We all know the election is at fault. If Labour win Toople won’t be billing internet fibre cable connection nor its up keep. That remains a question about other services and is no way to answer until 13th and beyond.
Fair play to Miss_G; she has called this well for some time.
Mjatkin,
Do some research. This floated 25M shares in 2016 at 8p. It now has 1144M shares in issue.
If you had bought 10k at float, you would now be sitting on £200.
Shameful.
Not surprising though, as Breith has his name all over this one.
I see what you mean. :-)
I dont mean private by them, its starting to become a target for other tel cos at the price it is, £2 Million for 20,000 customers seems like a half decent deal. If you could pick it up anywhere near mcap
Investrip - I agree with MissGolightly about the updates being more notable for what they don’t say but I’m interested to hear about the alleged lies.
One other thing Mr Mjatkin. If your research is based largely on your reading of September updates....then yes, you’ve missed A LOT!!!! Toople trading updates are more notable for what they don’t say. But I hope you’ve read and researched a lot deeper... including reading and interpreting fully the prospectus on which the monumental placing was dumped just over a year ago.
Good luck with your toe. I respectfully suggest you don’t dip a more valuable body part in. ;-)
Miss G
I’m sorry Mjatkin...I won’t do that now. I frankly can’t be bothered anymore...and I have no desire to be accused again of “decamping”...tho I have always said that the “rampers” are always far more dangerous!. My posting history if you care to read will say it all.
Investrip....you say it will be taken private. I respectfully challenge that.. This “shower” have never and will never put any of their own money anywhere near this “adventure”. It will go the same way all Breith adventures go.... down the pan. But I do think they will have one further go at extracting money from the gullible. With billions of shares in issue this begs a consolidation move.... then a fund raise. Existing shareholders who are all but wiped out currently ...will definitely be gonners if that happens.
Time will tell. I hope for the sake of not wishing anyone to lose out, I’m wrong. But I wouldn’t bet against me!
Miss G
Toople, watch it topple.
Low Margin, High Churn, Poor reviews and customer service, Consumer sentiment reliant, Reseller only, Supplier Dependent, No IP, No Assets, Huge cash burn due to marketing spend (who knows on what as I never get any paid advertising coming from Toople)
The list goes on, As a base theres value, As a leadership team regardless of how you spin it, theyve been shown to be liars...
Could you add some colour to your post? Trading update in Sept and the Investor vid in Oct all looked pretty promising to me - decent growth, debt free? Where are the red flags i seem to be missing? 2m seems far too cheap for this business.
If the drop is about Corbyn's plan to nationalise wifi - thats ridiculous for many reasons and if anything else presents a nice buy point / entry.
I've dipped my toe in but might add more to this unless someone points out something i've clearly missed?
Its getting to the point where it will get taken private,
I have said so for at least the past year - fortunately some might have listened. The writing is on the wall here.
I think the only way out for them is to do a share consolidation - sadly wipe out for existing shareholders - then attempt another misplaced fund raise.
Feel sorry for some - but others were just monumentally dim - and couldn't read the info that was clearly there to see - and the warnings of genuine people like me - labelled .... of course.... derampers.
Well - now who do you believe??
Miss G
:-(
no good
We are told customer acquisition within or exceeds expectation.
not looking good at all
