Looks like we are heading down to 1p. Ruddy marvellous.
Well, on the basis of their lukewarm, thin gruel of an update, one can only assume they want to put the company into Limbo.
This has to break soon come on BOD
Not only was BOAGF not mentioned in the interims RNS, neither was life settlements. It's all about insurance now, since Danny Swick left, and it's hard to paint that as a growth industry. The accounts show a net asset value of around £7million which is around the market cap at the moment, so it's fairly priced by the market. That net asset value is the difference between two big numbers which each approach half a billion. A few % negative movement in liabilities could be a problem. It looks a bit that that movie "Margin Call"
No profit reported and some borrowings seem to have appeared. Cash in bank £113,281? Jeezus, even i have more than that in the bank.
Hard to see where the growth lies.
Growth? - I don't think so, nothing has been added to AUM for a year, hence the ever shrinking SP as investor interest and confidence drains away. It would be helpful if Mr Ward actually delivered on his board role to get the business wheels turning
The deadline for the warrants should not have been extended…
I believe he is yes.
Left wondering if the company is running down the clock on the 3p Warrants which will expire in mid December.
Anyway, the bod are living comfortably regardless, so that's okay
I presume Mark Ward is still Strategic Advisor to this downwardly-mobile outfit? 2B or not 2B, who knows, but it looks increasingly questionable and one has to wonder who's kidding who here..
That's quite amusing the way it has censored a well known style of drink.
he will want to finish early for friday bermuda ****tails.looks like in line with allenby broker note?
i'm so under water will just have to hang in.
Strong last half an hour. Someone thinks there's value here.
No mention of BOAGF, not much mention of anything to latch onto. Surprised he didn't leave it until 5pm to RNS
Glad to see he put much effort into it...face it he don't care about the share price or investors...what was the IPO price again? FFS
That went well…
Wishful thinking!!!
Let's hope for the best.
BOOM BOOM BOOM, let me hear you say WAY OOOOO !!! WAY OOOO !!
Just added another 300k, my final top up.
Talk about needing the patience of a saint!!
GLA
READY FOR LIFT OFF
I don't suppose income tax crossed his mind?
Mind you, I can only admire GS’s selfless dedication to the company in moving to Bermuda (I’m sure the relocation package was very supportive). Talk about taking one for the team…
Thanks
I was struck by the answer about achieving the 2B target. There was no hint of any acquisitions in the near future - simply that they continue to look -and GS stated things move slowly in the regulated market. There’s not much time left to reach their target, or get remotely close, so to me that looks increasingly a cross of their own making from today’s position.
31st May, even.
I can’t see anything in investor relations post 2nd May, do you have a link?
