Scarlett's excellent reasoned posts? Since when were TRX investing in warehouses?
'I believe the board think they can kit warehouse 2 out for much less and the bridge between employing new staff and production from warehouse 2 will be expedited through cross warehouse staff optimisation.'
Judging by Scarlett's excellent reasoned posts I suspect he/she would be more discerning in their appointment of staff TruthSearcher.
I didn't know you were my new boss Scarlett, apologies for not doing as instructed
Haha yes but sadly the reason we still need funding doesn't change the fact that we still need funding!
Share consolidation Scarlett ?
TruthSearcher " the value is here but the cash is not, hence why LTH's are so far down on their investments in TRX"
Exactly.
Funding needs sorting and the market knows it.
@KJM - thanks for your post and revenue numbers there is clearly value
@Scarlett - you nailed the issues as well - last placing was at 10p and the share price has gone down over 90% since then which is poor performance in anyone's books - the value is here but the cash is not, hence why LTH's are so far down on their investments in TRX - or am I missing something ?
chester18, exactly - placing is fine for anyone here who is happy to hold medium term.
Sorry didn't answer the So close element of your question - 2021 is close in my eyes but appreciate that's maybe just my perspective.
Scarlett2020
Thank you for your candid reply, my thoughts entirely and I've always tried to see past these growing pains and where the company can be in 3 to 5 years.
If it came to a placing I would be at the front of the queue because the money they received would finance them past the current output restraints.

Page 7 on the Hardman report. I maybe be limited by my A level Economics but in my my view growing Sales quicker than costs is the way to turn a profit.
" With TRX so close to breakeven/profitability "
so close ?
How do you define that ?
....considering their operating loss for 6 months was £4.2m , with Admin costs of £7m
With TRX so close to breakeven/profitability just don't see a scenario whereby they don't get funding. Surely any decent financier would look at the growth already achieved and see this as solid bet.
Hi Scarlett2020
Welcome to the TRX discussion board. I've been holding TRX shares since late 2014 and I have every confidence that the current BOD have the necessary experience and industry contacts to find a suitable finance package.
May I ask, you are a recent poster but you do come across as having a good knowledge of the current TRX position and you do seem confident, almost 'in the know' confident, so can you say what your background or interest stems from in Tissue Regenix ?
Thank you
Chester.
Hi Scarlett, I agree a great company for the reasons you've given.
Funding needs sorting, I'm sure many like myself are holding and will be more inclined to add once some of the risks surrounding funding are resolved. Your buying at these levels has the potential to be very fruitful - good luck.
Hi Scarlett, that's a daft question you ask about posting on all chatrooms. I don't invest in all AIM shares - only companies I believe could provide a good return and I don't post on chatrooms for shares I'm not invested in.
Sorry but there is a change since the 14th November - 22nd January RNS clearly states (hence the drop off from 1.7p upon release of the RNS):
The Company continues to experience significant constraints on its working capital however the Board believes that the available cash runway will continue to support the working capital requirement of the Company until the end of April 2020. As a result of this, as previously announced, the Board is seeking to secure alternative funding in the near future which may or may not be forthcoming.
Note "seeking to secure alternative funding" - I read alternative as meaning not Midcap.
I have high hopes for my investment here, but I do not like blinkered positivity or recommendations of "strong buy" in highly risky situations.
Hi Scarlett, I am not making any claims, just raising my concerns around the risks here.
I would respectfully also suggest that the market doesn't seem to agree that having concerns around funding is being dramatic - hence the incredibly low Mcap we are now sitting at.
I haven't raised my concerns with the directors as I'd expect them to share any information on funding via an RNS.
Best wishes.
I don't think many would agree that this is a strong buy whilst we desperately need news of how the company is going to continue to exist as a publicly listed entity.
Of course the ip is fantastic, the risk here is that the company will be made insolvent and the ip transferred to private hands as is all too common on AIM - the pi pays for all the hard work and is then robbed at the last hurdle.
As I have stated previously I want to see a placing done asap then I'll be happy that pi's aren't about to get shafted here.
Everything is relative nomlungu and working on the assumption that sentiment across most shares has been affected by COVID-2019 then we are all in the same boat. Without knowing the full intricacies of our supply chain, I am confident that TRX will recover quickly from this worldwide scare and re-rate quickly, and as such, even in this climate I still see TRX as a strong buy. Confirmation of a finance deal is what will kick us on though and that must be close!
"Boom time coming"?
You do know that the company needs to recapitalised and the 'Board continues to evaluate various funding options'?
With current market uncertainty brought about by the unknown impact of COVID-2019 offering the opinion that TRX is currently a 'Strong Buy' may be optimistic. All are entitled to their own opinions and should take responsibility for their investment decisions but I would suggest that caution is worthy.
And, no, I am not a shorter etc. I have been in and out of this share a number of times but TRX seem to be currently in a very precarious situation despite the possibilities of their products.
Some investors come and some investors go, so will be missed, others less so ! There is much speculation and rumours being created on this board, but truth is no one knows. We do know "the board are evaluating various funding options". So that sound like there is more than one on the table. I have no doubt the board will be looking to secure the best option for shareholders and the business combined. Gareth has a wealth of experience in this area and I trust him to deliver the goods. At 0.85p to buy one share, I will be adding more tomorrow...and just Ignore the one post wonders with no idea...GLA !
