Being a shareholder in Dev Clever before name change to Veative via Dev Clever contact us wrote to Chris Jeffries and Ankur Aggarwal regarding their statement
"Transactions in DevClever Shares following the Cancellation The Board is aware that the proposed Cancellation would make it more difficult for shareholders to buy and sell shares should they wish to do so and that Shareholders may still wish to acquire further or dispose of DevClever Shares.
Accordingly, the Board intends to use reasonable endeavours to create and maintain a matched bargain secondary market trading facility to assist shareholders to trade in DevClever Shares following Cancellation. A further announcement providing further details of this facility will be released before cancellation.
Contact details for the matched bargain trading facility provider once arranged will be made available to shareholders on the Group's website."
I specifically requested update "providing further details of this facility will be released before cancellation."
To date have not received any response.
Has anyone managed to obtain any further updated information since cancellation.
Discount to selling is the fact of a buyer in the market , typical fishing the lower end of auto sells.
As said before , cheaper to buy this company where his private investment would cost nearly 10 times more to invest in Dev Clever
Wow. Another RNS for increase in holding.
Well Akers has a vested interest in what ASLR have invested into as well , cheaper to buy ASLR stock then his direct investment.
He's mopping them up

Because it is a bag of **** share….simples! ??
As previously stated.their holding in DEV hasn't vanished they are alot more likely to be in the know than we are ,share price trashed by market, but now folks are buying back in as their holding in DEV will have some value ,how much who knows,I'm staying putto see how it pans out.
Bagzzz, on the 4th Jan. you said that you had sold up and moved on so why are you still here making negative comments after your very poor decision. Move on.
I’m sure all the dragons have said it! No faith in Dev here….only hope….and that’s a stretch! Fingers and toes crossed!
Dev shares will be tradeable after Jan 18th just not on LSE. They'll be down in value no doubt but hopefully come good in time.
Baggzzz it was Duncan Ballantyne..haha. keep the faith with Dev you never just know..
Thanks for this...
And not meaning to sound brutal but while suspended DEV shares are worth nothing to individual PI's, they haven't lost their value as an investment to ASLR. The reorganisation and rebranding at DEV/VEATIVE still holds value. As do some (not all) of the other unlisted shares...
=> 2p is great value here
IMHO
….sold up and moved on! Dev will be delisted for years to come. This is going nowhere fast. As Peter Jones would say “I’m out!”
Would have appreciated a word from the BoD today…

They still have Dev shares but problem is can not trade until shares are relisted , it does appear that the £3 million went to DEV. Why put 70% of your investment in one company.
Anyway agree its worth more will look at each investment and list values.
I believe the last accounts showed 30k cash in the bank. It did plough about £3m into Dev but that was before the last half yearly accounts - clever! I reckon it has no money in the bank but might start to sell a few of its very "wise" investments. The company is worth more than a couple of pence - but not each share.
Just to add in half year accounts this company had £3.1 million in cash & since there have been no more investments in that period then minus admin should still expect around £3 million cash held.
There have been multiple warrants issued which adds to the admin cost in a positive light.
Also DEV if unlisted still has value as ASLR is the forth biggest investor see below.

Expected timetable of principal events
Under the Listing Rules, as a Standard List Company, the Cancellation can be effected without securing
approval of shareholders at a general meeting
Under the London Stock Exchange's admission and disclosure standards, Dev Clever must advise the
London Stock Exchange of the Cancellation not less than 20 Business Days before the date it intends
trading in the DevClever Shares to be discontinued.
It is therefore anticipated that the Cancellation will take effect 20 Business Days following the making
of the application on or around 18 January 2023.
Key dates:
Expected date of cancellation of listing and trading on the main market 18 January 2023
Notes:
1. References to times in this announcement are to London time unless otherwise stated.
2. If any of the above times and/or dates change, the revised times and/or dates will be notified
to Shareholders by an announcement through a regulatory information service recognised
by the London Stock Exchange.
Now now don't be talking nonsense.
Barclays have a stake in AAA hence the cv’s of the new board - hopefully an escape route for AAA and ASLR shareholders
I see they are leaving the ship
https://aaacap.com/wp-content/uploads/Announcement-of-Board-changes-and-Strategic-review-22-12-22.pdf
I can see Sentience having value. But thus far AAA holds 25% in them. And as ASLR holds 1.3% in AAA ASLR indirectly holds 0.325% in Sentience. Nothing spectacular.
