When will the board listen ?
I have a voice here as a shareholder.
Sounds to me like I am not the only disgruntled one from Roofer's post.
I care about the poor share price an nothing else.
Well done to the board this year ! An last year...
You have to spoil every good, positive post Heid. If you are trying to encourage nobody to bother posting here you are doing a super job. As someone said earlier, what a waste of time reading anything on here. You really are quite horrid why don't you start a new response post if you have something to say rather than drown anything positive out.
'they are being extremely pro-active in their efforts to bring the much needed shareholder value we all want to see.'
Yeah they award us the lowest dividend ever an give themselves a nice juicy bonus whilst the 'future remains bright' at now 10p below last year's AGM share price
TAC - i cant find much to disagree with what you have said. However, you miss the most important point.
When does the shareholder get his return?
Well said, a real opinion that says it as it is x
For all the complaining on here (mostly down to less than half a dozen who some are not even holders of this stock) there are few companies out there in this sector that can say they are profitable and debt free. There are also few that can state they have diversified into another country and in the space of a few months have a major share in a newly drilled, declared commercial, well.
In my opinion it is only a matter of time before the markets waken to these facts and the share price improves. Strong revenues are being gleaned from Wressle and today's upgrade to production facilities confirmation is further evidence of a continuing, long term, revenue generating asset.
Unlike many of Union Jack's peer companies, we are seeing progress on many fronts to compensate for the assets that remain in limbo. This management are not resting on their laurels, they are being extremely pro-active in their efforts to bring the much needed shareholder value we all want to see. I feel confident this will be achieved as the USA activity increases and revenues continue to grow.
2024 is like no previous period in the company's history and there is no apparent reason that I can see to continually slate the management. We could be all sat here with the likes of Steve Sanderson to moan and complain about. And his salary almost outweighs the whole of the Union Jack salaries combined whilst the company are producing and doing nothing.
Could set sp target to a more realistic 40p, we will not reach and maintain that, may get a spike in next 12m and see how many jump them. ME INCLUDED.

Salaries? Why do you misrepresent them? As bad as pboo. They had a one off payment in lieu of no pension payments or other entitlements usually afforded directors which will revert to previous levels. Stop lying and misleading. Your constant negativity is more than enough.
Lowest dividend ever of 0.25 pence Friday 26 July 2024
0.3 pence dividend 28 July 2023.
0.8 pence payment Date of Friday 16 December 2022.
As the most disaatisfied shareholder Heid, why don't you, in your right as a shareholder, attend and actually say something instead of bleating your perpetual negativity on here? You would actually get a voice that the board wouldnhear rather than having it ignored on a bulletin board? You could tell David to his face that he and Joseph o'Farrel they are too old and doddery to be running an oil company. You could tell an independent director and an independent advisor they must buy shares, maybe even demand they drop their salaries. Dare you x

Good morning Heid & Pboo, tag team extroardinaire 😂
@Roofershound #ujo
When is this company going to return value to their LTH’s???
How is this going to be done???
Those who believed in the company have been forgotten about - the SP reflects this
Only recent investors are benefiting
The AGM will heated this year
Lots are attending https://x.com/unionjackoilpl/unionjackoilplc/status/1792836612415480152
Ahhh, the usual little, not unexpected negativity thrown in. Pboo, you along with Heid are getting incredibly tiresome. Surely the initial installation was a major restructure, pipework etc. This would appear to be an upgrade and would not incur so much installation? Shhhhh, best not mention that but though 😉
Yes, it is a Wanner Hydra-cell, must be an upgrade / higher pressure on the Hydra-Cell currently installed at Wressle. Hope the well is not down for a further 3 months, like it was when the last one was installed only a few months ago.
Waiting excitedly now for Pboo to tell is they are 150 quid on Ebay and known for their unreliability 😂
No idea what that is costing but it won't be for 10 bopd 😂
Gosh, thatmis an impressive looking piece of machinery.
'For production rates of 10 BPD to 10K BPD, typical applications of the Wanner Hydra-Cell® Jet Pump Hydraulic Artificial Lift Solutions include: conventional oil and gas production, high volume frac fluid unloading, gas well dewatering, well tests, slim-hole wells, and wells with bad casing'
Looking at more oil? Gas? 😀
Assuming that we make a little profit on our investment in the US, how do they calculate the company tax?
Knowledgeable answers only please?
