Aim market??
Adam - now that you have pointed out all reasons why one should invest in UPLAND - a balanced view would also point out possible risks as these exist with every share on the market.
Such as :-
No Definite Joint venture partner a of yet : at what cost will we have a joint venture partner?
Prospective Drills does not = commercial find
In the world of AIM - news and expected news can take longer than expected
Just thought I would add balance - though for all that I personally have this on my watchlist for a possible punt.
There are so many reasons to invest in Upland. For the well researched investor, imo, this really is a unique Oil and Gas opportunity.
As we look forward to hearing about the PSC, it's really worth remembering the mood music around Upland:
🔥 massively supportive government and region.
🔥 knowledgeable BoD with local & international links.
🔥 BoD with notable "skin in the game" with their own money.
🔥 huge, company changing multiple news flows due.
🔥 "fast track", drilling campaigns JVs, volumetrics, oil, gas & billions of barrels.

Mr Flipflop ageee. 50/50
Copperpot 😉
Hehe!
Upl currently has 45% of the project ?
That's a well educated punt Mr FlipFlop 😉
Ok thanks
I’ll take a punt and say that it is a 30 year license with UPL holding more than 50% !!
Let’s see soon ….
Pro-rata.
Clearly percentages matter. From the various hints thrown out by UPL over recent months. It would appear that there are similar pro-rats amounts of gas as crude. Again all hints but billion barrels for similar geological locations in the area have been quoted. In terms of the potential 🤞 massive volumes a smaller percentage award to UPL will have less negative impact. GLA
Thanks Dreaming.
What I’m aiming at is what happens in any licence negotiations for O&G. UPL will be negotiating a ‘deal’ with PETROS, and later will do the same with any farminee.
I believe, and there’s a load of people on here with better memory than me, that the PSC has a % attributed to PETROS (of the profit or offtake) for certain benefits - obviously award of a licence and maybe preferential limits to what UPL pays PETROS in terms of licensing fees.
UPL will want to keep as much of the % as possible so as not to dilute themselves too much as any farm-out will have serious dilution consequences and they could find themselves threatened by this. I think that the PSC is close to fruition.
But !!!! It’s a great place to be and I’ve luckily got a load of shares for buggar all. 😀😀
What do you mean Roov?
‘Screwed out of the company’
Has to be with that level of activity although I wonder why people sell in such circumstances.
It will be Mega interesting to see what PETROS has managed to screw out of the company % wise although I believe this has been discussed previously.
Very happy as my average is 1.6p. 😀
Hi Froggy - sorry to say I haven’t. Hopefully his absence is not down to anything untoward. His ageing parents spring to mind 🤞🤞

Yes, the stars are aligning nicely for UPL.
"Following a successful week spent in Sarawak finalising the PSC framework, UPL & PETROS are NOW in the FINAL STAGES of deliberations on the PSC award and framework"
https://twitter.com/Uplandtweets
Closing price is 4.06p which is the price of the uncrossing trade after the closing auction.
What was the actual closing price?, seems different on google to here….
Looks like it from the price and time - presumably helped get the SP motoring today.
Blimey, that’s a serious late trade thrown in at 1144hrs today. Was it a buy?
