After 2024 is 2025 I meant
Adam bla bla said a lot in 2020, 2021 , 2022 , it’s like what do I care what I said yesterday , read the interview, the part I posted is again from AB in 2024 in which it is stated next or the following year, which after 2034 is 2035 , it beyond my mind how people still believe after being fooled several times in anything which comes from this 🤡 as statement
As the interview on Investor meets coming was at the beginning of 2023, I think you'll find Adam is stating the 200kw system will be completed during 2024 not 2025. I think you should do your homework abit better before making false statements. But then you pstobably will need to do your homework has you act like a 12 year old with all the false crap you put on here. Are Heinken using child labour now then. Haaaaaaaaaa
Facts by a lunatic is seems, if you read 2025 and not as promised within 2024 from statements of 2023
I think you'll find that Adam gave a Time line for the 200kw system in the (Investor meets company video) months ago. He stated that deployment would be in this finacial year, thereafter followed by CE marking that will be measured in a matter of months & then market entry ! Those are actually the facts stated by Adam Bond Afc Energy CEO.
So how you all is great bushpeople interpretation this from the last posted interview buy Bondinoccio
„Looking to the following year, the company greatly anticipates the launch of its first 20 kilowatt (kW) and 200kW power generators into the market. „
Interview 2024 ! Seems the 200 kw system is far away from being launched in 2024, not my words
Nice twist but more likely due to you and your crew trashing this board with your misinformation
For a company on the cusp of greatness, there's an awful lot of silence around, including on this board. Looks like apathy has finally taken over.
Lots of information in that article.
I think any buyout (if any) is a tad premature to be thinking that at this stage.
What have MACE Dragados JV, Balfour Beatty VINCI got in common?
1) They are all linked to Speedy Hire
2) They are all linked to AFC Power Tower trials
3) They are all working on the HS2 Birmingham Curzon Street Station project
https://www.linkedin.com/posts/mace-group_construction-starts-on-hs2s-birmingham-curzon-activity-7159200081596866560-JA81
That's 4 companies forming two joint ventures at a project in a city, where emissions and noise reduction will be high on their list. I can easily see AFC systems being deployed there this year via Speedy Hydrogen Solutions.
You state all of these "facts" from your personal journey in Afc energy but you still deny you are Haggis. When we all know you are.
So on this basis we can't really believe a word you say.
We all know the psychologically disturbed Ade, garmoan, Daz and the boys agenda of putting down afc energy whatever RNS comes out and the daily bashing is laughable but what is your agenda?
Two extremes of a spectrum playing silly games me thinks.
Jack Evans (Speedy Hire) - making comment on LI that they will have A LOT of units coming from AFC in the
coming months.
Balfour Beatty are major players thats for sure and are currently in a JV with Vinci on the H2 project .... So i ask myself what are Balfour Beatty looking for ?.....They have had a 100kVA system on trial supplied by GeoPura so will have an abundance of data at their disposal.....we remain poised for AB to actually announce something that will excite the market .... https://www.geopura.com/in-action/green-hydrogen-generator-fuelling-construction-reducing-emissions-hull-highways-site/
Construct , looks like you know nothing under which conditions even it they would want, ABB can acquire companies, but be assured AFC is far away from meeting those conditions . ABB can not just buy anyone
I think it was really great news to see Belfour beaty & speedy hire joining Adam yesterday to watch the 30 system in operation before deploy. Very positive news !
Every oil major is diversifying into greener tech. As you well know.
For all 3 companies the success milestone is each beating the 2023 high in share price, confident they will all do it.
If people on here stuck to the known facts instead of guesswork. This would be alot happier board.
All I'm saying is you may well be right. Just no one knows. But if I was ABB & intrested in buying AfC out. Why not do it now while the price is relatively low. It would make sense.
I acknowledge that both the share prices of ITM and CWR have rallied recently and therefore to take this into account I have added below the 2023 highs and lows for each of the companies. No bias is intended between any of the companies, and for clarity I hold both AFC and ITM and expect all three to do well in 2024.
All LTH of AFC are expecting (me included) an exciting 2024 with multiple events in the pipeline, including (the prospects) a labour government. So I thought it would be useful to tract the progress of AFC and our main sector firms ITM and CWR.
All three have suffered really poor share price performances with dramatic drops in value since the start of 2020 and throughout the COVID period and all are looking for better times ahead. I set out below the current share price, number of shares in issue and the current market caps for each. I'm sure all LTH can recall the days when AFC had a market cap well in excess of £500m and hopefully, with the right news we will see it again - :
AFC share price 19.20p. Shares in issue 746.52m. Market cap £145.42m. (data from 2/2/24)
(High 33.03 on 7/2/23. Low 11.28p on 17/7/23)
CWR share price 217.40p Shares in issue 192.98m Market cap £424.17m. (data from 2/2/24)
(High 518p on 8/2/23. Low 138p 1/12/23)
ITM share price 62.70p. Shares in issue 616.88m. Market cap £388.51m. (data from 2/2/24)
(High 119.05 on 8/2/23. Low 48.01 on 1/12/23)
LTH in all three are looking for better times - will come back and update as the year progresses.
Buyout simply won't happen.
My concern is that AFC get taken out before they get to the point where they are successful in all of their market and are levelling off (the peak point to sell at), and long term investors don't get the dream £'s per share they are hoping for. I has sweet FA to do with a pump n dump, last thing I would do after over a decade of building up a huge holding is to dump the stock on a spike. Utter garbage accusation that is.
Constructivenews,
And it is obvious that ABB would be far more interested in buying AFC than buying CWR or ITM, as it has chosen to market AFC Fuel Cell systems not systems from the other two, and the Ammonia Cracker also fits in with what they are doing in the Marine and off grid power markets.
