Confirmation that GL spoke of:
60% of management time being devoted to geothermal in the last 12 months, while the debt facility work was ongoing;
being tempted by gas prices to begin production for 2 months before undertaking the sidetrack.
I didn’t actually hear him say they had changed the plan. Can anyone confirm this?
He also mentioned a second sidetrack, That wasn’t budgeted for in the CPR, and his Captain America gaff was hilarious, was JTP holding caress up for him?
Balcombe and Brockham not even included in the
“Sum of parts” slide.
Dear me. He just said that 1st gas is 6 to 8 months away and only producing half as only one compressor will be delivered. It reminded me of all the interviews when he’s catch phrase “don’t beat me up if it slips a bit” comes out! He said the same regarding the pipeline on costs and timeliness, and that’s not even completed yet!! Expect 8 months at best. That will give them 2 months to make £1.4 million to pay that Knowe CLN….. can’t see them doing that with only one compressor!
...and we're infesred with PR drones parroting George's latest spin job like it been engraved on tablets of stone by the Almighty. Unsurprising.
Mind you the support monkeys need to synchronise their hymn sheets. Ocebot's latest predicted valuation is ten times less than Lucky Strike's... oops.
The seismic report wont be ready until August 6-8 weeks according to GL.
Albanwise Synergy are the land management company who are probably sourcing the landowner agreements for the geothermal. They specialise in offering landowners upfront payments for green projects.
The sidetrack was going to be out of the way first because of any hazards, and not to have a break costing more interest on the loan. Gl is moving the goal posts yet again.
Think (not sure about this) GL said geothermal is where about 60% of management time had gone during the last year. In that case, we are already, effectively, talking about a geothermal company with additional assets in Saltfleetby and Lidsey.
Very non-committal about the Balcombe appeal.
Re the sidetrack, think GL said they are now looking to get about 2 months' production way before undertaking it.
It was a an excellent interview. GL came out in full force as the bank account is fully loaded. This is what will happen in the very near future IMHO.
Interims in the next few days .
Lidsey seismic interpretation confirming £70 million Lidsey value.
Directors buying.
Warrants kick in at 1.25 pence and 1.5 pence bringing more cash to the table to do more business.
In July work at gas in full swing.
I expect SP to break 2 pence by July and travel to 5p with progress news.
Delighted with my top ups and very confident . GLA
Yanis. he paused before answering, you had him by the googlies because he carnt say no on film to such a wide audience LOL.
Ocelot. your own valuation is SFB 3p, Lidsey 2p and Geothermal 1p= 5.5p ,Your the person who is now going to upset Lucky Strike on his 500m mcap.
BV, it was a brilliant interview … the directors will buy shares … buy shares … did it sink in? :) :) :)
The webinar was hard to listen to due to GL rustling his paperwork whilst talking, I found it very annoying.
Lidsey £15m = 2p, GL in the podcast said the Lidsey field is worth many times the current mcap. Now one of those statements is incorrect and a contradiction of what was said previously.
Don't remember GL's precise words but spoke in terms of a dividend being a way to show respect to shareholders or something like that.
Continue to believe this company may prove to be a long-term growth story very suitable for family offices and like-minded investors.
Just at the present , however, it is grossly undervalued (sum of the parts valuation of £43m v market cap of £7.5m.
Yanis. I was watching when you asked the question. Is it me, or did GL say that Angus are doing the sidetrack afterwards now ie 5 bcf is enough.
Management's sum of the parts valuation: £43m, made up as follows:
Saltfleetby: £20m
Lidsey: £15m
Geothermal: £8m
"Very high level of confidence" in the Saltfleetby sidetrack.
Sees bulk of debt gone in 2023, when there may be question of a celebratory dividend payment.
The geothermal's presently embedded value of £8m is after prudential discount of 90%.
In the long run, geothermal will be the largest part of the company's value.
Half the plant arriving on 15th November and still claiming 1st gas this year???……..last 9 drills failed and still claims it’s low risk???………..what was he going to say about buying in ffs…… I’m sure they will if the sidetrack is successful, don’t hold your breath before that!
GL just answered my question ... they will buy shares.
BV, I couldn't help it ... I had to put that question in.
Someone's summoned the support monkeys. "Fly, my pretties, fly!"
Hasn't it occurred to those of a more positive outlook that putting forward fantasist predictions of six bags by early autumn, based on literally nothing more than "because George said so" actually reduces faith in the company?
Lucky I agree with you price predictions..........atb
"5 to 6p by early autumn"??? Landlord, a pint of what James is on, please.
What in the world is there that is set to change for ANGS so dramatically in the next 3 (or I'll be generous, 4) months?
The latest in a series of continually revised Poundland first gas estimates from George himself (whose ever-changing words are still considered as tablets of stone by some here) is "at the end of 2021". And actually, ANGS doesn't just need to achieve first gas... it also needs to have independently audited information on volumes produced.
Which is why in my very firm opinion, predicting a six bagger in the coming 3 to 4 months is bizarre fantasy (which I'll respectfully point out, James2 has form for). I'm expecting no substantive movement in any direction until Q1 2022 earliest - basically when Poundland Gas results (or lack of them) become known. And I'd bet a tenner against a penny that's exactly what the market is waiting on too.
James 2nd " Double digits share price is very possible when the company succeeds on all fronts. Meanwhile 5 to 6P by early autumn is a fair target without the froth."
