You will be laughing in 6 months
They will all be after our golden tickets. Plus div when they start again. It's a no brainer
Well my saga and mtfb will be getting sold tomorrow and going in here so that will take me up to 22k.
I do want IPF again their div have been amazing over past few payouts
in reality revenues and profits are up since the IPO, sort the FCA out get it behind us, refinance / push out the dates on the bonds, restart the div, and there is no reason why it cant surpass the IPO price in a year or two if it all goes to plan.
Everyone in here should DYOR. I know this is where I am happy to be. Long term this could be life changing for some. I do work for a living and do this on the side.
Didn't JB say they have access to more cash if needed?
If it hits IPO in 2 years I'm buying you all a rare single malt boys
I actually don't think the claims will be as bad as people think - remember payday companies (that Amigo are being compared to) have had to give compensation on 1200 - 1300% loans, that sort payback would have a crippling affect on any company. Although I'm not aligned with Amigo at least the claims will be within reason and potentially an amount that can be handled. I just think it will go lower before it gets higher.
Don't get me wrong I'm optimistic but there's going to be a lot of unemployed people out there in the coming months/years. That's reality.
That's a fair comment cam and not unrealistic. It's quite simple if there's more sells than buys it goes down. I just think they're being snapped up on the cheap.
Imo the shares are oversold and until we know the settlement costs then we can move forward
(If / when) the company gets past this current issue,
Consider this.
What if amigo expanded the business model and started to issue a variant of loans specifically for consolidations at say 25% to a larger range of more financially secure customers. All approved by the FCA, financed by a different bond at a lower rate due to the different customer base and lower risk. this would open up a huge market.
JB said
"Actually as it stands now I would have made more by not floating at all, and just leveraging up the company with more debt. Amigo was severely under leveraged for many years. Even now it has net assets many times larger than its market cap."
"However, our faith in Glen is very strong, and once we are sure that Stephan Wilcke and Roger Lovering have left the board, we would see a strong possibility that we will reinvest into Amigo and play a part in the turnaround."
Will be keeping close eye on any news about Stephen and Roger. I'm expecting something her very soon. Existing shareholders who bought in higher here must be fuming. I know I would be. Hope it works out in long term. Don't like seeing people lose money
Thanks itissagam/James.
Sounds to me he's trying to oust Rodger by crippling the share price, once that happens he's straight back in to make back the money he's thrown away. Question is what price will it be when that happens?
https://twitter.com/JamesBenamor/status/1278240922376028162?s=09 I know it's old news but it shows what this scumbag did to the company.
I really wish I knew if JB could get out of this irrevokable agreement to sell. If we knew if he could then things would move!!! I wonder if he has no choice but to play his cards close to his chest for legal reasons or stock exchange rules.
H87 - 437K???? Thats what I call squeaky bum time - how do you sleep at night

https://twitter.com/JamesBenamor/status/1278242418056445952?s=09 found this one interesting too
The facts are the sells are irreversible. Would he be buying at the same time... only JB or his broker knows
How much are you in for James?
I have a credit facIlity of 28.5K - should I use it on this and would I sleep at night???
Ha HA
aslong as the FCA issue is resolved and the company moves forward, i actually think amigo would have a brighter future with him out of the picture completely. his actions will be preventing some of the big guns from investing while he is involved.
That's up to you bud. I'm happy here with my position. Wish I was in at 5 but that's life mate
Have 452k shares av 11p. Hope everyone here is already in the blue. Can only be moving high long term
I just saw this on twitter:
“ Not many remember this but on 3rd of March Glen Crawford bought £1.2m worth of #AMGO stock @ 38p, 06/03 he was appointed as a consultant to assist the company with”the strategic review &Formal Sale Process”
Last week the board puts Glen back at the helm, CEO of #AmigoHoldings
3,182,500 shares x 38p =
£1,209,350
