And it's only about 15% dilution, not 30%.
That comes out at 25.5p share price. you then have to factor in the funds enabling the company to start production (though how long that'll take to get going) and how, exactly the clns impact the sp is... frankly, beyond me.
my thumbnail is that 25.5p per share for the nearly 19million shares.
Still trying to disentangle the clns and the shares with a stirke price of 40p and how and when they're released!
Can anyone help with a translation, please. Tried google translate but language not recognised.
The only thing i know is that some stupid people will start talking about the cln but it's the acquaistion details that are the hard thing to unpick and understand.
What do people think of the latest RNS releases
It would have undergone rigorous testing before being added to McKesson or any large medical device provider’s catalogue. These people are not cavalier about adding new suppliers when a/ the incumbents are large players like Phillips b/ if you get it wrong you can kill people. Therefore have lawsuits.
I’m not worried about it. your dog’s not worried. You shouldn’t be either.
Particularly, too, when you say you only have a small holding here.
Cheers! It matters not what index or market! The result is the same
But we hope for the one
But thank you
Boyg , I mean no disrespect but maybe investing In AIM is not for you , there seems to be a large degree of stress involved in your views , I truly hope you, me and others are well rewarded but we have to be prepared to lose the lot remember
Whilst prepping food I wondered whether there was an issue with the device!
No evidence at all other than delayed production without notification. The units due to be shipped in December 22 seemingly haven’t been paid for if they were shipped. Production didn’t stop until much later.
Price dropping suggests something serious is amiss
Seemingly waiting for China before full power down so I ask whether the device has an issue. Hence the delay that warranted production stopping and not really kicking off with anything close to full output
Just a thought. I’m not talking to the wife so it’s you or the dog and he looks like he heard enough
Takeover is a long way off
If ever
Been ripe for it but no takers
Maybe if China revenues go beyond the expected minimum
Let’s say …. £4mill needed
Bank I need £4mill. One million every three weeks please
Panic not bank we have £15mill in orders and that’s when we stopped taking them
Panic not back we have £55 mill over 10 years
Why would u raise and seriously dilute???
It doesn’t make sense
The slide doesn’t make sense
The revenue doesn’t make sense
On reflection… why am I invested??? :)
The asterisks was the shared profits b'stards. you know, if you know...
this was the price of the previous one, though that one came out of the blue and at a major discount to the then current sp.
since then, ************* have been hammering this share with stories about another placing required and the longer there's no news the more folk sell.
if you haven't already sold then it's looking a little late to be selling, as there's still no actual confirmation of funds being reuqired (to my knowledge).
if the price is going to be 25p then wait for the sp to get closer. if it's lower than 25p then i'm not sure what the iis will have to say about that, except try and buy the company oturight as their products look like quality. (it won't be the first time some pharma company sp gets trashed to be bought at heavy discount and taken private).
No RNS today - Maybe people in the know were 'flogging off' these shares with the intention of investing in the MicroSalt public offer coming to light today - who knows, or maybe an RNS later on in the week with some other explanation??
If normal patterns apply we will find out what many others know and we don’t this week
Yes it has happened this way several times before in BELL but we are at a stage where there really should be no reason we can’t borrow directly from the banking system. We have sufficient orders to cover a loan to purchase materials to produce them.
Each time there has been a drop like this it is followed by bad news
And the parent TEK seems to follow in similar circumstances. There is chance of a raise here but I too find the whole thing very strange and illogical.
I don’t know why I bother typing. But I have to get it off my chest. Something is very very wrong here
There is no visible reason why this share is dropping. Other than the revenue shortfall (which is still unaccounted for ) the news has been nothing but good. 6500 pre orders. 55 million ten year (55 million minimum). Hong King signed up
So unless you know more than the published news, why on earth would you be selling. The regular chunks at every price to 30p and looking like still heading that way.
Either the news is known about financing or other news is known.
I highlighted potential delay before full throttle production before in their half year stats
But I am now very concerned. The fall belies news available to non institutions.
The signed contract for ten years…. That starts 1st october. Is there an issue with that???
I don’t have a clue but there must be something wrong here. Money raise? Production? Or contract

At the lower end of the o2 supplemental
But in ballpark
Probably not in the short term seaman, I know a large number of ex RAF fast jet jockeys who rival the British Army as a drinking culture: strange how their pre-flight oxy check seemed to take five minutes sucking on 100% O2 haha. Given I have no clinical need for supplementary Oxygen I can confirm that a few minutes on 10L/min confers an alertness after Beaujolais Nouveaux night which one would not expect. Depends on your tidal flow per minute, for some people that is a lot of Oxygen relative to their normal requirements but for others it is less. It all depends on your breathing rate and inspired volumes.
At La Paz it is normal practice for flight crew to set up their flight deck, do calcs and brief while wearing oxy masks. It is at a hypoxic altitude for most individuals.
From a practitioner view, it might be worth emailing them.
From an investor view, $15m pre orders for Discov-R suggests a ready market.
GLA
Nigel , I assume you won't be investing then ....thanks for your wisdom although mostly over my head . Market leader with a huge market that's all I need to know
Cheers
