Progressing towards earnings positive for the full year based off H1 guidance, which is nice.
On the plus side, the initial claim was over $100M. However, as a negative, I wish the BOD would not say ' cash flow positive in foreseeable future'. This is the BOD, a time scale plse, you know what business you are doing. Foreseeble future for a co can be as long as 2,3 years. What about a stab at 'by Q1,15' Very disappointing.
confirmed. now they can look forward and grow the business to a cash flow positive state by quarter end.
OMG what a disaster....I was seriously tempted to switch out off Accsys for a short time to try and put some (more!) into the HH plays...so wish I had now. ANOTHER £2m blown on DW and still nothing in return. I reckon that's about 20% of MC wasted on that 'venture'. Horrible mistake by the BOD who to be fair are pro all as sick as the pi's about this one.... I suppose it's maybe a top up opportunity and logically that may be correct but I'm too sick of the constant set backs to invest anything more here just now...
DW awarded legal fees. Suggest AXS sues their Lawyers for awful advise. SP down but it does give rise to an opportunity. AXS BOD must now make the Company cash positive within the next 6 months. I am still positive here but what a mess the BOD has got itself into. Not only that it has to now work with DW to produce the stuff for Asia. Hopefully part of the deal will be no legal fees to pay but we shall see.
Wrong ivor22. Before the consolidation there were 445 million shares in issue, now there are 89 million ( 5:1). Plse rest assured, if the income stream, and profitability are there to make it a £130M Market Cap company then the sp has doubled, irrespective of if it being a penny or a £10 share.GL
The whole point buying penny shares is they may double in price if the company take off now there not penny shares the price is up and I not double my money cause they took 4 shares off me for very 5 I own I got these eary at 12 pence over 2 years the company looking good now and I made no money it sounds to me a way to ripe off the shares holder.
However,OOooOO, it went from 15p to 74.28p, not .15p which gave rise to the 1000s % increase. As u say, no change, and it gives the appearance of a more substantial co, with only 88m shares in issue, However, that spread def. says 'I am a low volume traded AIM share .After saying that, just noticed todays' spread of 1.67%. Take it back. apologies n all that.
Consolidation, what a great way to appear more valuable to non-share holders. From 0.15 to 74.28 overnight and still worth didley squat. It only means there is no change.
gives is 1 new share for every 5 held. Old sp in Es was 0.19 X 5 = 0.95 Divide by 1.255 ( Xchange rate GBP) = 75.7p. What concerns me is the spread at 4.5, Not a 'come and buy me' spread. Needs a 4.5% rise in sp to break even. Disappointng. However, still believe it's a v g 2-3yr hold. GL
meant 500% times the 100 pennies in a pound gives 50,000%, then divide by exchange rate say 1.26 gives 39,683% rise due to the changes
I reckon as a very rough calc, Its 5 to 1 consolidation, and change from euro to pennies. I reckon all being equal 5 to 1 gives 500% rise, 500% times by 100 pennies in a £ gives 500000%, divide by exchange rate of 1.26 gives 39,683% rise
- had better days
Purdey- you are right it should be 1p.
people. Well done!
Surely this cant be right!!! lol
?????
It's the euro messing it all up. I recently bought and sold BKIR (Bank of Ireland) for £300 profit - my usual means of calculating my profit/loss had me down for a 99% loss.
.20 share price, on a 5:1 consolidation = 1p surely? 76.5p seems a bit bonkers to me but.... hey what do I know!...
39,130.77% growth would make my portfolio look good ::-)
39,130.77% thats unheard of ....
It's not just that. Google Finance is showing yesterday's price as under a penny and today's price as 73p, something like 75 times yesterday's. So is that 5x for the consolidation and 15x for the court case news (5x15=75)? Or have we changed from being quoted in euro to being quoted in pennies, or something?
Further to the passing of Resolution 8 (share consolidation), the entire issued share capital of the Company shall be consolidated on a 5:1 basis from 443,734,861 ordinary shares of €0.01 each into 88,746,972 ordinary shares of €0.05 eachwith effect (pending admission of the shares to AIM and Euronext Amsterdam) from Friday 12 September 2014.
A 1:5 consolidation it would appear. Never saw any notice of it though.
Can anyone explain the huge increase in bid / ask please?
