I think the major fault structure recently discovered will be the priority for both companies.
They say it could eclipse Glencores large Pallas Green at 45m mt.
perroverde, from the Group 11 RNS on 16 June.
'Overall, the Stonepark drill program (2,300m, six holes) is now 82%-complete with the first three deepest holes reported above; the remaining three holes are planned to begin after ongoing drilling at the Company’s Ballywire prospect (PG West Project) is completed over the next two months'
DVH I believe they are doing the remaing drilling over the summer (ie now) so could be some results before too long. I think timing might also depend on where Group 11 prioritise the drilling locations - ie the 3 remaining JV drill locations or their own adjacent locations. Either way it can't be long now!
Maybe we have another buyer wanting to 10 bag when we sell our share of Stonepark to Glencore?
it wasnt me topping up i've done all the topping up i can do in 1 share!
lol
the latest stonepark drill result has only increased the attractivness of the asset. hopefully a buyout soon of the Zinc
11.54% up! Maybe some news on the way.....
Flurry of buys in the last 5 minutes.....
The assets aren't the problem here it's the management and pr......defo worth a punt at these levels but need to see how this support holds up
Yet another tweet last Friday about what a great prospect this 100% owned asset is for the company. Why do they keep doing this when the last RNS we had confirming the end of drilling for 2021 was dated 24 November?! They didn't even publish the final drilling results. Just a joke!!
Come on Group 11 and/or Glencore, make a bid for our share of Stonepark so we can all move on.......
3p per share dividend. 9 million shares. mmmm let me think about that....I accept!!
Sell it to Glencore for 15m ( I know thats uber cheap).
Keep 5m in company to develop gold and lithium.
Divi 10m to shareholders ( approx3p per share)
Plus I would go knocking not wait.
GL.
Happy sitting on my golden tickets waiting for the knock on the door.
The SP is up 8.33% this morning on a single trade for £129.80p, interesting.
The key asset here is Stonepark and, crucially, the company has informed shareholders (via twitter again last week) that we are funded to complete our work this year with Group 11. More positive results to come! Sell our share of the project and return funds to shareholders and look to progress our gold projects (Mine River & Inishowen both owned 100% by ARK) and the lithium licences in Zimbabwe...
'The Company’s 2022 fully-funded drill program at Stonepark totals six holes and 2,300m. This program is now 82% complete, with three holes totalling 1810.6m completed.'
I think there’s an important distinction between ‘running out of cash’ (doubtful) and ‘need for cash for specific projects’ eg Zimbabwe (maybe).
MM taking any sign of weakness to mark everything down!
I mean net 5k sells to buys and down 17%!!!!
It's all over the small caps .
Sheesh. Going nowhere and hopefully will add if my portfolio eventually has any blue on it.
I mean look at the mcap FFS LOL!
GL.
(anyone believe that G11 or Glencore don't want Arkles 23% are having a laugh).
I think the last Stonepark drill only cost us £75k ( 23.44% of the drill).
Mr.T has said warrant holders supportive so funds either thru that or a very very small placing. Certainly nothing to worry about imo. And nothing immediately required. In fact monies pencilled in for the gold could be used elsewhere.
Re Today’s RNS good to see mgt recognising that this is undervalued. We’ve been saying that for some time.
Time to add even more imo, and wait for sentiment to swing which it will undoubtedly do.
I’m chilled and more excited for ARKs future than ever
Looks like a few peeps think we'll be running out of cash soon....
The key is we're 'fully funded' for all current & planed work. This will become an issue when Group 11 plans the next phase of Stonepark development imo. We will have to raise funds if we wish to maintain our share of the project, reduce our percentage or sell up to either G11 or Glencore. As long as it is not a silly offer i would prefer to sell up at that stage!
Whats the cash position ?
How long till it runs out ?
More to come..we are examining specific exploration opportunity in another jurisdiction. Well under value brighter times ahead the world needs renewable metals and battery minerals for a cleaner future DYOR
I think there is more to come .as it says in the RNs we are examining additional opportunities in battery metals more news to come anytime.annual report to be out at soon
DVH can't disagree with any of that. Stonepark is clearly more pertinent at present than any of the Mine River or Inishowen stuff (however interesting - and late! - they may be).
Seeing the repeated Twitter posts (by whom I wonder - not Jim or Johnno surely?) just starts to make me nervous that they want the share price up to raise funds! (though I doubt that's the case unless for something specific eg Zimbabwe).
what is the point of tweeting about what great gold prospects the company has with Mine River & Inishowen (2 tweets in the past few days!) when we are just not making any progress on either? Inishowen was supposed to be commencing its next drilling campaign in the 'spring' and what are the next steps at Mine River? 4 emails sent to the company asking for an update, none answered. Says it all really! Fortunately it is Group 11 overseeing the development of Stonepark....
Mcap £2.5m or so, very little free float as so much stock in 162 Group and ‘friendly LTH’ hands. Under the radar right now.
