No RNS, yet plenty of press releases, you just canny make it up If you tried ffs 🤣 It must be one hell of a fairytale they're writing.
You’ve lost the plot Joe-stop embarrassing yourself and ask why nobody would put £4m in since July last year?
I’m betting there will be nothing for unsecured creditors never mind equity
Bang AMTE power into the search bar 👍
What is the name of the Amte Telegraph group ?
If our reports trigger an FCA investigation they'll go through AMTE with a fine tooth-comb. No stone will be left unturned. Tomorrow they publically announce that they've robbed thousands of investors of their hard earned money
FCA phone is going to be of the hook
Something for the sodium packs .
Ultimately, anode material supplier DGI will work directly with cell manufacturer AMTE Power to take the project forward and develop optimised manufacturing processes for the volume manufacturing of sodium-ion batteries.
:)
Someone need to dig into the DGI and AMTE collaboration. That's where the value is IP etc .British inventor won against Apple 16 billions however we have users here not invested constantly posting that AMTE should licence there IP ( AMTE IP worth no more than 100k ) etc etc .comparing AMTE to BV .
AMTE is the one making it work on industrial scale and incorporating in into battery pack (all steps etc )
Same parties pop up over and over again you start wandering if there maybe something more than coincidence. Who is who ?
For me dog is buried in that collaboration work and IP properties from that work .
Rampers now refer to AMTE as lithium battery company .No AMTE have sodium battery packs .
Avenues are being explored. However its imperative that people rattle cages and make as much noise about it as possible. In order to draw attention to the crime.
Platforms for making such a noise are being set up as we speak. You can stay informed by joining the Telegram group
Is there a class action?
How can I get involved?
I emailed FRP- no response… anyone know who to contact at the FCA?
It really sticks what’s gone on here… and sadly I had many tens of thousands invested here
Have joined, thank you
It will be interesting to see what complete and utter bullsht will be contained within the RNS on Monday. They've probably hired in JK Rowling in to write the fairytale. It's going to be a hard task to sugar coat over a blatant fraud, that's for sure
Stevie
They'll be shutting shop here soon. So we'll be moving out and setting up HQ else where. Join the Tele group, if you haven't already and be sure to submit a report to the FCA. I reported it as 'market manipulation'. We'll get more organised next week, when we find a new home
As soon as the FCA or SFO give them a Chap on the door, it's only a matter of time before one of them goes into self preservation mode and squeals to save their own skin
I don't if Hollis's silence is so as to not risk incriminating himself. Maybe even shame. OR its all on Kevin and Alan is giving it all a big swerve. The general manager looks like a soft touch who'll crumble under the slightest bit of pressure. We will soon find out.
I would be highly surprised if WH Ireland we not involved or akin to the ‘pinnacle’ debacle - they are connected with so many discomforting situations on AIM
As a shareholder with £13k odd to lose, this stinks and needs investigating.
If someone start digging who knows what can be underneath.
Last 12 months should be looked under microscope.
As you said someone somewhere may crossed the line .Last accounts where not published as they said later stage after financial situation is resolved :) in other worlds until they swep all under the carpet and avoid Q :) Someone was saying about short position and conflict of interest no idea but we should never put a penny more after the first suspension. It should not be too difficult to check names that incorporated P.and so on .
If they had just gone admin in the first place. This buyout wouldn't be blinkered at. It would just be a standard pre-pack fxck. HOWEVER, amte manufactured a deal to literally manipulate the market. You and both were snared. Its fraud, its criminal and urge all to report to the FCA and the SFO. Trust me Conversations are being had and the relevant agencies are taking notice
My bet is that AMTE TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (not in administration) has all of the intellectual property. Kevin has offloaded the liabilities but kept the IP, but I may be wrong.
Like many , I got suckered in by all the talk of a Mega factory (fantasy) and a mysterious offshore investor (Pinnacle) this will teach me to be more cautious.
Interestingly, not all of AMTE went into admin, https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11261605
Kevin Brundish sold his own company back to himself via admin. Lionvolt is also a start up with Zero funds. So it would of been a pre-pack, pound sale. So we'll get nothing. Clue is in the fact that we are last to be informed and not mentiond in any articles
Now he is steering 2 ships into the rocks instead of one. The only good thing is, all assets are in his name. A lot value, for disgruntled investors who have been ripped of to go after, should opportunities arise. Which they will....
It's such a shame that one of the best company had to go through insolvency routes
Will there be any compensation for share holders.
or share holders are wiped off
Jcool
It's all in his name. Any sniff of fraudulent behaviour and lawyers will be informed and its bye, bye, bye Lionvolt
Done. I submitted my complaint. Just curious if there was fraudulent behaviour on Kevin being director on both companies.
