"I consider management to be very careful custodians of the group's resources" I would not argue with that, and I know stuff. I would not be invested in a share unless I believed in the management. I have good reason to believe in the Alba management. I would take a loss and get out if I did not believe. You pays your money and take your chance.
I agree George needs to step-up & buy-in - he may well be locked-in but he could buy on a raise & show some faith!
Regards lithium, we have 30 days to do due diligence & test - if this is a lithium field we could indeed hit jack-pot if not we don’t raise & don’t buy-in so let’s see what the figures say!
I appreciate George is trying to position us into rare earth metals with a view that China exerts too much control & the market is going to shift, maybe massively if they invade Taiwan.
I too would like to know what’s happening with the wall samples that were taken & the level 4 bulk sampling!
George - we require updates please?
28/03 placing shares: 585m
Volume traded on AIM (but not on Aquis) since then through to yesterday's close: 781m
(PS: we do not know what % of the placing went into firm hands so the daily volume figures are all we have to work on)
Sounds very reasonable nomlungu and I don't normally agree with you
GF holds 50 million shares = circa £32k.
GF was paid £208k in the last set of accounts.
He has 2 months worth of wages of the stock in the company he runs.
He did not take part in the last placing.
The company will continue to do placings when required as the company is an exploration company.
How is having so little skin in the game whilst earning more than the PM a sign of "very careful custodians of the group's resources". Maybe, just maybe, he should earn half of his remuneration in shares and show more faith in the company he runs (as should the rest of the BOD).
For myself, I consider management to be very careful custodians of the group's resources.
At this level, the share price is so low that it should take just a little of the excitement surrounding lithium in Western Australia to provide a significant boost to the share price. We're not there yet but things do have a habit of changing (and that includes market sentiment).
Is this just another distraction. We need to concentrate on the gold. We don't have the funds to go chasing a lithium project. What is happening at the gold mine? Come on George, we want to know what is happening at clogue.

We'll be the ones stuck on a sticky bun, just like poor old sticky the stick insect .
Let's hope things don't get sticky, we've already got enough fingers in various pies. Fingers crossed this one's got some filling.
I think the whole point was that it hasn’t been previously explored for lithium but is in an area where it’s nearby. I’m all for it as long as it adds value and we don’t do a Thor and change our name to alba energy! Of course if it turns out to be a dud gf may find himself stuck on a very sticky bun!
Go big or go home
Alba has secured an option to acquire an initial 50% interest in the lithium rights over the highly prospective Andover West Lithium Project in the West Pilbara, Western Australia
Artemis orders gold production plant for Nickol River Gold Project – Karratha, Western Australia from 2017.

Surely GF has all the Data already for this license..
If no Lithium is on E47-3373, maybe a few Waste Tips to Mop up..
Might notice a few Names
Liongas, hot air and iceburgs.
My wallet has been lightened before.
Wolves
Well said ,its a farce beyond words !
More smoke and mirrors I suspect. As others have pointed out, this is just a divertion of attention from clogou.
Why not consentrate on bringing that to production?!
I suspect GF will be calling alba the company with global assets now.
Complete joke...

Nice Read... 3373 is there with Lenigas and Frangeskides
Mining tycoons battle over lithium’s ‘corridor of power’ in Australia

I `E` mailed ALBA to ask for any crumb of comfort regarding gold and
tailings. Nothing back yet. Will inform bb if I do hear. ff
Wouldn't be surprised it's Artemis Resources with Elizabeth Henson now a Director there from 24th April.
Plus George Frangeskides was a Director there when Alba got Amitsoq from Artemis.. GF was also at Alba.. also with Lenigas at Artemis.
Not sure if one Licence is an Option for Application.. I presume that's the one that intrudes onto Andover.
If anything can always Search for Gold in Pilbara and Sell it as Welsh Gold.. Clogau Gold doing that anyway 😀😃🙂
I'd like to know who the partner is too, and why we are not being told. What's the big secret? George looked pretty shifty in that video, like he was trying to explain to his wife why he had been away for a business trip with a close female friend. He is cheating on Clogau!
'It looks as if West Andover was presented to Alba as an opportunity'
What will they do when a marvellous bloke offers them an option to earn into a Vibranium mine? A cynic might wonder if any of the BOD have family in Australia or are thinking of emigrating and quite fancy having flights to the other side of the world paid for by AIM shareholders on a regular basis...
Clogau was blocked for ages by NRW. HH is blocked by UKOG's lack of funds. The Greenland assets are now in a separate quoted company, GROC, and have been reduced to 2, Amitsoq and TBS.
It looks as if West Andover was presented to Alba as an opportunity, an opportunity they considered worth taking a closer look at.
Why are we allocating precious treasure to a speculative enterprise 11000 miles away when we have yet to produce any gold from the mine or the waste heap? What has the rock crusher been doing all these years FFS put the money in the mine and extract fingers and gold!
Just an idea but if your a vendor you give alba half the costs and full responsibility for development sitting back taking 50% of the profit as a passive joint partner.
I would like to know who the partner is
It sounds as if Alba will be inspecting the ground for themselves very soon, before their option matures, so we should learn more within the next month.
