This board is starting to attract the wrong sort, it’s always that time of the month for some people
Onwards and most importantly upwards Ella...
Best,
Mr T
Looking at the comments on GLR id say its just a bad day for her, in what was perceived to be bad situ (but actually isnt) which may look and feel different when the realisations that both stocks had very good news today surfaces in a SP behaviour... give it a few days
Course it’s not...demanding drill locations this morning and now what a sellers motivations are... grow the f up.
Won’t need to hear my thoughts anymore as that ‘character’ is getting filtered....way too egocentric
I don't think I suggested anyone had sold their entire holding. I'm not sure what I posted that hit such a sensitive spot - even more curious now :-)
Yes, it was forward selling. Not a bad performance altogether, given the warrant conversion and the fact that most mining stocks are down today. Just a blip, we'll go back into 8's again tomorrow. Perhaps even a nice 9 before the weekend?
That's the warrants forward sold IMHO
Okay, L2analyst had said that the market has to take the sp up to get sells etc. So, one did see that in the last two days ie all of a sudden a spurt of sp rising and rising. Usually, when the market wants stocks, they could ring, say big holders to ask if they want to sell. But the more normal method is to ask warrant holders or ring them to ask if they could be converting anytime soon they think? That kinda thing to ask nicely. So, apparently, it was NO WONDER that the market was busy THROWING OUT STOCKS and every few secs, ticking the price down etc. The was no tightness in stocks as in the last few days esp 2 days ago.
Today, Thur, 4 Mar 2021 - RACECOURSE has been drilling HOLE 5 since Tues. So, by now, Hole 5 could be at 240m or more if on Tues, drilling had already started?
MINING JOURNAL
From norm convention, industry journals do not just pick up interview from other sources to publish. In today*s Mining Journal, they obviously listened to the Sharetalk interview released this Tues and decided to follow it up. I am sure they would have to call Mr Bird up to check etc with him on some aspects etc. THEREFORE, MR BIRD WAS CONFIDENT TO GIVE THE INFO AND CONFIRM WHAT HE SAID TO SHARETALK ON TUES TO MINING JOURNAL, knowing full well that the Mining Journal*s publication would reach INDUSTRY LEADERS and executives especially at the majors etc? So, today, Hole 5 is at some 240m or more and it is rather unusual that WITHOUT ASSAYS YET and ONLY AT HOLE 5, Mining Journal decided to PRINT AN ARTICLE ON XTR*S BUSHRANGER. To me, at least, it does indicate confidence by Mr Bird that he will be able to show that Bushranger has the potential to become one of the discoveries globally that is....per the Mining Journal quote.
Very interesting. As I have said, ordinary folks need to see MRE, PEA, PFS ETC BUT THE INDUSTRY APPEARS TO BE ABLE TO CATCH ON EARLY. I tweeted Mining Journal Online quite some time ago ie at the time of the Hole 1 RNS, so they have taken time to warch XTR RNS and interviews etc.
News, Thur, 4 Mar 2021.
Drop has nothing to do with warrants..see after hours trades:)
Small amount of warrants exercised and market took this down, you got to lol
Worth bearing in mind it's the warrant holders who decide to exercise.
The company doesn't need the money so it goes into the working capital pot.
More drilling and assays!
folks i've already posted this earlier. XTR are using the proceeds THEMSELVES for "General Working capital". Read the RNS.
Xtract announces that it has received notice to exercise warrants over 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.02p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 1.85p per Ordinary Share ("New Ordinary Shares"). The proceeds of the exercise will be used for general working capital.
Ella, who ever it was, is almost certainly a share flipper from the placing.
They have just made half a million and probably couldn't careless what xtrs potential is. They might even need the money before the end of the tax year...just my opinion but I doubt it's being invested in any aim shares.
>> I'm assuming they had another urgent investment to make.
I've personally gone into two new companies today. WSBN for the potential huge gold anomaly and IRR for the potentially
very profitable lithium mine (seems too good to be true so probably is :) ). They both dipped today to the price I wanted so I bought in.
However, XTR is by far my largest holding and I didn't sell anything here. I found the money elsewhere.
ARS placing of £10m needs settling soon, money has to come from somewhere and no doubt with it also being copper it affects other copper plays. Arcm was also sold heavily earlier down 6% within 10minutes. It’s the market, placees need cash from somewhere...
Hi Steve,
I'm assuming they had another urgent investment to make.
>> I would love to know where the seller is spending the funds
You are assuming the seller has taken the time to understand XTR, rather than just taking 400% profits and being happy about it :)
That might be out a little. I am showing 7.55 as price, but might be 7.4 as I have tech problems with Quotestream. Same principle still holds.
I would love to know where the seller is spending the funds
Not sure why people are concerned about this. Its a tiny amount of warrants that seem to have caused a small drop in the share price.
We are still up 16% in March (and its the 4th).
We are up 50% since the start of February
We are up 425% since the start of the year.
Seems reasonably good to me :)
Warrants issued with the 30th of September fundraise...
A shame, but the last 2 days has seen nearly 2m on the ask in dma auctions as they are offloaded, imo They have already been offloaded...
It's probably shows why its not a great idea to fixate on the sp. It's the trend that's important.
Just about enough additional cash in the company to pay for another drill hole... every little helps.
Out. Not much to take in, 5m warrants.
