Sorry MESH Holdings - and therefore an interest in AAA and Sentience
They have a mega 24M shares in AAA Capital inherited from their stake in Sentience - but be worth something or nothing
I get that. It doesn't feel like the best time to buy. Yet I did. Done a little DD (not too much, not betting the farm) and feel it was sufficient to take a small position. Willing to add if it goes any lower.
fill you boots - think will struggle to buy at the moment though... or maybe just me...
If one of these companies has any plans of going public and intends to use ASLR as a vehicle who knows what the share price will do?
I agree on ASLR getting "punished" because of the Dev Clever fiasco but this looks overdone.

Websites look professional. I like the sectors ASLR is invested in.
Let's see:
19.5 invested in Dev Clever, worth? A lot going on there, very unclear outcome. I'm counting on at least 1.0 remaining value.
1.0 invested in AAA. AAA holding 32.5% in Aaqua (total mess, to be safe value 0). AAA holding 25% in Sentiance (which seems to be doing very well). AAA 's intented to buy 100% in Sentiance. Don't think that will go through. AAA valued at 500 million. No way. Counting 0.1 value of AAA holding.
Current market value of shares in AudioBooom 0.6 million.
3.4 million invested in Magic Media of which 1.5 million in a convertible note. Magic Media seems to do well. Counting it at 1.5 (the value of the convertible).
A 0.9 million investment in Simplestream. Seems to be doing okay. Let's count it in for 0.4.
A 1.3 million investment in Seequestor, which seems to be doing fine. Let's say 0.6 to be on the safe side.
A 0.5 investment in Sparkledun (Fast2fibre). Not that exciting. I'm counting it in at 0.3
Finally 3 smaller investments in Gfinity, Low6 and Zeelo, 0.5 in total. Counting 0.2 for that.
1.0+0.1+0.6+1.5+0.4+0.6+0.3+0.2=4.6.
Number of shares 123 million. Value 3.5-4p.
Feels like a very low valuation to me.
2p is a 50% discount, I'm a buyer.
How did it turn out for you?
Not a holder here and sincerely hope it works out long term - from reading from rns from dev clever it said it consulted larger shareholders of their plan to rebrand - so my have some hope. Been in this position myself.

But surly should be valued above 2m? DEV is not over...they will provide a trading platform for matched sell/purchase ..
wiped out :(
No need for thinking. We’ve all been screwed! “Dev” estated!
What’s your thinking?
There is something very wrong going on here!
Understood, but to be left with a valuation of 5m is a bit excessive ! Or am I missing something else??
May be the Bonnier/AAQUA v Candy case and it’s possible effect on AAA - a major investment for ASLR
why we have dropped so much today??
They have a habit of moving their own deadlines! They’ve said they were looking forward to relisting in Early 2022 as they were at an advanced stage with preparing the prospectus….dropped the ball with the Aldebaron contract and then said relist by the end of Jan 2023! I’m sceptical of that deadline too! Can’t believe the drop today…unless someone knows something we don’t, which wudbt surprise me!
75p these were, 75p! 4p today! Wowsers!
why is this taking so long to relist??
It’s coz I bought £1500 yesterday! This share is beyond a joke….I guess it’s where u learn there is no bottom except 0p!
Seems to be bouncing back. Bid up from 0.3995 to 0.44.
Over 30 percent down, cannot see any news as to why
This share is getting beyond a joke now!
Well, I’ve had a top up…..and hoping that Dev delivers some good news in Jan, although I’m a little sceptical…..any good news shud see this jump significantly! It’s certainly a dull shade to be in at the moment. Fingers crossed.
