- product pre-2024 has been found faulty which leaves the company liable for enormous claims
- a new fundraise is likely needed to manufacture and make products to fulfil any (few) orders the company has - i assume they have lost any hope in this company sorting its **** out
i could continue but i’m getting motion sickness looking down and typing on this slow moving train…..

Bottom is zero
4p after next update re credit and no sales or production
Then watch 3-2-1p before administration arrives
Been here before my man
Lots of larger sells
Few 1000 quid better than any BELL RNS
They need 5.2million from somewhere and it won’t be from those who got in at 85p 25p placing or their wonderful takeover
In essence I literally picture the whole ‘team’ hitting refresh on their corporate bank account
Then pull plug at 500,000k
So that should be start of June
Wheres the bottom chaps?
Looks ok from here surely?
It’s most likely that we will hear nothing and this money grabbing company will continue to act irresponsibly with my (and our) money and never actually add value to my investment. It’s so depressing. PEOPLE: invest in Vanguard and not this pyramid scheme
Or the week when this silently pathetic board of directors will make a noise to say they’ve spent all the money on tacky holiday homes in the Algarve…
Will this week be the week when the incompetent CEO is fired?
Concept
The CEO likes to hit his numbers. He said so 2 years ago. It was lovely to hear!
Since then not a single number hit although he did manage to out a lot of shares at higher prices
So I can only assume he was talking about his darts competition
The CEO clearly doesn’t have a clue what’s going on, and the board I suspect have already made money elsewhere , so don’t really care what the hell happens here. Both parties share the common characteristic of not giving a crap about shareholders.
Excellent way to spend more money rather than produce and sell! Well done all

We’ll see – I still have faith (maybe delusional!) – As predicted, it flat lined into the new tax year as the TMT lot continue with their reshuffle – Dowgate flogging as U.S. company, Gunn buying and the rest of us watching and holding as bystanders.
Absolutely right that the news flow is crap and could go either way.
Its what they have been doing (if anything) over the last few months is what will count – No news maybe good as all going to plan and I’m hoping we will be pleasantly surprised?
For us oldies we can play the 1974 song by 10 cc – ‘the wall street shuffle ‘whilst watching and waiting!! 😊
Sadly the money has gone. I get criticised but not sure how you burn 800,000 a month sitting doing nothing
But the company is finished and people know it! Can’t blame them
I will need to work another three years to pay off the final 8p
If I live that long
Don’t despair… those on loan deals will take what’s left
I agree entirely re accountability.
I'm a long term TEK shareholder (but that's another story) and I felt that BELL was one of two companies that had global potential. Perhaps there were early warning signs with the prolonged delays when they were seeking FDA approval for X-PLOR but once secured with some money in the bank from their float, I thought it would be a simple matter of selling their product and being paid within a certain period of invoicing, or even using invoice discounting if cash flow was tight. After all, COVID had increased their potential market massively.
They seemed to have the orders, so why couldn't they convert them into cash? What has gone wrong?
I personally think those at the top should step aside, be content with the money that they've earned to date and let others who are better qualified for the task in hand, take the company forward.
yet another absolutely dreadful day for this share with no news as to how this will turn around. ceo still seems to be in place - but who knows, because nobody ever communicates anything. i’ve come to terms with the idea that i’ll lose everything i’ve put into this bloody awful company but i sincerely hope that someone is held accountable for this ****show.
Anyone….
That’ll do
The company isn't held by back criticism on a bb!
that's a bit like saying bad things about Boeing makes bits fall off their planes!
Agree totally
Not sold
And I am with you all
Apologies
Mr boyg. you haven't lost anything until you've sold. If you have sold then give this bb a rest with your negatives and give the company a chance to prove what a good product they and
other holders have invested in.
Too much gets tedious !!
Funded for three months at current burn rate
4 months short of product launch
Producing none even with current burn rate
I’ll give anyone evens they don’t sell a single discov-r
No money to do anything
It looks old news. It is posted on website if you google him! Just not showing. He was part of Tmt I believe and 90% of the reason we are at 8p… not 20p
So he’s no saviour. And I don’t think losing 500,000 will cripple him the way losing 75,000 has crippled me
What’s the significance bazza?
Tom's closing comment.
'I am very sceptical about this company after its latest disaster. I would certainly not go long. But do I want to bet against both Britain’s Buffett and also Mr. Magic? On balance no. There are better shorts out there.'

constant lies
utter lack of communication
when it comes it’s awful
burn rate that invites suspicion
a device that was due for full launch last september that i thought was launched
55 million definitely over ten years has produced sod all
takeover that was a shambles
6 million raised
nothing produced
2.4 million pounds left
can you imagine if your partner delivered this sh&t show to your life
the mood in the house would be toxic for some time
thinking about numbers
if anyone is interested in investing
60,000,000 at 8p would raise the money they have ****ed away and may buy them a chance
220,000,000 shares
but may get them hope
without another raise they will never launch new model and rights and patents will be sold by receivers
What some people may not be aware of is Bob Rauker is the main guy in charge of product development. The company doesn't really exist without him. I feel the atmosphere on this message board has become so toxic. Really unpleasant.
This new SP low is beyond dire and yet the CEO who has completely mismanaged this joke of a company remains in place. WHY??? Who else is to blame for this ??? I have ZERO faith or trust in him to do the job ( what other dodgy secrets are being withheld from us dare I ask ??) in leading this company forward and restoring shareholder value. As long as he remains, I suspect this company will find it difficult to attract any II’s (or indeed and PI’s who do their research) and in a few months will resort to a rights issue at 4p. I am appalled by this total farce. It is by far the biggest bloody banana I’ve ever been invested in and sadly I’ve made too big a loss to walk away. Other potential investors: DYOR !

As you seem to have a grudge against the company, looking at your frequent posting on the drop, my guess is you've an average significantly higher and so, very justifiably, want to stick the boot in! not doubting that they'll need cash going forward, but they still have funds to start manufacturing. whether they'll look for further cash first is moot. and, while their takeover of TMT didn't work as they wanted, it shows there are many 'innovative' ways to funds, in the current financial climate. could easily see the Chinese as fund suppliers to take a stake in the company.
but, as you say, wtfk's!
They need to do 4 times the work with 1/4 of the funds
They will need another funding
My guess… 100,000,000 shares at 6p????
Dilutes but may be a lifeline to profitability
Maybe not
Who knows
Only have to see what happens on AIM to see 'oversold' could easily trigger a buying spree of punts. when all's said and done, 9p IS cheap and, eff ups aside, they still have cash and still have manufacturing to do, as long as they sort out funding.

Madness for anyone to buy at these levels, this is heading under 5 p and likely considerably lower in the long term
Madness for anyone to buy at these levels, this is heading under 5 p and likely considerably lower in the long term
Theboyg,
You may be right, but nothing in this world comes easy.
If you want big returns, you must take big risks…trust your gut feeling I suppose or leave the funds in a deposit account where it is safe. But don’t risk what you can’t afford to lose – a good spread in other words.
In any case, I do enjoy trading – have done for decades – used to think I was doing well in the 80’s with all the privatisations and used to be excited about making £200 a deal - I used to apply in all my families name and others in shares like TSB!!
Deals just got bigger and bigger over the decades!
This one could go bust or a takeover bid…who knows – we shall see, but don’t give me any of that ‘I told you so’ stick if it does go belly up!
One top tip for the youngsters – don’t stare at the screen all day and react to every little movement – go away and do something else!!
Big bang
I just see what they trade on? No
Money to launch a product a year late!
No money to make product
No money to service old products
Inventory write down
If they are burning what is close to 800,000 a month without building anything their money won’t last the summer!
That 3 million includes the 5-6 million raised!!!
It’s beyond bad and no way back sadly
Just to watch 8-7-6-5-4-3p then administrator
Theboyg,
Sorry about delay in response. I’ve had a plumber in most of the day replacing radiators and sorting the main drain! – shares not high on agenda!
As expected, I think a short-term over reaction and I see it as an opportunity to buy more and reduce my average still further.
Time for a cool head – it does help having a brain tumour, no pituitary gland therefore body not producing adrenaline or testosterone!! The world could end, and I still wouldn’t raise an eyebrow!!
No TEK shares held by me now, but I did very well indeed out of those! (until I realised, they seem to think the shareholders are invested for the good of mankind, rather than a cash return on their investment, so I legged it at 30p, cost just under 5p!) – I’m hoping that Bell is different and understand investors are looking for a return – albeit a bit of a wait – could be wrong!!
My policy over the decades is buy, when everybody else is selling (as generally the market has already priced in the bad news) – all that people do is to crystalise their losses – having said that, there has been one or two occasions where I made a huge loss but can often offset them for CGT tax against profits in another company.
Anyway, just helped myself to another 230K shares to round total holding in this company up.

The 3 million includes the 5million just raised!! How do you burn 3 million quid doing nothing! ! It would seem this company is finished
Utter joke
Think it'd have to go a fair bit lower before anyone would make money on a bounce.
abandoning US is a kick in the teeth. why bother in the first place unless it was for 'made in the USA' stickers! substantial savings by manufacturing in China so... why bother with the US in the first place!
Not sure when the right time to buy is here but someone is going to make a truck load of money somewhere along the line
Wow, buy for less than 8p, surely this is an over reaction. can it honestly be worth less than half now than this morning.?
A group, somewhere, is going to start posting how it's massively oversold and then the herd moves in. might have to hit a miserable price yet... pick a number. could go to 5, easily, in today's markets. but then it'll spike back to 9 and then fall back again.
unless some further updates come in.
