I and my parishioners have held since Vialogy and thought Yourgene ws to be a cloud with a silver lining. How wrong we have been. A couple of days ago analysts in N York were bullish saying that turnover for Yourgene was going to be a lot more than expected. However they added the rider that the company would be profitable "in a few years time". We seem to have taken on more overhead in the form of staff and in our view we have a company trying to expand too quickly. That unfortunately is the fault of the BOD, in whom we have little faith . We are fearful that this may turn out to be ANOTHER Vialogy. Our only salvation,as Twix says, could be a takeover?
Every blessing
Rev Shep
So much drama on the board latley I really don't what to say haha.
I'm still holding 750k and admittedly not impressed with the share price but still can't help thinking things are coming together albeit it's taking a bloody age. Maybe 2022 will be our year but I will give it till end of May early June and if no progress in the share price I may cut my losses. Not saying I will sell for sure but I will defo have another look at the bigger picture and act accordingly. May I suggest that some of you maybe do the same? Nothing is changing right now by the looks of it and it's not helping the stress levels for anyone by the looks of it
You could also look at it that with £37m rev and an MCAP of £88m, it would be easy for any potential acquirer to simply strip the management and have a very profitable cash generating business.
IMO, one day we'll wake up to that red dot....
Steve
Agree!! 100% might even be best for all if that does indeed happen. Even at 20p most would probably just accept it.
Crickey!
Has CooperD finally come to his senses in that even he's not for pushing water uphill lol
20p and many of us including me would feel both great and relief. Get us SOLD!
His 2 posts today about reflecting in May and possibly selling and general welcome for 20p sale or certainly not against it should mean my caution and concerns deserve an appology....Lol
The general dissatisfaction here has seen ME caution against some specific negativity around things, but it's all much less of a shock for me as I've been aware far earlier than the attack crew.
It might get sold, but not at 20 p imo .
I have sold some today that i was still in profit with i was going to wait till april but my head has finally overruled my heart. This wk on paper looks like it should have been decent however... and as the title says disappointing. Let's hope sentiment changes here sooner rather than later.
Coop, if people want sooner than later then under 20p. Might have to wait a while for anything much north of that. A big 50% premium is only 18p from here .
I think revshep might have it about right. Profit might be a long time coming, and don't forget the probable dilution.
Andy, can't say I blame you. Bottom line for me is just when will they make a few bob profit. Out of the current income I expected some decent profit. Doesn't look like it.
Davand I really didn't want to but it just seems its never ending, as you say when will we turn a profit?
"Even at 20p most would probably just accept it."
Definitely, where do I sign!
Absolutely!!
All my Xmas in one and not a 50p in sight lol
Vindicated!
Dav,
aye, I guess so and if that came through I'd be inclined to cut and run for 18p. It is what it is though. I'd like to see this through and cement that bag I thought I'd secure when I first invested. It's getting a bit too predictable now though with the constant red share price regardless of the news and the potential.
Coop, indeed. When you look at all the good rns over the last 18 months or so, and we are at 12p then it's disheartening to say the least. On top we have a CEO who likes to buy success, which will dilute us even more. Good things are happening, but not sure it will turn a profit for quite some time to come. Not even the directors see any value at 12p, which tells us everything.
Latest (today) approved lists; anything missing?? One list is the passed ones the other is the temporary protocol list that are waiting for approval;

Frankie, er, I've heard of clutching at straws, but blimey!
After years of attack today goes in the diary as the day CooperD finally succumbs to the gravity of doubt. Forget 50p by Xmas. 20p by buyout is the new dream!
Frankie, that's definitely clutching at straws but wouldn't that be sweet. On a serious note if we can just get some of this pipeline in US etc generating revenue and filling increased capacity we'd be seeing improvement but no update in recent TU which was all covid and promised take so long to deliver with delays.
Think we are ALL agreed now on selling us for 20p would be universally accepted. That says a lot about losing faith in the BODs ability to deliver increased shareholder value.
To the comedy crew.....welcome on board the good ship twix. Ive never heard so much constant griping since i was posting it lmao
Twix, these posts just make me laugh my fecking ar se off.
For the last couple of years (you longer) we’ve been telling these clowns CooperD, bakky etc the issues with YGEN and the YGEN board yet on nearly every occasion we’ve been told basically we don’t know fu ck all, now all of a sudden the muppets have woken up and are posting posts as if it’s us posting.
DCooper has posted he will potentially sell at a loss lololol, I thought he was the big “I am” and only picks winners haha. Bakky and Davand are now questioning the company also. I am really enjoying reading these posts, I feel like saying we told you so years ago. Anyway guys keep posting, no way will I be green boxing you this is entertaining.
50p by Christmas guys, oh I forgot 12p by Christmas because it’s always 12p lololol.
Finally how much money would you of made elsewhere if you’d of sold 2 years ago and invested in other shares?.
Absolutely ColSoul.
It's comical, but then it is the comedy crew led by the Comedy Legend Comedy Clown CooperD.
Would be funny but for all the attacks, lies and spite CooperD spewed trying to control the BB.
Not a chance of any humility or apology though you can be sure!
Reading their posts nowadays I'm the positive one as im no more perplexed by their current angst than i have seen reason to be time and again before and given my reasons. DHSC etc
I get pretty good insight to see how expectations not always generally known pan out and years of experience which i tried to advise whilst unable to detail.
One day this will deliver and that's why I will not sell out. We need less delays, disappointment and empire building and more focus on generating a profit and shareholder value.
Oh nearly forgot...
Meanwhile let's settle for scale at 20p
CooperD says it's okay at 18p now pmsl
Struggle to get 15p at this rate! What's the next fund raiser at, about 10p? As Shep said ' profit in a few years'. Will be sold before that comes around so we won't see any of it . Keep the sp down for a low ball buyout, only then will it fly and mega profits will magically arrive .
