I thought they sold the RMG part which contributed 70% of revenue? Question is whether the B2B part left can be a success.

Not sure.doesnt the business they sold ( RMG) contribute 70% of the revenue? It's knowing how successful the focus on B2B will be that replaces that lost revenue.Significant marketing cost reductions.

A lot with regards to shares and cash when they bought the earlier companies.Some of those company directors and maybe employees will be sitting on a lot of shares and may feel the urge to offload.

The sp went down! The sellers could be those who got shares as part of the various companies gmr purchased over the last few years.There are an awful lot of shares in circulation!

Lots of these type of deals announced and nothing positive ever happens to the sp.Dont think much will happen until results announced.Seller could still be at large as well.

It could be numerous reasons.Other companies are flying due to the US new gambling laws and have a big presence there.Uk online casinos may be next in line to get hammered by the regulator after the £2 max stake decision on fixed odd betting terminals.Also there is still a big seller at large who isn't going away.

Don't think much will happen now until we know what the revenue figures are.

Can't compare to 32red as they are b2c and GMR have admitted they can't compete and scaling down.As b2c accounted for 70% of their business, any valuation will need to be seriously revised.

Administration is one thing but ownership is different again.Anything that has potential to be an issue would of been taken down by now.

GMR are provide the white label and have nothing to do with liability which would be ITV as the owner of the site.

In the interview he refers to 3m profit of which 2m is capitalization.Anyone know what that means?
