Am I right in saying friday 10th is latest deadline for Audioboom bid? When you go on Nasdaq looks like the ticker that was posted earlier has been binned??
When you click on the link now it says the ticker is not found anymore
??
Good research on Nasdaq Mac :)
I think this one is going to fly. Hold quite a few shares here but have been slightly nervous since de-listing in April! As they say, take the emotion out of it and stick to the facts. Let's hope September is a big one for this share!
It looks to me like they are waiting for a further announcement before they commence the match bargain trading on Oberon. The start date has been put back again now to early September. This investment is looking very exciting
From yesterday's RNS - note the timeline. Not too long to wait.....
"On 12 August 2021, a meeting was held between Audioboom, AAA and their respective advisers during which Audioboom was informed that a number of substantial initiatives were being pursued by AAA, which its board expects to be in a position to announce by 10 September 2021 at the latest. Based on the information provided to it, the Independent Directors of Audioboom have concluded that AAA is actively seeking to address their concerns and that it is currently in the best interests of Audioboom shareholders to allow discussions to continue."
Very good spot Mac!!!
Hopefully we shall be live on the Nasdaq soon!!!

I've found some further updates via this site for anyone interested: https://www.share-talk.com/audioboom-group-plc-boom-l-possible-offer-update-extension-to-pusu-deadline-all-active-asset-capital-aaa-l/#gs.8ilhih
For me like everyone else, with shares suspended we can do nothing else other than hold. Overall though I think this could be a lucrative investment. GLA.
The RNS's have been giving clear timeframes as to what is happening and when.
You can trade via oberon if you want and most people will gladly snap them up considering the options to buy - especially if they are trading at 80p as expected, you are massively underselling
You will regret selling . Hold your nerve and be rewarded
suggest you go to the website that AAA have shared in the RNS and deal
This has been dragging on a bit for me now and I cant really see any light at the tunnel for this name. I am a seller at 47p if anyone is interested?
Hi all
Awaiting re-listing and to be honest totally ignorant of future model - investment goals and management skill set
Taking a position here - hoping like others for exciting and profitable prospects
Information on this is quite scarce at minute
Any one out there able to enlighten us
Be much appreciated
Has anyone tried to trade via the mechanism on Oberon yet - just wondered what prices are being offered?
Yes big sums have been invested by Hnw in the city, guess they will looking for a greater return that that. All looking very exciting for the future.
Your broker will normally hold the shares until such time as it is re-listed on the next trading platform. Surprised you have not been notified by them as to your options.
You would think that the guys that have just invested large sums of money at 80p will be anticipating an absolute minimum uplift of 50% when this re lists on the Nasdaq.
Any guesses to what the indicative will be. I’m guessing it will be above the issue price of 80p
I'm assuming that you'll be able to get a contract note from your broker which confirms ownership of shares and use that if you wish to trade via Oberon prior to re-listing.
Ok call me thick but can anybody shed some light? Now trading is cancelled do i get issued a share certificate from my trading platform?Or does this Oberon automatically hold my shares?
Interestingly and maybe not surprisingly with AAA, Roger Sargant has history with Oberon
could be worth buying some shares in Oberon OBE , if you think they'll benefit significantly from the margins gained on the AAA trades that they're servicing . Worth a thought.

AAA to buy all Audioboom, the 26.4% are 2 large shareholders who have indicated their approval. One Nine Two PTE Ltd are also a significant shareholder in both AAA and Audioboom.........

I got the impression they’re buying the whole thing, just confirming that the 24.6% holders are in favour of the deal?
