Your last post says it all. Why the nasty, sneering tone? You bought a share that went bad. You accepted the offer and are selling at a loss. It's one thing to recommend others sell, if you yourself have -old and you believe that it is in others interests to sell, but it is another to keep coming back posting bittecommentstchy and melodramatic "Silence: calm before the storm" comments. But after all, you now have a vested interest in deramping this: if you believe it is in YOUR best interests to accept the offer, then why not try to get others to the same? So you've made your point. And you may be right. But do so by engaging in debate, not making bitter deramps.
Seems all has gone silent on LSE. Calm before the storm...........

The writing may be on the wall for privatisation in the medium term - however, if you trawl through the RNS data over the past five years it is increasingly clear that PJ with 90% is almost certainly *not* going to happen this week, and it is by no means a done deal, either, that PJ will achieve 75% at an offer of 0.62p on the same timescale.
I am a disgruntled shareholder
Read all Biglad6's posting over the last two years. He was correct all along with the state of this business with the same public information avaliable to all of us. This PJ takeover should not be a surprise to any of us. Spend your time on your future portfolio's. Once PJ privatise's you will all be left with worthless shares. This is a time for common sense and not a time to "fill your boots" as some of you have blogged.
Expansys shareholders group
There should really be a full investigation into what has actually happened with this company over the last few years.
I believed just like you did! Dreams shattered now.

Bought over £35k of these between 1.5 and 1.7p listened to all the b/s from Catterson and Ogle re small shareholders. A company that should be valued way higher is being flogged off on the cheap. Obviously whilst the money is the most important thing here I`m sick and tired of all the mixed messages/ write offs bad planning etc. One thing you can be sure of is that all the directors here will be looked after. I`ve got 4k`s work left so like dcdan nursing a 20k loss willing to see what happens to the £4k I`ve got left but I`m not getting my hopes up!
Hi maxed here
MedDeb now own more than 10% --- Small shareholders who definitely intend to 'Hold' own *at least* 2% --- There are a *significant* number of large shareholders who paid, on average, more than 2.5p who hold at the *very least* 5% --- there are at least 20% of shares unaccounted for held by small shareholders/others --- XPS board of directors hold 53%
You can add another 103,000 shares to the 'up yours PJ' list on my behalf.
Thats done it, thank you for your help much appreciated

Hi thanks for your help i am still having no joy, but not to worry i will still follow progress on this chat site. Thank you.
Hi maxed, try the following, and let me know if you're still having issues... [ groups.google.com ]
How is the xps holders spreadsheet going? Perhaps you could let us know via your google group etc.
I have 350000 shares that i will not be selling, its not a lot in the bigger picture but i hope this will help the cause. Looking back now i thing pj let xps tinker along with a long term view of of what he is proposing to do now, with no thought whatsoever about us small investors.
I have tried again and again but when i press your link i keep getting the message that says cannot connect to the real www.groupsgoogle.google.com this message has been coming up for days now. I have tried everything but unfortunately am still no where nearer to joining.
Maxed - 1. You will just need a (free) gmail account. 2. Use the 'search' function within [ www.groups.google.com ] to search for 'xps holders forum' 3. Select the 'Apply for membership' link. There are then three further simple steps to follow to ensure that only moral, human, XPS shareholders may join, and not trolls. Thank You, and hopefully see you there...
Have been trying to find the link for the above forum but cant find it anywhere can anyone help please
Price I was referring to was 1p
The change on this forum in the last week has been good to watch, in my opinion it looked like everyone was going to roll over and take the 0.62 offer but now I do believe there is a very good chance pj cbe will not get 75% next week and that is very very positive for us. As for price yes I probably would reluctantly take it but I don't see it as the true value. It was my original plan to hold this until 5p which I beleive was possible but not now
