Someone's out of traps early this morning, snapping up a lot of stock!
I'm curious, where is the TR1 form for the person who bought the 666 million shares as they would own over 17% of the company. Even if this fundraise was shared between multiple investors the chances are they would still own over 3% of the company each, so I am at a loss as to why we haven't seen one TR1 relating directly to this fundraising. The Matt Jones & Cantor holdings RNS's dont count here.
Yep even the tumble weed has now given up.
More inactivity. Yawn yawn.
Is the funding expected by Easter ?
Morning all, another day on .
Tumble weed is a rolling and soon the wagons will be a circling.
Wonga.Mattew Jones has increased his holding by approx 76m shares.
Matthew Jones has actually increased his holding above the 50k he took on the last but one fundaise. The slight percentage drop has come from the larger dilution from the recent fundraise
"Looks like someone has given up waiting. Each to his own."
Looks like that someone is Matthew Jones. Bad news if he is starting to sell out, this would anchor the price for some time. Hopefully just a minor adjustment to his holding.
Ecoteq Energy ASA last trading day on NOTC February 29, 2024
Oslo Børs has announced that February 29, 2024, will mark the final trading day for Ecoteq Energy ASA on the NOTC list.
“The decision to deregister from the NOTC list stems from Oslo Børs' recognition that Ecoteq has effectively transitioned into a new entity following the successful acquisition of Valkor Environmental LLC, accompanied by the establishment of a new board and leadership.” states Lars Erik Bengtsson, CEO of Ecoteq Energy ASA.
As an energy company with focus on cleantech and with assets in Utah, USA, Ecoteq's primary mission is to deliver locally sourced clean energy to the US market.
"We are very optimistic about the road ahead. The registration of the land sublease in 2023 and the strategic partnership signed with Valkor LLC, a vertically integrated project development company in the fields of oil, gas and minerals, underscore our remarkable progress.”
”- Our primary focus moving forward is on enhancing shareholder value by transitioning our reserves into active production. Anticipated milestones include the first production unit yielding 500 barrels per day (bpd) by 2025, with plans to ramp up to 5,000 bpd by the close of 2026. The combined proven and probable (2P) reserves surpass 100 million barrels.” concludes Lars Erik Bengtsson.
Ecoteq Energy management will reach out to its partners and shareholders for further information.

Looks like someone has given up waiting. Each to his own.
Technology and the Uinta basin have tremendous opportunity - it's hard to hear the potential for this long when there's **literally** no one mining or drilling or meeting with the DOGM to plan for mining or drilling. I understand funding takes time, but I am wondering if that's really the issue.
We either have a people problem, or our people have an approach problem.
Hi Vauch, tried to call over the weekend.
One thingI forgot on the sand. Not only is there a world-wide shortage of sand, at least 50% is consumed in the USA. Just need to get going
Well have now given up working on a Monday, the 4 day week sound good.
Shouldn't you mean low Vauch.
Hi all holders
Well that wont make much of a dent in the 666 mill to be added.
to clear it the would have to be buying 400000 shares for 16000 days ish

Justrollwithit,
And a company risk policy is there for a reason, to prevent employees gambling on high risk stocks. It doesn't matter how much money is involved, the risk policy is based on the risk profile of the stock, and Tomco is way higher risk than Cantor state is their policy to invest in.
"A low-risk approach to equity capital markets"
"Matched, off-exchange trading and institutional orders executed on exchanges require only limited capital commitment. As a result, ECM does not carry significant levels of inventory and we are never exposed to high levels of market risk."

0.05 should I say. Maybe 0.5 is a premonition LOL!
Looking at the trades and prices I reckon that's 55m bought. The first 10m at 0.5 is marked as 'unknown' but the sell before is was at 0.45 and the two tiny buys were at 0.5, and the 10m after it is marked as a buy at 0.5, so both are buys. The 10m reported at 15:12:49 is marked as sell but I reckon it's a buy that's had delayed reporting, it's an O trade so via an MM so could have been done way earlier.
They might be being forwarded sold to Cantor Fitzgerald Europe,
Remember a further 667m shares are hitting come next week
