Good take on events jt.
I am sure we wii get positive news next week
The bod have to much at stake to fail
Swizz: what are the connections in the background? Cheers
DI4D do indeed work in a very different space, but their technology clearly has Industrial capability that could be leveraged by NB and the team and a strategic investment would not be a huge surprise, due to the connections in the background,...but it is just hunch,...GL S
A very positive tone to the AGM statement. GLA - have a nice weekend.
There has been radio silence on deals, some chatter on Twitter from Geocurve re: meetings etc but nothing officially confirmed. The AGM is tomorrow, then if agreed the share consolidation on Monday (20:1 ratio). If no deals are declared at the AGM then I see news post consolidation. If I was the CEO, I'd want the good news to affect the new consolidated SP and not the current one. Just my take.
Took a few more of these whilst at bargain price....let's see what happens tomorrow and if anything come out of AGM
Does anybody know when the next big deal is due here? Gone a tad quiet here at the moment after a busy last two months-or-so.
Should see consolidation if approved tomorrow at AGM....interesting to see what else been going on behind the scenes
@swizz
Where are you getting the idea it's "Heading our way"?
Swizz, could be wrong, but this seems to be for a completely different sector. Off topic, have you seen a co called “seeing machines”? Cutting edge tech. It was a co I identified as having huge potential, but no cash at that point (was 3-4p range).
Heading our way perhaps, could be a good fit and there are connections in the background,...GL S

They tweeted about their first customer trying the VR tech out. “Our first client trying out our newly installed #VR setup. Very positive feedback from ESW, part of NWL, Program Manager. Great start to an innovative way of 3D data delivery #VR #EssexAndSuffolkWater #NWL #innovation #uni #essex” DYOR. Good luck all
https://www.geocurve.co.uk/services/vr-survey https://t.co/P10XWduCvB?amp=1 Cutting edge collaboration between an SME and an academic team at Essex Uni....Good for both parties. 50-67% funded by Innovate. Innovate UK seems to bless us...remember they are involved with gyrometric systems and their ORE turbine trial. Excellent results which NB has stated can be expected to translate into contracts this year. Now, I see them here funding this collaboration. TB comment in Feb 2018 contract RNS "With this contract win Geocurve has demonstrated its potential to become a UK MARKET LEADER in the supply of virtual reality and artificial intelligence surveying services to specialist customers on critical projects such as the Thames flood defences. Geocurve's use of innovative technology gives it the potential to transform the nature of surveying." So this has the potential to be THE differentiator. Plenty of companies doing surveying using Lidar, drones etc. But stitching it all together into 3D sounds innovative. IMHO. DYOR please. Good luck all
wake me up when something happens. If nothing else they say money raised will not be used to plug the gaps between income and wages. Might be easier to pay themselves less or in shares instead, now that would give the punters a bit of confidence. I'm back to sleep.
Kezzd - have you not read the AGM RNS ?
I'm taking it as a sign of confidence.
Scratch that, found it.
@Lottohopes I do wonder where people are getting the idea that there will be a consolidation next week, there doesn't seem to be any info (that I can see) that would suggest that.
They own circa 33% themselves. So would they shoot their own foot? Very unlikely. Just my view point
@tinlode They have the assets to do so (including CCE), but the question is whether it's beneficial for the company and us for them to engage in a consolidation; a point I question.
It all depends wich side of the decimal point you put all the zeros, nothing more, but consolidation will cost, can the BOD afford to spend at the moment.
I'm not expecting any news now until after the share consolidation next week. Then expecting any positive news to make a more significant impact on the SP. Just my view. GLA.
Hear hear!
Don't be overconfident, there are always opportunities for the BoD to get on the gravy train...
Would have thought we’d have had some Aviva news by now. The sp needs another shot in the arm to get us to 0.10 and above!
