it seems the bottom has been reached for today 80,5p The last trades are all buys and every time the price paid is higher but still below the offer price 83p
I exited today. The incumbent Directors are saying nothing has changed in terms of the outlook. The former Chairman and founder disagrees, the Telegraph says that it has seen the evidence that the former Chairman has allegedly showing that the current trading position does not accord with the full year forecasts. The telegraph does not say whether it believes his evidence or not. Point is there are divergent views on how the company is actually doing. If the full year targets are hit then this is a very cheap stock, if the position is far weaker, as the former Chairman is saying, then there will be further to fall. I will watch from the sidelines, all being well i will buy back in when we have some clarity. vlad

Board room spats, and even battles unsettle investors and hence the S.P flop today. This one will resolve itself one way or the other, and I think, has little outcome on the eventual success of this business - the company fundamentals remain unchanged today compared to last Friday. Might even shake up the SP afterwards! Topped up at 81p, so I've put my money where my mouth is ! GLA
A great Opportunity indeed now at 83p offer Company still profitable and some parts still growing

Great buying opportunity, if there is a board room coup it can only be good news for the company as the person who wants to take back control is its founder who only has the companies best interests in mind, and of course it's profit's to increase its share value.
I get the feeling the market's going to be spooked by this one... http://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2017/11/11/van-elle-faces-boardroom-battle-founder-seeks-return/
Director. Mr Hurcomb, aged 53, is the Chief Executive of NG Bailey Group Ltd and has previously enjoyed a successful career across the UK's construction sector, holding executive positions with companies including Carillion Plc, Balfour Beatty Plc and Mansell Plc. Mr Hurcomb will chair the Remuneration Committee. CARILLION nooooo
So far this year, this has been YUCK.TO.DATE! Another 3% fall today on no volume or news! I,like many others,I believe that this is good in the M.T to L.T but it is YTD at the moment! GLA
In recognition of their commitment in delivering the new High Speed Rail colleges, Van Elle rail is awarded a trophy, certificate as well as a plaque at each of the two college locations.
I feel this is a nice long term hold. Decent yields and quite a lot of potential upside over the next few years. The board is focused on doing its job - which means the share price isn't over-inflated through hype. One day, one of them may decide to hype it up. It won't be anytime soon though, I suspect.
Van elle takes delivery of 2 soilmac rigs. More investment for a solid company looked to the future.
Van elle is already assisting hs2. At hs2 new college they are called in to lift new train into exhibition as van elle has the right equipment to help hs2.
In June van elle was ranked 5th out of more than 150 k companies in East Midlands for profit growth in last 3 years
SP might come down to 80's very soon, so what! Like I said previous post HS2 will bring in plenty o contracts. No worries here for me. Long term hold
Not impressed at all. Still no new contracts announced and challenging conditions in the rail division which is supposed to be one on their strong areas. The sp will come down to the 80's very soon!!!
HS2 will bring in plenty
Not unless they come out with some contract wins, which they have not done so since the co became a public co !
Good company, good prospects, undervalued IMO
One good buy at circa £400k today. I think this will be a slow burn but will come good. GLA
Unusually big gain here today...anyone have any idea why?
Finally moving strongly upwards...
Over 2 million purchased today and the price rises 0.75 yet back in Jan 17 when the shares were 1.39 company says a rail contract will be delayed and the shares fall to 0.81 on a small volume of shares sold. See why people fear investing in stock market,
Anyone else notice the £1m and £0.97m Buys (as long as they are Buys of course!) pop up at about 3pm today?! Anyone have any ideas?!
