IMO the lack of PR in the last few weeks/months has done nothing to attract new investors, ones that have bought in recently may have had second thoughts and took a small loss out of boredom - again lack of PR. Which leaves LTHs mainly from what I can make of it. PR machine needs to get motoring - get the message out there on social media. We have the assets, we have the spin out shortly, now is the time to let the market know about ALBA.
What the rubber duck is going on here crying out louddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd GFFFFFFFF
Can any eagle eyed person tell what they’re looking at? I know it drill holes and intercepts, but for what area/lode? Maybe Greenland? Maybe they don’t even know?
At least they are there doing something about the dgb. Greenroc hopefully already prepared and will look after itself
Buy-sell
Let’s hope GF doesn’t put any date on it
Been like this all year…..every little tweet and rns has given them all the timelines and information they need to make you feel stressed. I’m interested to see if the bod still have their shares at 0.3
I can’t help thinking, that given the tight(ish) spread here, that the trades going through over the last few days are a manipulation. That they are pushing the price down at a small loss, to make a bigger gain further down the line.
It’s a bit out there, but a possibility all the same. Anybody got any thoughts on this???
Interesting how the tweet of
“meeting to discuss the development plan for the Clogau-St David's Gold Mine”
also triggered sales.
Market is looking for something else and I wonder if George knows what that might be?
Like ocelot posted……..
Notice the words ‘development plan’ in the tweet?
Let’s just hope, it is a meeting to develop a plan to production soon.
This share is very depressing, every RNS has been sold down and we are now year low of 0.22 level which is horrific. GF has made it worse by releasing unwarranted news and constant delays.
meeting "to discuss the development plan for the Clogau-St David's Gold Mine".
If look closely at that pic one can see tumbleweeds….
Another non-event tweet … as other blow to the SP - now pressure on 0.22p ; 4 MMs on 0.22p bid & 2 MMs on 0.23 ask!
Then for god sake why can’t they bloody communicate with their shareholders rather than continually keep them in the dark guessing ??
That makes sense and probably what has actually happened. Good thinking.
Not beyond the realms of possibility that the dewatering permit has come up with conditions attached? ALBA may need to address these before the permit is issued.
With respect, chit chat is what we do here in both good and frustrating times. In fact chit chat is part of the meaning of life ????
Mark, it is very disappointing. As you know, I have been in Alba for more than 5 years now and nothing has changed on addressing market expectations. When Clogau kicked in I thought it has changed but soon became apparent that it hasn’t - market expectations continued to be ignored to the point of screwing up, re Bulk Sample Assays.
I believe that had the market expectations been taken in to consideration this IPO would not be necessary as the SP would have been much higher. But it is what it is and I now have come to the conclusion that it will never change and will act accordingly.
here we go again - more frustration and disappointment. Need results - not chit chat
Yanis
I don’t understand what GF is playing at. How can a company be run like this. I’m trying very hard to stay positive but I fear we haven’t reached the bottom yet. NRW are also p…ing me off, why such a long delay, there’s no excuse really. We are now going to need a miracle to lift us from where we are. Failed deadlines and failed promises…..
Looks like the mood on this board sums up the Alba shareholder feelings journey - starting from excitement going to disappointment, frustration and now fear.
And … the bid is now down to 0.22p.
Market so disappointed in this share so that even an apparently good RNS causes the SP to dive. Only because it was not what is now expected.
I do hope the IPO launch is not delayed further or the SP will drop further down. Also hope the next RNS is either IPO launch or dewatering permission granted and nothing else.
Something of substance needs to be announced by ALBA if they have any wish to address the chart which looks like a ski jump slope. It's pretty straightforward, and they would know that they need to show some gold which has been produced from the God knows how many drills they have done. They have done all the talk and bluster over many many months, they have got excited, they have been chomping at the bit, so where is it?
The dewatering permit has not been refused. Correspondence is in the public domain on nrw website. NRW are taking their time though
Lasciate ogne speranza, voi ch’intrate??? I invested here recently, during all the gold hype and videos but that has all fallen rather flat. We never seem to get clear answers to simple questions. Why no proper bulk sample results and has the dewatering permit been refused. There is little possibility that GF doesn't have these answers but the company never answers my communications. All we get are more drilling RNS. For now I will remain patient as that seems to be the done thing with AIM.
