He also says they drilled 4 wells in 2018. Did I miss some?!
Could it be that due to the strange trades happening at the moment the stock is so illiquid that the ATs are dealing in low trading stock at the moment. If you get what I am saying.
My £20k trades from the day are not showing, should be both a sell and a £20k buy (shifting from share account to ISA allowance), different volume in each to allow for SD. Thoughts? Seems a low amount to classed as a delayed trade.
If you translate this page it appears we are currently producing about 4300 bpd from Putamayo. So add in CPO5 and we could currently be producing a total of 6700 bpd. It also gives some flavour of the compexities of operating in Columbia.

Thank you, I was looking at oilprice.com
On the site I am looking at is says $74.37
?? willec, Brent still above $75.
Now at $74.54 and is still rising. Has to be good news. I would be shocked if come the end of the year we are not north of 50p per share.
Jaggers, when you say 'uncomfortable tight' isn't that good news as normally in a situation like this when the spread becomes tighter and high demand on expectations is there the next big news should get this through 20p.
....a lot of money and increasingly likely $80 Brent will be tested given tight supply and poor global production infrastructure; any further supply shocks could see an unwelcome spike up. Market looks uncomfortably tight.
Re institutional investors, the list on the website due for update soon. Will be interesting to see. Anyone know if there's a way to differentiate the intuitional investors on the list rather nominee accounts (a lot on the current list seem to be the latter). Cheers
I don't think it's shorting. Shares being transferred at an agreed price. Too many institutional sized trades. Another million traded just before the close again. ATs making sure the agreed price is maintained. Frustrating short term but I'm confident in the future that the current trend has benefitted many private investors.
opulentia, where is the evidence that there are loads shorting this share? Is it not more likely, there is just a seller. Irrespective, I have been taking advantage and buying even more at these low prices
filing my boots also.
there has to be loads shorting this share, its way undervalued, tempted to buy a few more at these low prices,
GLA LTH the cash keeps rollling in, always remember that,
BBC has live price
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/topics/cmjpj223708t/oil
I have $74.39 on https://oilprice.com/oil-price-charts. Do you have a more updated price?
now $75.21
Poo / $74.8; OBA at 3.8k
Add Libya to that list going forward could easily see carnage there.
Gather JW paid a lot for that number A ‘1’ plate, ye never know - two jags or two rigs..?
Stand-by...
rns on way.... ?
I'm sure mystic meg will have a theory as to why?!
Oil markets remain well supplied. Saudis no intention of reversing production cuts for the foreseeable. Risk remains marginally to the upside but reckon prices are plenty high enough as they are (ceteris paribus). Should probably get used to $70-80 range until Venezuela and Iran are back in business. (Don’t hold breath there).
Like to think production can push onto 7.5k+ in 2H. Very achievable.
ONGC have already expressed an interest in buying Amer's 30% of CPO5, I can't see them standing idly by and watch GTE snap up Amer for a low value bid. Especially as they are on the record as seeking acquisitions. Ditto Occidental. I am sure there would plenty of suitors for Amer's holdings but why would investors be in a rush to sell such an undervalued stock. Amer is always the plaything of sentiment. Prior to Calau everyone was uber bullish. OK so that was a duster but, come on, not much of the overall scenario has changed. I will give it to year end to see if they can deliver what is promised. Who knows there may already have been informal discussions with our big partners about what it would take for a buy out and i would hope our management would seek a fair value.
