Hey Tro,
Yeah im quite keen, some of these copper plays need to move soon, i mean the disconnect is absurd.
I listened to the recent presentation. AA are about to start a multimillion drill programme, SP is the result of the rainy season, a placing, and a distressed seller.
Chart looks good.

the producers have already had a huge rise, like atym/jlp and anto
its the explorers that have;nt joined in...apart from ars.
aa?...i guess ya mean aal
ime in bzt,but for the bounce off the bottom...then i'll be gone..£2 mill mcap.lol.
and gscu
Hey Tro,
Yeah the explorers i mean. The producers can't meet projected demand, supply has to come from the explo comps.
Colin Bird has been on about it for years. Dwindling supply and not enough explo work.
Yeah Anglo, soz, it should be AA tbh lol.

apparently in the last 45 years, the worlds had 3 super cycles in the commodity space and the last one lasted about 5 years and ended just before the banks crashed back in 2008.......so many think, the next bull cycle,is brewing because of the lack of mines built, since then......so supply constraints, are beginning to appear.
but when
https://www.visualcapitalist.com/what-is-a-commodity-super-cycle/
But.... a large amount of demand has been from Chinese expansion for years; those days are gone, even though they are still over producing. There will be gluts of some metals and reduced demand for some metals to work through markets. Think steel...
Yes nom, that last bull cycle was fuelled by DEMAND,lead by thina's meteoric GDP growth, which ended, just before the banks crashed..(sounds familiar)
but since the banks crashed, the banks tightened up lending and the mining sector got hit hard, even aal nearly went bust after 2011.
so the next bull cycle, wont be about demand,it'll be about SUPPLY,or lack of it...
Panama is backed by china, some think first quatums big copper mine license refusal,is connected to china?

I read a few months ago that China were instructing producers to boost steel production despite waning demand when i was watching Met coal prices.
One wonders why. Something nefarious no doubt.
