Ahh, UTRS! My ramping friend from Ananda developments - dodgier than a four day old curry. Clearly, looking for a cheaper entry point! Well my friend, that ship has sailed. Punty, punt!
UTRS, you are obviously someone with a grudge for some reason. Bulletin boards always need the negative types as well as the positive types. That's fine by me. Balanced debate is a good thing. But all is see right now for VLRM is a market cap of a mere £6.5m and Vinay Gupta putting his name to VLRM. He is a man who does his research and has a global reputation to uphold, so I'm in and going in and in for more as this moves on.
This share is overbought with the RSI(relative strength indicator) at 85.
No wonder there was a lot of 100k sells
going into the close on Friday !!!!
The chart needs to unwind and retrace because NOTHING goes up in a straight line.
I can see a lot more people selling in the following sessions because all the smart money that took part in the recent placing at 1p will be banking their 1000% profit by passing them onto people who have FOMO.
Don’t chase the price because you will be left holding the baby here whilst the rampers sell and move on.
I have worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years and have passed many investment exams CII and LIBF, I feel that I might have more expertise than the average person.
This share is a gamble as are all shares.
On the risk/reward spectrum it is high, however I believe with the right structure and expertise this could have a significant upside.
Will there be a placing at a reduced price... YES...they need to raise funds...most companies do
Will there be losers at some point....YES...there always will be...compare the FTSE All share October 2020 to now....who sold at the end of October...somebody did.
If you study investments then review the Efficient Frontier and see where this sits with the limited information we have.
I've been in here since Flipper was born (look up the reference re RP and PCGE/Formula 1/gambling).
Have I lost money, YES...have I made money YES, more than I put in.
Do I think it is worth buying more...yes...why?
I've done over 20 hours of research into their proposition, as I'd never invest into something I don't understand.
If you don't recognise this quote then look it up.
Again research....time in the market vs timing the market.
Finally all the derampers have two reasons.
1) They are nice people who have lost and feel bitter towards PCGE/RP etc....
2) They trying to drive the price down so they can buy on dips....
Either way they have no relevance to my investment decisions.
Finally will I derisk as I go along, YES....it is standard investing technique.
However I will still be invested here for months if not years and of course all in an ISA.
I hope this helps somebody, now watch the derampers prepare to pick apart my review.
DYOR.....LOL....and other random letters that mean nothing.
It has no investment in blockchain / NFT / mining and to top it off David Lenigas is a 10% shareholder (any long term investor in the markets knows what this means - not good).
They need to raise money and David and all his mates who bought at 1p can sell for x10 their investment and then buy them back 30%+ cheaper in the placing.
They don’t care about any small time investor as all they do is look after themselves as can be seen in all he’s other companies.
Why pay 11p which equals £7m mkt cap when all they have is £500k ? . It doesn’t make any sense buying now.
Anyone who listens to the rampers who are looking to sell tomorrow deserves to lose money.
Avoid until they have funds to invest. You will be able to buy at a big discount to the current share price.
