Why is the cash position reduced?

Looking to get back in here but this vat issue seems to be a threat to the companies existence or am I missing something?

Looking at the August RNS,do we have any predictions as to when they could run out of cash? This withheld vat business looks like the its the biggest issue.

Cant figure it out. Seems to have massive daily swings for no apparent reason. Doesn't pay a decent divi which cant help but this may change if this significant cash generation happens as promised.

Any reason for the big drop? Lower interest rates so funds searching for dividends?
