F1 to be fair drilling isn't behind yet for the year, with only 3 drills planned for Q1 and Q2.

pulling out of carbon based fuels which also hurt the sector as a whole which means you must, must show potential investors the money both short and long term. These feckers are using this as a lifestyle company presently and its is obvious to investors this is the case. I've said a few times now, we have a very limited window to profit from and the more these feckers feck up the shorter it becomes ad the lower the SP goes. What is their plan, what is the strategy? it was buying everything in sight and pretending to drill 10 wells in a year, now its drill 12 wells and not buy....but none of these short term strategies are working. Neither might I re the BOD nor management!
it maybe happens now and again but I don't buy it on a regular basis. Its down because it is unloved and the company is badly manged, results this year have been 100% failures and we are 5 months into the year 2 drills, when are the other 8 or so supposed to happen...eh....it looks like another big failure to deliver so far. BOD Sh*te, Management sh*te, SP...need I repeat myself? All in all a very poor performance for the last few years and not improving as it stands. only ever hear about how fantastic the assets are etc.....however, noting ever changes other than SP dropping and BOD and management rewarding themselves for continuous under performance and dire PI value! Lets see the greedy feckers answer that! Greedy fecking Pri*ks. Feckaff he lot. Rant over. :)PS: with the right bunch on board it should come good but II's are required to move this on e.g. confidence in the management and strategy. GLA
LC, maybe they are saying to us they didn't like JW buying in so cheap so have brought it down so they buy at the level JW purchased his 8 million. Not sure if someone has already said, but re the agm questions. Why have they not bought some at this level as they don't need to wait till after the agm, nice share buy back and then a divi later in year would stop al this thieving.
I don't think he was courted as an ace or a failure based on those drills as that's the nature of exploration and ONGC are the operator for both of those recent outcomes. I think it's clear that something's not quite right here as the SP after a brief spike in January 2019 has failed to push on and has, in fact, lost nearly 40% since then. It is only a little over 20% higher than last November's 'low point' which was before the OXY deal and Indico discovery. I think the concerns are mainly: over promising / under delivering. That's a clear trait with the number of 'promised' drills over the last few years never actually (not even close) being delivered and with little commentary afterwards to explain why: BoD rewards not being aligned closely enough with SP performance. No-one can argue that SP performance has been poor over the last 3 years. You refer to patience - how long should the BoD be given (bearing in mind there are some people here who've held 3+ years already) to deliver decent returns to shareholders?
Its worth noting that the oil majors have lost 10% over the last month and up to
20% over 6 months - with the price of oil going up why ? I still suspect the Climate
Change warning against fossil fuels is partly the reason - when Indico came up trumps
everyone cried JW was an ace - with the last duster he is zero . Time for loyalty ?
Well done.
Did it over the phone
If you say you voted via HL, it’s funny that it was they that said voting by proxy closed last week.
Voted in my SIPP against GC and against renumeration. With HL. XO wanted £40 +VAT for ISA and ordinary account!
Thanks telegraphist50 - rang ii and submitted my vote, mostly no apart from JW, Elodie and share buyback.
They have never published votes cast, for the past 9 or 10 years they have just relied on show of hands. Maybe this year the 'show' might go against them!!!!!
For what it's worth!

Good point, Stockable.
Also in previous years proxy forms were attached to the notice of the AGM, but not this year. To undertake a proxy vote this year, one needed to register at Signalshares.com. An investor code (IVC) was required to do this. Of course, I have no idea what this is as I buy my shares via my online broker. So I had to ring my broker to get the vote in via CREST. I suspect (but can't prove) that this is all deliberate on the part of the BoD: making voting difficult and not revealing the results of the vote on each resolution, helps them shore up their extremely precarious positions.
The company did not publish the results of the voting on the resolutions proposed at the last AGM. Instead, it used that awful phrase “Duly passed” in its RNS announcement of 9th May 2018. Does anyone have the numbers of votes cast for and against each resolution? This might give some indication of the level of shareholder dissatisfaction. Especially in regard to remuneration. And am I right in believing that the company will not reveal a breakdown of the votes cast at the forthcoming AGM?
think it will take a bit more than a broker to stem the tide.
against all.
I'm with Interactive Investor and it is the last day to vote, which I've just done. Incredibly easy, just a series of yes / no questions and you click on the relevant radial button.
Quite right, JTD: we’ll done for encouraging us all to vote. I’ve voted against remuneration and Clarke and in favour of everything else.
I do hope I might meet some of you next week at the AGM.
I believe today may be the last date to vote for AGM resolution easily via broker websites (maybe even too late for some) as I believe they vote a block on behalf of clients.
So in any case have your voice heard "IT IS IMPORTANT" if you want to send a message and have a responsive management.
GC, JW and the remuneration package should be of particular interest as is the approval of pre-emptive share issues (that protection is the default for good reason).
Even if you just vote yes to everything, it at least tells the BoD that shareholders are switched on- otherwise if you can't be arsed IMO you should not be rubbishing or praising the BoD on this of any other forum.
one word : harsh.
