This is their reply. Joe.
'3D’ solid-state batteries that aim to deliver high performance' emphasis on the the words 'aim to' i.e. they don't actually have a product on market yet. AMTE or LionVolt, whoever, won't be out of administration long with this fraudulent deal, that's for sure
This is for companies that provide financial services such banks ,brokers ,investment funds and so on.
As for big P it's registered Virgin Islands or cannot remember now .

Errr so why haven't we been told about this ?
Is that your findings or a reply to your enquiries?
AMTE Power
I've completed a search on our Financial Services Register, this is a public register of the firms authorised by us and warning pages for unauthorised firms. Based on the information you've provided, I've been unable to locate a firm called AMTE Power, which means they're not authorised by ourselves. If they’re offering you particular products or services (known as regulated activities), they would need our authorisation to do so.
Please be aware that if you deal with a firm who aren’t authorised by the FCA, you wouldn’t have any protection in place from the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) if something went wrong or if this was a scam. We’ll be unable to provide any assistance in recovering your money from an unauthorised firm.
Pinnacle Ventures
I've completed a search on our Financial Services Register and based on the information you've provided, I've been unable to locate a firm called Pinnacle Ventures, which means they're not authorised by ourselves. If they’re offering you particular products or services (known as regulated activities), they would need our authorisation to do so.
Lionvolt

Alas, we agree upon something!
They'll every lawyer and his dog on hand, going through every word with a fine tooth-coomb, so as to prevent incriminating themselves
Just out of interest Vixen, are you male or female ?
I mean how much would this company need to pay if it was pre administation - say for example last Sept/october
PINNACLE imho a work of fiction
Must be a work of some fiction - perhaps a tale of the series GRIMM
Just to explain how the previous recent CEO of AMTE and now lion what ever was able to get AMTE as a flat pack 1 dollar deal - I wait this fantasy RNS and the complaints to follow
One last thing,
You never lost £12500, it was stolen
Devil
Brundish could of done this from the very start. They're bragging about how LionVolt will now suddenly manufacturer their batteries at the Thurso plant. Why not strike this deal back in September? LionVolt investing directly into Amte through the manufacturer of their batteries like IBIC is doing . They've fleeced us big time. And trust me, they won't get away with it
They'll have to take their time and scrutinise every single word, in case they incriminate themselves. They've literally committed fraud for all too see and are now having to kid on as though everything was legit.
They are trying to dilute Kevin Brundish's role with AMTE, claiming that he had stood down as CEO. Yet they forget that he has been CEO of AMTE limited since 2018. The little rat faced tit, is up to his neck in the brown stuff
It’s a company that ran out of cash due to a failed and poor business plan/FRP will confirm and that’s it.Just like many other companies with zero commercial cashflow in a terrible market for raising money
The scotch muslim government gave £750000 to gaza. Might have been more beneficial to have supported the AMTE factory?
Really feel stupid. Huge scam and a financial paper exercise Reminds me of photos of time share holidays that do not exist.
These fraudsters and swindlers must not be allowed to walk away and set up another battery firm.
Arrival down even further. Never must I invest these battery scam investments again.
No RNS today...do they seriouasy feel that there is nothing of note to update sharehokders and thd market about?
AMTE is a dangerous precedent. I bet everyone is closely watching this so they can follow what these bastards did.
I’ll bet you don’t-move on
Scarlet
Jumps to Lion at the same time the imaginary pinnacle deal appeared. No coincidence. There is difference between taking a risk and getting robbed blind by a bunch of cowboys. I'll be using profits from HE1 to pursue this Turd Kevin Brundish all the way to the big house.
The AMTE power website is down. They'll be going for a turbo face-lift/shirt change in an effort to distance themselves from the fraud. And still no RNS.
I will have to check that out give me some bed time reading many thanks
And supported by state governments ub australia re mining compared to the waste of space planning route in uk
My money is in Mining thanks in australia - far more profitable
Bin this one and have a look at HE1 I managed to get in last week and have got my money back and some on what I lost here.
Please do your own research though good luck all
After the 1st suspension and dont forget the make believe PINNACLE investment
Is it not curiours that the old CEO of AMTE now leads the company buying out for almost nothing from flat pack deal
IMHO bordering on dodgy
