I've just noted elsewhere that ASLR own around 53,000 shares in AudioBoom (on top of the AAA holding).
ASLR through it's interest in AAA will benefit from the predicted battle between Spotify & Amazon for AudioBoom as AAA have a large interest in AAQUA & AAQUA have a VERY large chunk of AudioBoom.
A few of my shares were quiet until people caught on to the potential………….expect more posts as the year goes on lol. My opinion only DYOR etc.
Very quiet here considering and amazing week of movement - things looking very strong indeed
Looking like the back test of the recent drop today. Obviously suffering a bit at the moment but the 30%+ discount to NAV and assoc upside here is very compelling. Amazed it isn't being bought up.
Following the Dev Clever Rns today our 76 million and 35 million warrants are looking very valuable and when the market digests the deal should greatly benefit our share price
Aaa rns, should drag us up nicely!
Been kept down , swinging up now, suspect those in the know been getting in at a suppressed price, could get interesting in the short term.all imho
Why is this board not very active?
Further to the announcement of 29 November 2021, Asimilar Group plc (AIM: ASLR), the AIM quoted investing company focused on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the Internet of Things (IoT), notes the announcement made today by MESH Holdings plc ('MESH') that the scheme of arrangement whereby All Active Asset Capital Limited ('AAA') will acquire 100% of MESH has now completed.
Accordingly, Asimilar now owns 24 million AAA shares, being 1.3% of AAA's current issued share capital. AAA is a currently unlisted investment company that specialises in identifying early stage, high growth technology businesses. Its two key investments are a holding of 185,917 shares in AAQUA N.V ('AAQUA'), being 29% of AAQUA's current issued share capital, and 28,000 ordinary shares in Sentiance N.V. ('Sentiance'), being 25.3% of Sentiance's current issued share capital. AAA has stated it is actively working to re-list its equity on an international stock exchange.
Delay in the High Court approval of AAA/MESH until 29 November as ASLR have 24m MESH shares?
Any idea what's caused the dip today and this week generally?
MESH shareholders have just voted 99.99% to accept AAA shares on the basis of 1:1 this morning. This means that the Sentiance deal can now be concluded and ASLR now have large chunk of AAA shares as a result.
Ah thanks Bandstand, didn't see the AAA news - almost forgot about them they had been suspended for so long haha
This was 70p a few months ago without the mesh news
Sorry - getting carried away - that should read £24M!
Possibly due to it owning 8% of MESH which will entitle it to 240M shares in AAA Capital when their merger is confirmed probably on 5 Nov, prior to completing the acquisition of Sentiance
why is this going up? is it an info leak?
Agreed - and with, as it appears, Dev Clever gaining traction, that in itself plus Sentience and Mesh should move Asimilar ahead.
One of my students requested I did a quick redraw for ASLR, we called it with mega success in March of this year with Swazers Charts. I am sure you guys don't need me telling you stuff you already know. Here is my chart all the same. Looks like a v strong buy. Good luck to all investors. Cheers, Swaz. https://www.tradingview.com/x/vDJ9rHLn/
Suggest this might hit 60p very quickly ,very oversold ….gla
;)
consider the bounce back on! not a bad top up yesterday!
@gallini - that's what I thought, topped up quite a few shares - I agree it will bounce back
Not much volume to justify the sp fall today. This will bounce back soon imo
