correction sry....adm align shareholding is (7%) dunno why its changed just had a quick look....ill invesigate further
https://markets.ft.com/data/equities/tearsheet/profile?s=ADME:LSE
so are align blindly signing from the hymn sheet as well they have circa HALF A MILLION in shares they do reasearch for different companies some do well (100-300%) some fold its AIM...but they have invested in 4 companies that i can see inronveld (7%) adm energy (own company or more than 50%) and pathfinder (10%) and ascent(10%)
theres 40-60% fundies/majors in both ascent and pathfinder
the RNS are good for both companies latley and both look like something MIGHT and i say MIGHT happen very soon
so theres align and major fundies etc....or i can listen to some random on a board who looks like they dont have any shares
hummm....think ill be ok but thks for you concern
so you dont have any shares then and have resorted to abusive comments which means you have no reply and are just some sort off bully on the board?
Your contempt does not deserve an answer .. you are wetter behind the ears than a new born baby .. the recent gas price will not make a jot of difference to the share price as it will just about keep the lights on in paying the directors their excessive and un-earn’t salaries .. they must laughing at the likes of you.. blindly singing from their hymn sheet .. IMHO
well thats your opionion but you seem to be rather unhappy that everthing maybe coming together
the recent increase in the gas revenue would be cause for celebration from an ACTUAL shareholder you seem to be upset do you own any shares? or do you like always down just have 20 quids worth? i have as i said a few and am waiting....havent really had any trading for myself for quite a few weeks....just waiting no more
but for a LTH or what ever you and you buddies seem really upset with good news
Old blue .. the recent gas price rise is the only thing that has changed in the time the new board have been here other than the consolidation of shares by a 1 for every 100 or what it was .. so nothing is the answer to my own question. …Imho But you can think what you like the truth is there for all to see…
progress....see RNS....quite a bit
ohh and were getting at mo 100k euro a month...to us....so thats not progress?
aligned with JV partner on EIA ....stimulation ....and most importantly CONSESSION EXTENTION!!!....not progress apparently
BIT looks ready to go if they play up......not progress apparently.....
the new board look as if they have done more in less than 2 years.......than the other 'old board' in far far more time....not progress apparently.....
and looks like the gas flow rate has miraculously increased to a profitable level from a decreasing flowrate....not progress??
pls pls pls DYOR dont listen to folk on boards
and always always check what folk write.....the RNS are there read them all....multiple times!!!
Winniemandela,
The BOD are currently patting themselves on the back as gas prices have increased globally! Not sure how much influence they had on that though?
Other than that - no progress to report.
maybe you can email them if you so concerned....wouldn't mention the unearned salaries tho they might get upset
https://www.ascentresources.co.uk/contact-us/

Wow!
Two punters MAY have lost a lot of money short selling AST shares.
I expect that the hundreds of investors who bought into AST and lost most of their money feel so much better to hear that.
interesting post from the advfn site dont know if true but...

Dodge and Terminator are now bankrupt from their Ascent shorts. I am not in here, but I do like to see this happen for the lies they are spreading about VAST Resources.
wow eh?
Nice FT link you posted OldBlue!
For anybody who is not already a subscriber, don't bother paying to read this. The article is about the risks and benefits of investing in AIM. Not once does it mention AST and this is what one of the fund managers said.
"As a general rule, Mr Parker says he will only consider investing in stocks with a market capitalisation of over £50m — around one-third of the current Aim list — and prefers companies with a record, avoiding IPOs. Companies he invests in have to be profitable — “there are a lot of companies listed on Aim that are not” — and have to be cash generative. Ideally, debts are low and asset backed."
Now I wonder how many boxes Mr Parker would tick, applying that criteria to AST?

Thanks Pinguser5,
The reason I reply to his posts, is that if no one challenges the rubbish he spouts, others may take his views as gospel. There are a lot of new and inexperienced people investing in shares, and who can blame them when interest rates are so low? But be careful, the road is not paved with gold!
And as OldBlue so often says do your own research (DYOR). Read through the RNS's and don't blindly accept anyone's view, especially when they will not discuss, debate, or back up what they have said.
well looks like there all starting to come back from benidorm or where ever they all went.....hope you remebered the duty free!!!
and remeber folk do not listen to folk on boards pls pls pls dont ........DYOR as below nice article

Significant due diligence is the answer given by Fidelity’s Alex Wright, co-manager of the UK Smaller Companies Fund has a 20 per cent exposure to Aim stocks. With this fund, and Fidelity’s Special Values Investment Trust, Mr Wright looks for companies that have “strong downside protection” in the form of tangible assets or durable earnings.
and always remeber know one is ever going to give you the magic stock tip.(and illegal unless qualified to do so)...and beware off LTH bashing there own stock!!!
i really cant say more than that GLA!!!
Kenj,
I filtered Old Blue a long tme ago. Don't waste your time engaging with he or she. They typify what AIM is all about. Many people learn & eventually see through this for what it is & exit the market atogether.
No OldBlue, it is you who is saying nothing!
The quotes I post from AST RNS's, are to back up what I have said. You on the other hand spout a lot of tosh and refuse to back any of it up when challenged, so please don't tell me how a discussion board works. You really haven't a clue, have you?
sry kenj i got this sort off rubbish with the oldblue ...oldblue ....oldblue from a guy called phimx on the inspirt energy board
you said nothing ....stated nothing ....apart from random RNS.....meant to be a discussion board and your not saying or discussing anything apart from throwing up a few randon RNS...so...
very sorry but youl be talking to yourself....and with the rest off your pals...green box for all...bye!!!!!
"if you going to make a comment sure show the RNS where you got it from but you have stated or said nothing there apart from show 3 parts off 3 different RNS "
I did not need to say anything, AST said it all for me, and surely you believe them OldBlue?
The point that I was making was that our JV partner who you suggested was helping to compile the EIA, have in fact been a pain in the ass for a long while. Sorry if my post was too subtle for you. Any way don't take my word for it. Here's what AST said.
Andrew Dennan, the Company's Chief Executive, commented:
"It is of course disappointing to observe a JV service provider pursuing a confrontational approach, possibly trying to take advantage of the situation through what we regard as ill-timed and unfounded legal manoeuvring."
"so not mentioning that the flowrates look as if it has inceased x3 to x4 from what we were lead to believe was a declining gas pressure? nothing on that just some random RNS."
A 3 to 4 times flowrate is wishful thinking on your part, nowhere have AST said this!
The statement about declining flow rates comes from AST's own RNS's, not me. Perhaps you should follow your own advice OldBlue and re-read the last 200 or so. But, just to be helpful it wasn't that far back.
so not mentioning that the flowrates look as if it has inceased x3 to x4 from what we were lead to believe was a declining gas pressure? nothing on that just some random RNS....wow green box for you
if you going to make a comment sure show the RNS where you got it from but you have stated or said nothing there apart from show 3 parts off 3 different RNS
the whole point is the aligned part ok? why did they put it in there? remove it and the sentance stays the same or same meaning so why add it? they are RNS or nomaded legal documents which must be correct legally...so wording is very very important....
it may or may not have significance as i said its IN MY HONEST OPIONION and should not be twisted or taken otherwise by others like you...it maybe significant it maybe not significant....well find out pretty soon
not mentioning the increase in flow rates at all tho i notice which is far more important IMHO!!!!! again
by as it says updates coming SOON!!!!
