Being a shareholder in Dev Clever before name change to Veative via Dev Clever contact us wrote to Chris Jeffries and Ankur Aggarwal regarding their statement
"Transactions in DevClever Shares following the Cancellation The Board is aware that the proposed Cancellation would make it more difficult for shareholders to buy and sell shares should they wish to do so and that Shareholders may still wish to acquire further or dispose of DevClever Shares.
Accordingly, the Board intends to use reasonable endeavours to create and maintain a matched bargain secondary market trading facility to assist shareholders to trade in DevClever Shares following Cancellation. A further announcement providing further details of this facility will be released before cancellation.
Contact details for the matched bargain trading facility provider once arranged will be made available to shareholders on the Group's website."
I specifically requested update "providing further details of this facility will be released before cancellation."
To date have not received any response.
Has anyone managed to obtain any further updated information since cancellation.

A non profitable company who wants to take control merge with a profitable company with good cash reserves and good future prospects of increased profits and cash reserves plus the benefit of the dividend, i as a shreholder would also tell any non profitable company who wish to take control to p*ss off

gives an insight if Kistos is successful in taking control of Serica, i believe after AA has hugely profited from the deal will then move on to start something afresh, At least we have a stable board may be slow in execution but the company is profitable and is paying a dividend, If Kistos was profitable and was paying a dividend than may be it would make sense to combine but for now IMHO it will be a bad outcome for Serica shareholders like me.

Serica made a counter proposal which was dismissed by Kistos wonder why?, Serica is profitable with good reserves of cash and pays dividend, and it is the opposite for Kistos and in my opinion the Proposed Combination recommended by Kistos will not add any significant value to Serica Shareholder. I personally will not accept the recommendation.

JohnDoe_23 & MaxMargolliss Thanks for the info, had exactly the same experience with SFOR Purchases shown as Sells took a punt and sitting on tidy return, hopefully same happens with TPG

It appears most of the Sales shown at 6.60 are infact Purchases. Who would or could instigate inaccurate transaction ?

Bought some shares and the transaction showing as Sale, appears most if not all showing as Sales today are actually Buys !!!

It appears a lot of Buys are Showing up as Sales, any transactions over 10.00 i believe are buys, infact i bought some last week and my Purchase showed as a Sale !!!
