Drilling cheap relatively cheap holes means you can spend money more effectively on relatively expensive big holes. If there's a workable deposit at the end of a cricket crease long adit, then it totally vindicates their methods.
Prices negotiated for trial adit driving, and a fraction of the volumes that scotgold needed.
Very happy with today's rns and podcast
Well done Moodyboy, beat me to it.
Thanks Moodyboy, good find. GF simply mentions “IPO costs” but drilling TBS & Amtssoq costs could be part of that too and in all likelihood they are.
Found it! At 3:20

Was a vox markets interview further discussing the spin off
(3 months ago on vox markets youtube channel)
I remember it, too, Buy-Sell (but don't remember where!).
Just been going though the RNS’ Zzzzzzz
I’m thinking it was in a video or VOX interview like Moody says. I will keep looking and post it if/when found and if anybody else finds it, please do the same.
I remember that being mentioned too. I think he mentioned it on one of his video interviews. Will have to check later
B-S, Thanks. If you find the reference could you let us know please.
Yanis…..
It was either in an RNS or from GF in a video or interview. I can’t remember where, but it stuck in my head and I remember thinking ‘oh right, that’s good’ lol I will have a look through RNS’ as I am leaning towards that for the source of information.
B-S, where was that said and will this reimbursement include the costs of drilling at Amitsoq % TBS? Where did you read that?
Alba is to be reimbursed by Greenroc for all the costs of the IPO Alba have paid for. So some monies will be coming Albas way after the IPO. How much, is anyone’s guess ???
Hi Yaniss2005 My trades cost £8.00 so I guess what they give with one hand they take with the other. I tend to invest for the longer term so less trades. Tried trading and I am useless at it. Do wish I had sold out now when it went above .5 but hindsight is a wonderful thing LOL. Keep Well
JSP, that was a damn good offer. I noticed that with mine I don’t always get the best offers. What I do is break down large amounts to smaller parcels and that works better. My trades only cost £3.
Yanis2005. I have my account with Lloyds
JSP, who are you trading with? Can I have their name please because I was just offered 0.21p for 10 mil. Your broker must be good.
MMs are happy to take shares. Was offered .235 for 10m so must be some demand. Happy to hold for gold but thought it was interesting they would take 10m in one go as in the past they wouldn't
Yeap agreed I was peed of first thing like a few others, but the interview changes that for me at least, just a waiting game been here for years, so months won't take long. ATB.
Don’t see any point in calling people names. Only person who we should be annoyed with is GF for his **** poor PR. Most of what was contained in today’s RNS could and should have been disseminated earlier to prevent any doubt and frustration amongst PI’s.
Just listened to the interview on vox markets and the excellent explanations given .
I am now happy to sit and wait for events as they happen with a pretty firm assurance
that this company (and the SP) are going to excel!
That's a good idea.. you could be Dopey.
Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs would have got out more gold in 1870 than George with all his pretty scans, waste site and black & decker drill holes
I'll take that as a no then. I hope the sp rises because I have a lot of shares and I believe Alba has assets worth a lot more than current MC, but Alba will not be getting £6M out of the IPO in the way suggested.
It's worth pointing out that we live in a very different age to 1870. Virtually every river in the UK was polluted with something. In the case of N and W Wales heavy metals like lead and silver. Alba and NRW are ticking every box in stages on a very strict spec.
Let’s see if the sp is in the 30s or 20s in the run up to ipo
Can you explain why you think Alba will get £6 million? They are not selling their GL assets but putting them into the new company. Assume the assets are worth £6M and we get 50% of shares in newco and the other 50% are sold for £6M. After IPO Alba will own 50% of newco which has assets worth £6M and £6M cash = £12M, so our share of newco is worth £6M. Same applies for new shareholders in newco. My understanding is that the money raised in IPO is to progress work in GL by newco. Alba's sp will only rise following the IPO is there is a change in sentiment.
